本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型由锅体、挡热圈和导流片构成。在挡热圈中均匀设置有一片或多片螺旋线形状的导流片,挡热圈和导流片均连接在锅体的底部,在挡热圈与锅体的连接处均匀设置有排热孔。使用时,将本实用新型放置在加热炉上,由于热能通过锅体、挡热圈和导流片进行热传递,所以增大了受热面积,从而提高了热传递效率。同时,因受到挡热圈和导流片的阻挠而减缓了热能的流失,所以节约了能源。
