背景技术
在间接换热的热水***中,换热器和水箱的连接方式采用焊接连接,该方式的局限性在于:焊接连接必须是同质材料之间的一种连接,一般常见的是同质金属换热器和同质材料的水箱的焊接。但不同材质及非金属之间的连接,由于受加工工艺的限制,就不能采用该焊接方式。

本实用新型提供了一种换热器和不同材质水箱的连接装置。
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型的一种换热器和水箱的连接装置,包括钢套、带防水圈的硅胶圈和换热器水嘴;钢套焊接在水箱内胆上;换热器内置在水箱内,换热器的水嘴套在钢套内,在水嘴和钢套的间隙内套有带防水圈的硅胶圈作填料,水嘴与硅胶圈连接并用并帽并紧。
所述换热器与内胆为罗纹连接方式。
以上结构的优点在于:通过水嘴钢套与密封圈处理换热器与水箱的连接,解决了换热器和不同质材料的水箱之间密封问题,密封可靠实用。

具体实施方式
如图所示,水箱内胆1上焊接钢套4,在其内放置换热器2,所述换热器2上焊接带罗纹的水嘴3;水嘴3穿在钢套4内,在水嘴3与钢套4的间隙面填带有防水圈的硅胶圈6,并用同硅胶圈6的防水圈相吻合的有凹槽的并帽5并紧。水嘴3的管壁上带罗纹,使用时,通过水嘴3上的罗纹与外界水管旋紧即可。

1、一种换热器和水箱的连接装置,包括钢套、带防水圈的硅胶圈和换热器水嘴;其特征在于:钢套焊接在水箱内胆上;换热器内置在水箱内,换热器的水嘴套在钢套内,在水嘴和钢套的间隙内套有带防水圈的硅胶圈作填料,水嘴与硅胶圈连接并用并帽并紧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种换热器和水箱的连接装置,其特征在于:所述换热器与内胆为罗纹连接方式。
