背景技术
本实用新型之前工业塔内用的填料是散装填料,由于它通透性差,人们就采用了用规整填料,如:轻瓷填料、瓷环等。使用这些规整填料虽然对通透性有明显的提高,但塔中的气液流路阻力还是很大,比表面积小,由此传质效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的就是提供一种传质效率高,压降低,比表面大的纹表波纹规整填料。
本实用新型发明的要点在于它由波纹片1和条纹2组成,即在每片波纹片的表面布满一条条的凸起条纹2,其规整填料由每片1粘叠而成,再按一定规格切成,纹表波纹块3即可。它具有比表面积大,沟流,壁流和润湿性能好,阻力小,气流接触面积大,故传质效果佳。

具体实施方式
首先纹表波纹规整填料按设计的波峰,用瓷泥(或塑料)通过模具挤压成纹表波纹片1,然后将每片纹表波纹片1通过粘合剂进行粘叠,再按一定规格切成纹表波纹块3,用瓷泥制作的待块坯干燥后再煅烧后,则可使用。
