技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种除尘净化***的设备，具体地讲涉及一种除尘器振动落灰装置。
背景技术
我国现在除尘***用的布袋式除尘器有两种，一种是敲打式，一种是反吹风式。敲打式的布袋除尘器是当粉尘都粘附在布袋上面，用锤子类似的工件对布袋进行敲打，使粉尘落入粉尘仓内，但频繁敲打和长时间的敲打，使布袋容易破损，使用寿命减短。反吹风式的布袋除尘器是向布袋内高压空气，布袋膨胀的瞬间是粉尘降落，这种缺陷就是布袋上粘附的粉尘不能完全清干净，影响过滤效果。我公司是针对布袋除尘器的现状，研制的振动布袋除尘器，该机结构简单，安装简易，性能可靠，用途广泛，且价格低廉，拥有广阔的市场前景，该机完全属于我公司自主、独立研发的新产品。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型向社会公开了一种除尘器振动落灰装置，该装置能有效干净解决布袋上粘附粉尘问题，且具有结构简单，安装简易，性能可靠，用途广泛，价格低廉等优点。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
一种除尘器振动落灰装置，它包括仓体出口(1)、除尘仓体(4)、仓体入口(7)、粉尘仓(8)、粉尘出口(9)，在除尘仓体(4)上部内壁上设置有花纹板(3)，花纹板(3)上面安装有振动器(2)，所述花纹板(3)下面设置有多个除尘布袋(5)，除尘布袋(5)内设置有金属网(6)；所述花纹板(3)上设置有多个连接口，除尘布袋(5)和金属网(6)通过连接口固定在花纹板(3)上。
使用时，粉尘气体从仓体下部的仓体入口(7)进入，在花纹板(3)密封作用下，粉尘气体只有经除尘布袋(5)和金属网(6)过滤后，通过连接口从除尘仓体(4)上部的仓体出口(1)排出。当粉尘在粉尘布袋上粘附多时，停止粉尘气体进入，起动振动器(2)，振动器(2)带动除尘布袋(5)小振幅、高频率的振动，布袋上粘附的粉尘自动落入粉尘仓(8)内，当落入粉尘多时，打开粉尘出口(9)将粉尘清理掉。由于布袋之间互相不接触，不会造成布袋摩擦，延长布袋的使用寿命。
