Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,包含一壳体、复数叶片及一平衡结构。该平衡结构,系设置于该壳体内侧,并与该壳体及该复数叶片一体成形。藉由一体成形的平衡结构,本创作的风扇结构适可在制造过程中便完成动态平衡调整。因此,不需针对个别风扇结构进行动态平衡调整,且所有产出的风扇结构皆均一化、质量稳定及寿命长,而其动态平衡调整所需的时间短、成本低及程序简单。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及风扇结构;特别是一种经动态平衡调整设计的风扇结构。
背景技术
随着高科技产业蓬勃发展,各种电子产品功能愈趋强大,以致电子产品的耗电功率亦随着不断增加,因此各项电子产品对散热的需求越来越高。目前,散热风扇的转速平均都要求达到每分钟3000转以上,大功率运转时,更需要达到每分钟7000转以上,在如此高转速的情况下,必须要对风扇结构做适当的动态平衡,以使风扇在运转时不产生剧烈震动或噪音。然而现有技术中,对风扇结构做动态平衡的主要方式是增加平衡块、平衡土,或采用钻孔的方法。采用上述方法做动态平衡,耗费时间长,成本高,而且质量不稳定。其他动态平衡修正方法,如塑料空叶平衡修正,或者是在风扇叶片的外侧连接一铁壳做动态平衡修正,均耗费时间长,成本高,而且涉及的制程较为繁复。若是采用上述以附加材料的方法进行平衡,其所增加的材料和风扇结构本身的材料不同,经过长时间的使用,容易发生脱落等情形,而使不尽平衡运转的风扇使用寿命大幅降低;而若采用挖除材料的平衡方法,则容易形成风扇叶片局部结构弱点,造成应力集中于此弱点,损坏风扇结构,使寿命亦随的减少。
再者,目前方法皆需针对个别风扇结构进行事后调整,不但费时、程序复杂、成本高,所生产出的成品亦无法均一化及提供稳定的产品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种风扇结构,针对传统风扇叶片动态平衡方法中耗时长、成本高、程序繁复和寿命较短的缺点进行改良,达到动态平衡调整时间短、成本低、程序简单和使用寿命长的目的。
为达上述目的,提供一种经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,包含一壳体、复数叶片及一平衡结构。该壳体,包含一侧壁及一顶壁,且该侧壁系环设于该顶壁的一周缘,该复数叶片则设置于该壳体的侧壁外侧。该平衡结构,系设置于该壳体内侧,并与该壳体及该复数叶片一体成形。藉由一体成形的平衡结构。
本风扇结构适可在如射出成形等制造过程中便完成动态平衡调整。因此,不需针对个别风扇结构进行动态平衡调整,且所有产出的风扇结构皆均一化、质量稳定及寿命长,而其动态平衡调整所需的时间短、成本低及程序简单。

具体实施方式
提供一种风扇结构,利用设置于其内的平衡结构,以达到动态平衡调整,其包含一壳体、复数叶片、平衡结构、一中心转轴及复数加强肋。请参考图1,此壳体1包含一侧壁及一顶壁,其中复数加强肋4设置于顶壁内侧,但不仅限于此;此侧壁系环设于顶壁的一周缘,复数叶片2便设置于此壳体1的侧壁外侧;且平衡结构,系设置于此壳体1内侧,并与此壳体1及复数叶片2一体成形;中心转轴则由壳体1的顶壁内侧中心一体向下突伸出。
在实施例一中,此平衡结构为如图1所示,一设置于壳体1侧壁内侧的至少一凹陷6,然于其他实施样态中,平衡构造不仅限于设置于壳体1的侧壁内侧,亦可设置于壳体1的顶壁内侧,且亦可为突出于壳体1内侧的至少一凸起。
上述风扇叶片结构另包含一内侧壁3,沿壳体1的侧壁内侧一体形成,此内侧壁3上设有至少一凹陷6,以界定出本创作的平衡构造。如第1图所示,平衡结构包含设置于内侧壁3上的复数凹陷6,共同改变风扇结构的质量分布,以达到调整风扇结构动态平衡的目的。需说明的是,凹陷6的一横截面并不限于如第1图所示的四边形,亦可为曲形、三角形、多边形等各种形状,凹陷6亦可不延伸至壳体1的顶壁内侧或向下延伸至内侧壁3的底端,仅形成于内侧壁3的一部份,上述变化皆可达成本创作的目的。
