一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及造纸机械领域，特别是一种制浆超声反应釜。
二、背景技术
制浆是造纸生产中必需进行的重要工序，而目前制浆是由禾草经过一系列备料工序后装入蒸器内，加入碱性药物和其他一些助剂，在高温高压下经长时间反应，再高压喷放生产出低浆，进入下一工序漂白，最终生产出白色纸浆，在这一过程中，由于设备上存在的问题，设备投资大，占地面积大，反应时间长，生产效率低，用水量大，对环境污染严重，大大影响了造纸业的生产和发展。
三、实用新型内容
针对上述情况，本实用新型之目的就是提供一种制浆超声反应釜，可有效克服现有制浆设备体积大、费用高、生产效率低和对环境的污染问题，其解决的技术方案是，该反应釜包括有釜体和支架，釜体经转轴装在支架上，釜体一端转轴上装有蜗轮，蜗轮同减速机的蜗杆相啮合，减速机经皮带同电动机相连，釜体另一端转轴为空心转轴，靠空心转轴一侧的釜体内壁上装有超声反应器，釜体内下部有同空心转轴连通的出料管，釜体上部有装料口；本实用新型结构简单，新颖独特，体积小，费用低，使用安全，易于维修，生产效率高，环保，是制浆设备上的一大创新，经济和社会效益显著。

由附图给出，本实用新型包括有釜体和支架，釜体1经转轴装在支架上，釜体一端转轴上装有蜗轮2，蜗轮同减速机5的蜗杆4相啮合，减速机经皮带同电动机6相连，釜体另一端转轴为空心转轴，靠空心转轴一侧的釜体内壁上装有超声反应器7，釜体内下部有同空心转轴连通的出料管11，釜体上部有装料口10。
为了保证使用效果，所说的超声反应器7经导体连接头14同装在空心转轴外的导体滑环8滑动连接，导体滑环8固定在支架3上，并同超声反应电源器9(市售产品)相连；所说的釜体另一端空心转轴外端上装有旋转接头12，并同出料管阀门13相连。
本实用新型的工作情况是，原料从装料口10装入釜体内，开动电动机，由蜗轮2带动釜体1转动，并同时启动超声反应器7，由于超声反应器的作用，使禾草、水和助剂等原料的物质状态和密度发生变化，内部形成小空穴，在小空穴破裂时，在局部产生上万大气压和上千度高温，破坏禾草内部结构，改变物理形态最终形成白浆，实现制浆目的，本实用新型同现有设备相比，具有以下突出特点：
1、生产成本低，节约化工用品和水资源；
2、制浆漂白在反应釜体中一次完成，生产效率高，质量好；
3、设备体积小，投资少，占地面积小；
4、降低或减少了对环境的污染，利于环境保护；
5、由于超声处理，成品浆的白度和均匀度有显著提高，利于造纸业的生产和发展，经济和社会效益好。

1、一种制浆超声反应釜，包括有釜体和支架，其特征在于，釜体(1)经转轴装在支架上，釜体一端转轴上装有蜗轮(2)，蜗轮同减速机(5)的蜗杆(4)相啮合，减速机经皮带同电动机(6)相连，釜体另一端转轴为空心转轴，靠空心转轴一侧的釜体内壁上装有超声反应器(7)，釜体内下部有同空心转轴连通的出料管(11)，釜体上部有装料口(10)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制浆超声反应釜，其特征在于，所说的超声反应器(7)经导体连接头(14)同装在空心转轴外的导体滑环(8)滑动连接，导体滑环(8)固定在支架(3)上，并同超声反应电源器(9)相连。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制浆超声反应釜，其特征在于，所说的釜体另一端空心转轴外端上装有旋转接头(12)，并同出料管阀门(13)相连。
