本实用新型公开了一种单唇涂刃高炉钻头,它包括钻头体(1),特点是,在钻头体(1)中间设有通风孔(2),在钻头体(1)上设有伸出的单唇刃部(3),单唇刃部(3)上涂有耐磨层(4)。本实用新型采用单唇刃部,并涂上碳化钨硬质合金材料制作的耐磨层,可以降低对制作钻头体的钢铁要求,降低钻头的成本。伸出的单唇刃部设计,使得刃部之间的间隙加大,加上大口径的通风孔,产生的泥渣能够很快的从单唇刃部排出,因此可以提高钻头的转速,提高钻孔效率。同现有技术相比,本实用新型具有排渣效果好、转速快、成本较低的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种单唇涂刃高炉钻头,属于高炉开口钻头技术领域。
背景技术
钢铁冶炼的高炉需要用钻头将高炉上的泥炮钻穿,将铁水放出。现有技术中,高炉钻头通常使用过2~3次就要更换,使用成本较高。由于钻头的结构不合理,打钻时产生的泥渣不易排出,导致钻头的转速慢,钻孔效率不高,使用效果不够理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种单唇涂刃高炉钻头。该钻头排渣效果好、转速快,而且成本较低。
本实用新型的技术方案。单唇涂刃高炉钻头,它包括钻头体1,其特征在于:在钻头体1中间设有通风孔2,在钻头体1上设有伸出的单唇刃部3,单唇刃部3上涂有耐磨层4。
上述的单唇涂刃高炉钻头,通风孔2的直径为0.5~3厘米。
上述的单唇涂刃高炉钻头,钻头体1上的单唇刃部3为3个。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例。单唇涂刃高炉钻头,锻造或铸造成钻头体1,在钻头体1中间制作出通风孔2,为了通风效果更好,通风孔2的直径为0.5~3厘米,在钻头体1上有伸出的单唇刃部3,在单唇刃部3上涂有耐磨层4,耐磨层4采用碳化钨硬质合金材料。单唇刃部3对泥炮切削的一面与钻头旋转面垂直,切削的泥渣可以很快沿垂直的一面排出,而且单唇刃部3伸出钻头体1,钻头体1上的单唇刃部3采用3个,单唇刃部3之间的间隙很大,利于泥渣排出。
因此可以加大钻头的转速,提高钻孔效率。

1.一种单唇涂刃高炉钻头,它包括钻头体(1),其特征在于:在钻头体(1)中间设有通风孔(2),在钻头体(1)上设有伸出的单唇刃部(3),单唇刃部(3)上涂有耐磨层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单唇涂刃高炉钻头,其特征在于:通风孔(2)的直径为0.5~3厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单唇涂刃高炉钻头,其特征在于:钻头体(1)上的单唇刃部(3)为3个。