实施例二,参考图1、2,风扇结构亦包含一内侧壁3及至少一凹陷6,然不同于第一实施例的处在于,平衡结构更包含自壳体2的侧壁内侧一体形的至少一凸起7,此凸起7,自凹陷6向内突出,并与凹陷6共同界定出平衡构造。凸起7并不限于如第2图所示的形态,亦可延伸至壳体1的顶壁内侧,或超出凹陷6的范围,并延伸至壳体1的侧壁底端,且凸起7可仅由凹陷6的至少一部份向内突起,或可具有不同的长度、截面形状,如曲形、三角形、四边形及多边形,上述各种变化皆可达成本创作的目的。于第二实施例中,如第2图所示,内侧壁3上设有分别自复数凹陷6,对应向内突出的复数凸起7,共同界定出平衡构造并发挥对风扇结构动态平衡调整的功用。
如图3所示,实施例三,风扇结构不同于第一及第二实施例,平衡结构所包含的至少一凹陷8系一体成形于壳体1的顶壁内侧,以界定出平衡构造,且适可对风扇结构进行动态平衡。于本实施例中,平衡结构包含复数凹陷8,一体成形于壳体1的顶壁内侧,且凹陷8实质上为一圆形盲孔。然于其他实施样态中,凹陷8亦可为一曲形、方形、球形、三角形及多边形等各种形状的盲孔或贯孔,且上述各种形状的凹陷8皆可达到动态平衡调整的目的。
实施例四,平衡结构亦一体成形于壳体1的顶壁内侧,然而此平衡结构,不同于第三实施例中所述的平衡结构,系包含如第4图所示的至少一凸起9,以界定出本创作的平衡构造。本实施例的风扇结构包含复数凸起9,且凸起9为一球体的至少一部分。然于其他实施样态中,凸起9亦可为一长方体、圆柱体、圆椎体、六面体、四面体、多面体等各种形状,上述变化皆不违本创作的精神,可适当地调整风扇结构的动态平衡。
上述各实施例中所述的平衡结构,并不限于各实施例中所描述的形态,例如各实施例中所述的各种凹陷或凸起可以同时被应用于风扇结构中,且亦可发挥调节风扇结构动态平衡的目的。
采用一体成形于风扇结构中的平衡结构,风扇结构可轻易地达成动态平衡,且不需要针对个别风扇结构作动态平衡调整,仅需适当调整用于制造风扇结构的模具即可大量生产已经过动态平衡调整的风扇结构。不但可节省动态平衡调整时间,所制造出的所有风扇结构将具有均一化的稳定质量,改善了传统风扇动态平衡调整方法的各项缺点。
Claims (10)
1、一种经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,包含一壳体,包含一侧壁及一顶壁,其中该侧壁系环设于该顶壁的一周缘;复数叶片,设置于该壳体的侧壁外侧;以及一平衡结构,系设置于该壳体内侧,并与该壳体及该复数叶片一体成形。
2、根据权利要求1所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该平衡构造系设置于该壳体的该顶壁内侧。
3、根据权利要求1所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该平衡构造系设置于该壳体的该侧壁内侧。
4、根据权利要求3所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,另包含一内侧壁,沿该侧壁的内侧一体形成,该内侧壁上设有至少一凹陷,以界定出该平衡构造。
5、根据权利要求4所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该内侧壁上设有复数凹陷,以界定出该平衡构造。
6、根据权利要求3所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,另包含一内侧壁,沿该侧壁的内侧一体形成,该内侧壁上设有至少一凹陷,该侧壁的内侧一体形成至少一凸起,自该至少一凹陷,向内突出,该至少一凹陷及该至少一凸起共同界定出该平衡构造。
7、根据权利要求6所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该内侧壁上设有复数凹陷,该侧壁的内侧一体形成复数凸起,分别自该复数凹陷,对应向内突出,该复数凹陷及该复数凸起共同界定出该平衡构造。
8、根据权利要求2所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该平衡结构包含至少一凹陷,一体成形于该壳体的该顶壁内侧,以界定出该平衡构造。
9、根据权利要求8所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该平衡结构包含复数凹陷,一体成形于该壳体的该顶壁内侧,以界定出该平衡构造。
10、根据权利要求2所述经动态平衡调整的风扇结构,其特征在于,其中该平衡结构包含至少一凸起,一体成形于该壳体的该顶壁内侧,以界定出该平衡构造。
