本实用新型公开了一种安装在汽车暖风水箱上的旋塞阀，该水阀由进水阀壳体，进水阀密封圈，弹簧片，进水阀阀盖，进水阀阀芯和进水阀摇臂组成；其技术方案为：进水阀壳体具有相互连通的进水通道，它的内部是一个“L”型的空管，在其内部拐角处有一进水阀芯，被弹簧片和密封圈固定可小角度旋转，阀芯由摇臂带动旋转，通过进水阀摇臂的旋转运动带动进水阀阀芯旋转。当进水阀阀芯的出水口与进水阀密封圈的口完全错开时水阀完全关闭，当进水阀阀芯的出水口与进水阀密封圈的完全对正时水阀全部打开，其优点在于：可以消除连接拉丝时带来的空行程的影响，确保水阀能够完全关闭，避免泄漏，保证了空调的制冷效果。

本实用新型涉及一种阀装置，特别是涉及一种安装在汽车暖风水箱上的旋塞阀。
背景技术
作为汽车暖风空调的温度调节执行部件之一的水阀在空调开启时起着非常重要的作用，水阀一旦出现内漏，将出现本已被冷却的空气再次被加热，直接影响汽车空调的制冷效果，严重时将完全没有制冷效果。目前，能直接固定在暖风水箱上的水阀多数为叶片阀，这种阀的进水阀阀轴与进水阀阀片相连，进水阀阀轴受拉丝或其它机构驱动，这种阀的缺点在于若与进水阀相连的拉丝连接稍有松动，进水阀阀片将不再与进水阀密封圈紧密贴合，水阀将出现泄漏，目前还没有能有效解决类似缺点的方法。
发明内容
为了消除连接拉丝时带来的空行程的影响，确保水阀能够完全关闭避免泄漏而设计的一种安装在汽车暖风水箱上的旋塞阀。
本实用新型主要由壳体，密封圈，弹簧片，进水阀阀盖，进水阀阀芯和摇臂组成，进水阀壳体具有相互连通的进水通道，其特征为：在“L”型通道拐角处有一进水阀阀芯，进水阀阀芯上设有通道，密封圈将进水阀阀芯固定在壳体内部，由摇臂带动进水阀阀芯转动。
本实用新型的有益效果：该旋塞阀通过阀芯的旋转来开关，可以消除连接拉丝时带来的空行程的影响，确保水阀能够完全关闭，避免泄漏，保证了空调的制冷效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种安装在汽车暖风水箱上的旋塞阀，由壳体1，密封圈2，弹簧片3，进水阀阀盖4，进水阀阀芯5和摇臂6组成；其技术方案为：进水阀壳体1具有相互连通的进水通道，它的内部是一个“L”型的空管，在其内部拐角处有一进水阀阀芯5，被弹簧片3和密封圈2固定可小角度旋转，进水阀阀芯5由摇臂6带动旋转，通过摇臂6的旋转运动带动进水阀阀芯旋转，当进水阀阀芯的出水口与进水阀密封圈的口完全错开时水阀完全关闭(附图2)，当进水阀阀芯的出水口与进水阀密封圈的完全对正时水阀全部打开(附图3)。该水阀直接固定在暖风水箱上，见附图4所示，旋塞阀水阀7在暖风水箱顶部，中间采用大密封圈8密封，进水阀摇臂驱动机构带动。考虑到拉丝空行程的影响，在设计上并不是让进水阀摇臂完全运动到两端极限点时，水阀才关闭，而是在运动到极限点之前的地方就已经完全关闭，这样可以消除连接拉丝时带来的空行程的影响，确保水阀能够完全关闭。
