现有的氯化反应用装置，一般采用普通容器等形式，反应效果不理想。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，使用效果好的薄膜氯化器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种薄膜氯化器，其特征是：包括反应管，反应管上部设置进料帽，反应管内设置进冷却水的内管，内管中设置中心冷却水出管，中心冷却水出管的上端与内管相通，在内管下部设置冷却水进口，在中心冷却管底部设置冷却水出口，反应管、内管的管壁伸入进料帽中、上部中，内管内腔与进料帽隔开，物料进口伸入进料帽下部，进料帽上设置氯气和空气进入口，反应管底部设置物料出口，反应管下部设置尾气出口。
在反应管管壁外还设置冷却水套。
本实用新型结构合理，利用溢流效应，进行氯化反应，反应效果好。

一种薄膜氯化器，包括反应管1，反应管1上部设置进料帽2，反应管内设置进冷却水的内管3，内管3中设置中心冷却水出管4，中心冷却水出管的上端与内管相通，在内管下部设置冷却水进口5，在中心冷却管底部设置冷却水出口6，反应管、内管的管壁伸入进料帽中、上部中，内管内腔与进料帽隔开，物料进口11、12伸入进料帽下部，进料帽上设置氯气和空气进入口7，反应管底部设置物料出口8，反应管下部设置尾气出口9，在反应管管壁外还设置冷却水套10。物料进入进料帽后，沿反应管、内管的管壁上行，并进入反应管中，通过溢流方式顺着管壁流下，形成薄膜，气体在管内与溢流的有机物进行接触反应。

1、一种薄膜氯化器，其特征是：包括反应管，反应管上部设置进料帽，反应管内设置进冷却水的内管，内管中设置中心冷却水出管，中心冷却水出管的上端与内管相通，在内管下部设置冷却水进口，在中心冷却管底部设置冷却水出口，反应管、内管的管壁伸入进料帽中、上部中，内管内腔与进料帽隔开，物料进口伸入进料帽下部，进料帽上设置氯气和空气进入口，反应管底部设置物料出口，反应管下部设置尾气出口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的薄膜氯化器，其特征是：在反应管管壁外还设置冷却水套。
