Abstract
超高压360°动态接头，包括旋转阀体、旋转轴组件。旋转阀体为角形结构，两端空腔内设有连通孔，旋转轴组件中的旋转轴带有通孔，旋转轴前端套装O型圈、轴承壳体、垫圈、导环、压环、O型圈。旋转轴后端套装有轴承、锁紧螺母，构成旋转轴组件，用锁紧螺母将构成旋转轴组件的一系列零件压入旋转阀体的空腔内，并与旋转阀体内螺纹连接将其套装零件固定。通过螺塞、螺套与外部管线相连接，构成超高压360°动态接头。本实用新型在360°动态旋转条件下，达到300MPa以上超高压密封效果，可任意调节旋转角度，旋转灵活结构可靠，具有使用寿命长的优点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及液体管道连接的接头，主要应用于超高压水切割机的管线连接。可做两个相互垂直轴线上的任意角度旋转，保证输送在300Mpa以上的流体***露且动作灵活的超高压360°动态接头。
背景技术
超高压水切割机切割头形成的水射流沿图形切割过程中，切割头的位置时刻发生位移，与切割头相连接的输水管也随着移动。因输水管处在高压环境中，所以必须采用耐压金属管材，这样的管材虽然能够承受高压力，但管材本身刚性很强，对切割头的位移产生反作用力，影响切割头的位移和最终的切割效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题，是提供一种密封性能好，在超高压旋转情况下输送超高压流体***漏，可任意角度旋转且结构可靠，使用寿命长的超高压360°动态接头。
采用的技术方案是：
超高压360°动态接头，包括旋转阀体、旋转轴组件。旋转阀体为角形结构，两端空腔内设有连通孔，旋转轴组件中的旋转轴带有通孔，旋转轴前端套装O型圈、轴承壳体、垫圈、导环、压环、O型圈，旋转轴后端套装有轴承、锁紧螺母，构成旋转轴组件，用锁紧螺母将构成旋转轴组件的一系列零件压入旋转阀体的空腔内，并与旋转阀体内螺纹连接将其套装零件固定。通过螺塞、螺套与外部管线相连接，构成超高压360°动态接头。
本实用新型在360°动态旋转条件下，达到300Mpa以上超高压密封效果，可任意调节旋转角度，旋转灵活结构可靠，具有使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
超高压360°动态接头，包括旋转阀体1、旋转轴组件2。旋转阀体1为角形结构，两端空腔内设有连通孔11，旋转轴组件2中的旋转轴8带有通孔15，旋转轴8前端套装有O型圈14、轴承壳体7、垫圈13、导环12、压环9、O型圈10。旋转轴8后端套装有轴承6、锁紧螺母5，构成旋转轴组件2。用锁紧螺母5将构成旋转轴组件2上的一系列零件压入旋转阀体1的空腔内，并与旋转阀体1内螺纹连接将其套装零件固定。通过螺塞4、螺套3与外部管线相连接，构成超高压360°动态接头。
该动态接头承受流体压力后，压力作用于O型圈10，O型圈推动压环9，将压环9引入导环12，这样压环9膨胀，使旋转阀体1与旋转轴8之间形成密封，旋转轴8与锁紧螺母5之间装有摩擦系数很低的轴承6，使旋转轴在承受压力后仍然能够任意角度自由旋转。

1、超高压360°动态接头，包括旋转阀体(1)、旋转轴组件(2)，其特征在于所述的旋转阀体(1)为角形结构，两端空腔内设有连通孔(11)，旋转轴组件(2)中的旋转轴(8)带有通孔(15)，旋转轴(8)前端套装有O型圈(14)、轴承壳体(7)、垫圈(13)、导环(12)、压环(9)、O型圈(10)，旋转轴(8)后端套装有轴承(6)、锁紧螺母(5)，构成旋转轴组件(2)，用锁紧螺母(5)将构成旋转轴组件(2)上的零件压入旋转阀体(1)的空腔内，并与旋转阀体(1)内螺纹连接将其套装零件固定，通过螺塞(4)、螺套(3)与外部管线相连接。
