本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,使用效果好的薄膜氯化器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种薄膜氯化器,其特征是:包括反应管,反应管上部设置进料帽,反应管内设置进冷却水的内管,内管中设置中心冷却水出管,中心冷却水出管的上端与内管相通,在内管下部设置冷却水进口,在中心冷却管底部设置冷却水出口,反应管、内管的管壁伸入进料帽中、上部中,内管内腔与进料帽隔开,物料进口伸入进料帽下部,进料帽上设置氯气和空气进入口,反应管底部设置物料出口,反应管下部设置尾气出口。
在反应管管壁外还设置冷却水套。
本实用新型结构合理,利用溢流效应,进行氯化反应,反应效果好。

一种薄膜氯化器,包括反应管1,反应管1上部设置进料帽2,反应管内设置进冷却水的内管3,内管3中设置中心冷却水出管4,中心冷却水出管的上端与内管相通,在内管下部设置冷却水进口5,在中心冷却管底部设置冷却水出口6,反应管、内管的管壁伸入进料帽中、上部中,内管内腔与进料帽隔开,物料进口11、12伸入进料帽下部,进料帽上设置氯气和空气进入口7,反应管底部设置物料出口8,反应管下部设置尾气出口9,在反应管管壁外还设置冷却水套10。物料进入进料帽后,沿反应管、内管的管壁上行,并进入反应管中,通过溢流方式顺着管壁流下,形成薄膜,气体在管内与溢流的有机物进行接触反应。

1、一种薄膜氯化器,其特征是:包括反应管,反应管上部设置进料帽,反应管内设置进冷却水的内管,内管中设置中心冷却水出管,中心冷却水出管的上端与内管相通,在内管下部设置冷却水进口,在中心冷却管底部设置冷却水出口,反应管、内管的管壁伸入进料帽中、上部中,内管内腔与进料帽隔开,物料进口伸入进料帽下部,进料帽上设置氯气和空气进入口,反应管底部设置物料出口,反应管下部设置尾气出口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的薄膜氯化器,其特征是:在反应管管壁外还设置冷却水套。
