本实用新型涉及一种辗环机，尤其是涉及一种精密冷辗环机的耐磨装置。
背景技术
在机械加工行业中，很多零部件的连接配合需要靠轴承来实现，目前用于加工轴承的设备很多，而其中精密冷辗环机是比较先进的一种用于加工轴承的设备。冷辗环机包括相互固定连接的前辗轮座和后辗轮座，前辗轮座和后辗轮座上分别滑动连接有滑块，两个滑块之间固定连接有用于安装被加工轴承的安装轴，辗轮座上设置有与安装轴对应的用于加工轴承套圈的模具，用于加工轴承，快捷方便；但是由于滑块的滑动，辗轮座上的滑块导轨容易磨损，使滑块与滑块导轨之间的配合不精密，间隙过大，不仅导致模具(芯辊)断裂，而且影响轴承套圈的加工精度，从而需要更换整个辗轮座，更换过程复杂，而且成本很高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种更换方便且大大降低了成本的精密冷辗环机的耐磨装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种精密冷辗环机的耐磨装置，包括辗轮座和滑块，所述的滑块与所述的辗轮座的端部滑动配合，所述的辗轮座与所述的滑块之间设置有耐磨条，所述的耐磨条固定连接在所述的辗轮座上。
所述的耐磨条的材料为耐磨渗油的墨铜。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是由于碾轮座与滑块之间设置有耐磨条，滑块滑动时只对耐磨条产生磨损，保护了碾轮座上的滑块导轨不受磨损，而且耐磨条被磨损后，更换快捷方便，成本也较低；此外，由于耐磨条的材料采用耐磨渗油的墨铜，耐磨性比较好，不需要经常更换。

1、一种精密冷辗环机的耐磨装置，包括辗轮座和滑块，所述的滑块与所述的辗轮座的端部滑动配合，其特征在于所述的辗轮座与所述的滑块之间设置有耐磨条，所述的耐磨条固定连接在所述的辗轮座上。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种精密冷辗环机的耐磨装置，其特征在于所述的耐磨条的材料为耐磨渗油的墨铜。
