Abstract

一种沼气产气装置。它由加热平台和罐体两部分组成。目前一般沼气和沼气产气罐往往都因为气温低而不产气,而加热式沼气产气罐恰好解决了这一问题。加热平台设有加热炉,罐体按放在加热平台上。加热平台加热后迫使罐体内气温升高,致使罐体内的畜禽粪便等物受温度反应产生沼气。本装置特别适用于北方农村使用,更能给***新农村建设以及发展畜牧业、环境保护、节约能源、减轻家庭妇女劳动强度,增加农民收入做出积极贡献。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种沼气产气装置。
背景技术:目前随着社会的发展,环境恶化和能源短缺日趋严重,各级政府虽然都在想办法解决,但是在农村沼气池建设上还存在一些问题,就是季节性气温低不能常年产气,特别是北方地区更为严重,这就造成了资源和资金的无故浪费。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以加热,安装在畜禽圈舍、温棚内,可常年产沼气的装置。
发明内容:首先在畜禽圈舍、温棚地下建一加热平台,加热炉设在加热平台内,以减少占地面积。罐体安放在平台上,罐体内加入一定量的畜禽粪便,气温低时由加热炉加热,罐体内经温度反应产生沼气,废料根据需要由排料口排出,源料由进料口补充,以达到永续利用目的。另外,安装完后罐体上面另加盖水泥盖板,可以有效利用使用面积。
由于采用上述方法,本实用新型实属可以保证在气温低的情况下正常产气。另外可以解决沼气池普及难的社会问题,更能给***文明的新农村建设做出积极贡献。

具体实施方法:加热式沼气产气罐是由罐体和加热平台两部分组成。罐体②上安有进料口①、排料口⑦、输气阀⑤和压力表⑥。罐盖③是由螺丝④加垫密封胶圈紧固在罐体②上。罐体②直接坐落在加热平台⑧上。加热炉⑨安装在加热平台⑧内。加热平台⑧内设有烟道,另外另设排烟道将加热所产生的烟排出室外。
