背景技术:
目前,北方农村采用***炉具做饭及取暖还很普遍,有一种炉具主要由炉体、内套、加热管、热烟道、注水管和出水管构成,通过注水管向炉体和内套之间的水夹层内注水,燃料在内套中燃烧,将水夹层及加热管中的水加热,通过出水管输出,可向水暖气片供水进行室内采暖,也可以直接使用热水,炉内热烟气经过热烟道向炕提供热量,俗称烧炕,还可以在炉具上端烧饭,很受人们喜爱。但同时存在热水的温度不高的缺陷。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是公开一种能够提高热水温度的高效节能暖风炉。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是在炉体和内套之间的水夹层处装有隔板,隔板将水夹层分为进水区和出水区两部分,注水管连接进水区,出水管连接出水区,在进水区和出水区之间装有外加热管,外加热管的管体在炉体外部,并且经过热烟道内部。工作时,进水区的水被加热后,经过外加热管被热烟道内的热烟气二次加热,再进入出水区后通过出水管输出,有效地提高了热水温度。
为了进一步有效利用热能,提供水温,在热烟道壁处设有烟道夹层,烟道夹层连接进水区,热烟道出口处有通管,通管一端连接烟道夹层,另一端连接外加热管。
本实用新型充分有效地利用了热能,提供的热水温度高,一炉多用,性能可靠,结构简单,造价低,使用方便。

本实用新型由炉体1、内套2、加热管3、热烟道4、注水管5和出水管6构成,在炉体1和内套2之间的水夹层处装有隔板7,隔板7将水夹层分为进水区11和出水区12两部分,注水管5连接进水区11,出水管6连接出水区12,在进水区11和出水区12之间装有外加热管8,外加热管8的管体在炉体1外部,并且经过热烟道4内部,热烟道4壁处设有烟道夹层9,烟道夹层9连接进水区11,热烟道4出口处有通管10,通管10一端连接烟道夹层9,另一端连接外加热管8。

1、一种高效节能暖风炉,由炉体、内套、加热管、热烟道、注水管和出水管构成,其特征在于:炉体和内套之间的水夹层处装有隔板,隔板将水夹层分为进水区和出水区两部分,注水管连接进水区,出水管连接出水区,在进水区和出水区之间装有外加热管,外加热管的管体在炉体外部,并且经过热烟道内部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高效节能暖风炉,其特征在于:热烟道壁处设有烟道夹层,烟道夹层连接进水区,热烟道出口处有通管,通管一端连接烟道夹层,另一端连接外加热管。
