Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种印制线路板测试治具用的探针。本实用新型要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有探针较钝的缺陷,提供一种较为尖锐,测试时可有效地刺破绝缘漆的探针。为此,本探针两端呈尖锥形,其锥角在40°~20°之间。实践证明:锥角在这个范围,探针既可有效刺破绝缘漆,又不致于对印制线路板造成过大的伤害。作为优化,其尖端锥角为30°。实践证明:这样的锥角,效果最好。本实用新型探针具有结构简单、测试准确的优点,适用于各种测试治具。

本实用新型涉及一种印制线路板测试治具用的探针。
背景技术
高密度印制线路板的待测点太小,且有些覆盖着绝缘体,测试时,需要准确接触待测点并刺破绝缘体。如图1所述,现有的探针1端部较钝,其锥角(即经过圆锥轴截面的两条母线之间的角)一般为直角或钝角,印制线路板上个别绝缘体较厚处,探针无法刺破,不能接触待测点,造成误判。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有探针较钝的缺陷,提供一种较为尖锐,测试时可有效刺破绝缘体的探针。
为解决上述技术问题,本探针两端呈尖锥形,其锥角在40°~20°之间。实践证明:锥角在这个范围,探针即可有效刺破绝缘体,又不致于对印制线路板造成过大的伤害。
作为优化,其尖端锥角为30°。实践证明:这样的锥角,效果最好。
本实用新型探针具有结构简单、测试准确的优点,适用于各种测试治具。

实施方式三:如图4所示,本探针1两端呈尖锥形,其锥角为20°。
