现有的沼气发生装置建池成本高、占地面积大、建设周期长、冬季不产气或产气少、冬季不能投料或大换料,使沼气池使用半年闲半年,沼气池在过冬时产生池壁龟裂,对产气和沼气池的寿命影响很大。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种沼气温控发生器,解决了沼气发生装置建池成本高、占地面积大、建设周期长、冬季不产气或产气少、冬季不能投料或大换料、使用效率低、沼气池在过冬时产生池壁龟裂、影响产气和沼气池的寿命等问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是沼气温控发生器由沼气罐、太阳能集热***、水泵、安全阀、传感器、温控装置、加温器构成,沼气罐设有保温层、散热器、传感器,散热器通过导热管与太阳能集热***连接,传感器通过数字线与温控装置连接,水泵通过控制线与温控装置连接,沼气导管上设有安全阀,加温器通过点火装置加热并与导热管连接。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、结构简单、建池成本低、占地面积小、建设周期短;

沼气温控发生器由沼气罐1、太阳能集热***6、水泵7、安全阀15、传感器4、传感器19、温控装置12、加温器16构成,沼气罐1设有保温层2、散热器3、传感器4、传感器19,散热器3通过导热管5与太阳能集热***6连接,传感器4通过数字线10、传感器19通过数字线18与温控装置12连接,水泵7通过控制线9与温控装置12连接,沼气导管14上设有安全阀15,加温器16通过点火装置17加热并与导热管20连接。热水管8进入卫生间11,沼气导管14与沼气用品13连接。
