本实用新型公开了一种电子卡连接器,主要包括有:绝缘本体,其上设有若干收容槽,收容槽两侧开设有固持槽;若干收容于收容槽的导电端子;遮蔽壳体;其中,所述导电端子包括一个平板部,所述平板部的两侧分别弯折延伸有与平板部的长度方向相垂直,并且与绝缘本体的固持槽相配合卡持的固持部。

电子卡连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电子卡连接器,尤其涉及一种应用在信息或者通信设备内的电子卡连接器。
【背景技术】
现有的电子卡连接器导电端子,如中华人民共和国实用新型专利第200620067877号所示,其主要包括:表面呈矩形平板状的固持部;位于端子前端且平滑弯曲呈拱形的接触部;弹性连接固持部与接触部的承接部。其中,固持部的自由末端延伸一焊接部。
将上述一组电子卡连接器导电端子组装于绝缘本体中构成电子卡连接器,其中,所述绝缘本体设有用以固定导电端子固持部的水平收容槽道;接触部呈拱形的部分突出于绝缘本体且通过弯曲之连接部与固持部相连接;焊接部由固持部的自由末端向下延伸出绝缘本体,与印刷电路板相焊接。然而,随着电子产品轻薄短小的发展趋势,电子卡连接器的绝缘本体也变得较薄,因此,在绝缘本体上开设若干水平收容槽将变得不易,同时导电端子受到电子卡的压力会损坏水平收容槽的边缘导致导电端子脱落,进而影响电子卡连接器的使用。
为了避免上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种新的电子卡连接器以弥补其不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有改良导电端子结构的电子卡连接器,该导电端子能良好地固持于绝缘本体上。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电子卡连接器,主要包括有:绝缘本体,其上设有若干收容槽,收容槽两侧开设有固持槽;若干收容于收容槽的导电端子;遮蔽壳体;其中,所述导电端子包括一个平板部,所述平板部的两侧分别弯折延伸有与平板部的长度方向相垂直,并且与绝缘本体的固持槽相配合卡持的固持部。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电子卡连接器具有如下有益效果:电子卡的接插方向与导电端子平板部的长度方向相同,导电端子的固持部和导电端子平板部的长度方向垂直,同样也和电子卡的接插方向垂直,这种设置使得在电子卡***或者拔出电子卡连接器时,导电端子更稳定的与电子卡保持电性连接,也防止导电端子在绝缘本体内的相对位移,起到了稳定固持的作用。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型电子卡连接器100包括:绝缘本体1、若干收容于绝缘本体1的导电端子2及遮蔽于绝缘本体1的遮蔽壳体3,所述绝缘本体1与遮蔽壳体3之间形成收容电子卡的收容空间4。
请参阅图1及图2所示,绝缘本体1大致呈平板状,其包括有若干个收容槽12,该等收容槽12呈两排设置于绝缘本体1上,于各收容槽12两侧分别对称设有相应的固持槽11,所述固持槽11上下贯通绝缘本体1;绝缘本体1的长度方向两端设有滑槽13,所述滑槽13具有一定的倾斜度,并于水平方向处于高位的末端设有一个凹槽14。
请参阅图2、图3及图4所示,导电端子2包括一个平板部20,所述平板部20一个末端的中部延伸并弯折,形成焊接部21用以与印刷电路板相焊接;另一端向与焊接部21弯折方向相反的方向弯折,形成一个弯折部22;该弯折部22的自由末端向焊接部21所在的方向延伸,形成平行于平板部20设置的弹性部23;弹性部23的末端呈弧形弯折延伸有接触部24,接触部24的末端平行于弹性部23的延伸方向朝弯折部22延伸有一个挂钩部28,该挂钩部28与绝缘本体1的收容槽12相互配合,使在没有电子卡***收容空间4时,导电端子2的接触部24保持一定的预压力,值得注意的是,所述的挂钩部28设有一个凹口部280,凹口部280刚好可以使得接触部24受到压力下压时,焊接部21能够容纳于凹口部280;在平板部20的两侧对称延伸有垂直于平板部20长度方向的固持部26,所述固持部26的顶部呈楔形结构,并且表面凸出设有凸点部27。
和先前技术相比较,在导电端子1生产的过程中,并列插置在绝缘本体1内的一组导电端子2,由于不需要在平板部20沿其宽度方向上进行侧弯折,因此该组导电端子2可以连接于同一个金属料带上,在组装入绝缘本体1后,再共同由金属料带上切下,因此,本实施方式中对于导电端子2的生产方式,大程度的节约了金属导电材料的损耗率,并且使导电端子2的组装过程简洁化,对生产流程同样是一种改进。
遮蔽壳体3包括一个顶部20,顶部20沿长度方向的相对两侧各向下对称弯折设置有一对卡持片21,卡持片21末端的部分开设有卡持孔22。同侧的一对卡持片21之间的部分与卡持片21同向弯折有滑片23,滑片23朝向绝缘本体1的表面凸出设置有表面呈斜坡面的滑块24。
组装时,将导电端子2自下而上组装于绝缘本体1上,其中,导电端子2的固持部26***绝缘本体1的固持槽11中,固持部26以及凸点部27与固持槽11干涉卡持,保证导电端子2在竖直方向上的稳定性。导电端子2组装于绝缘本体1后,平板部20、弯折部22以及弹性部23均收容于收容槽12内;接触部24突出于绝缘本体1的上表面,并且接触部24末端的挂钩部28卡钩于收容槽12的两侧,使弹性部23形成一定的预压弹性力;焊接部21突出于绝缘本体1的下表面设置,用以与印刷电路板相焊接。遮蔽壳体3从绝缘本体1的一侧,通过滑槽13组入绝缘本体1,其中滑片23上的滑块24进入滑槽13后沿滑槽13的倾斜坡面滑入凹槽14,在水平方向保证遮蔽壳体1的稳定性,同时,卡持片21上的卡持孔22卡持在绝缘本体1的底部,保证了遮蔽壳体在竖直方向上的稳定性。
上述仅为本实用新型一较佳的实施方式,基于本实用新型构思前提下所做出的任何改进均为本实用新型的保持范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子卡连接器,主要包括有:
绝缘本体,其上设有若干收容槽,收容槽两侧开设有固持槽;
若干收容于收容槽的导电端子;
遮蔽壳体;其特征在于:
所述导电端子包括一个平板部,所述平板部的两侧分别弯折延伸有与平板部的长度方向相垂直,并且与绝缘本体的固持槽相配合卡持的固持部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部呈楔形设置,并且其表面凸出设有凸点部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:有几个导电端子沿与导电端子的平板部的长度方向垂直的方向排列。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子还包括有一个挂钩部、一个焊接部和一个接触部,挂钩部设有一个凹口部,并且该凹口部可以使接触部在受到压力下压时,焊接部能够容纳于所述凹口部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体在沿其宽度方向的相对两侧设有滑槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述滑槽具有一定的坡度,并且在滑槽处于高位的末端,凹陷有一个凹槽。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体设有一个与前述凹槽相配合固定的滑块。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体上的固持槽贯通于绝缘本体设置。
