背景技术
在目前国内外桥梁工程中盖梁和混凝土墙板的施工中,多采用对拉螺栓杆的施工工艺如图1所示,该拉杆施工工艺在模板拆除时,对模板损伤大,拆除不方便;在模板拆除后,通常采用气割割除多余的拉杆,在割除多余的拉杆同时,也影响砼的外观质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:
提供一种钢模板拉杆锥形连接头,解决了在模板拆除时对模板的损坏和混凝土的外表面的破坏。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
在内拉杆的两端头有连接头,连接头的外形为锥形,其锥度比1∶6,连接头的中心线上有内螺纹孔,螺纹孔可分别与内拉杆和外拉杆螺纹配合固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
通过锥形连接头拉杆施工工艺,有效地解决了拆除钢模板效率低和对结构混凝土外表面伤害大的问题,同时,节约了大量的拉杆钢筋,降低了施工成本、提高了劳动生产率,保证了混凝土的外观质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图所示,1为外拉杆,2为钢模板,3为锥形连接头,4为内拉杆,5为浇注的混凝土。31为销孔、32为内螺纹。
在锥形连接头加工制作时,要保证锥面的光洁度,减少根混凝土的摩擦,好便于拆除。在模板安装时,首先将内拉杆和锥形连接头安装好,再将钢模板就位,调整锥形连接头,使两个锥形连接头顶面与混凝土的结构尺寸相同,之后安装外拉杆,待检测模板的安装尺寸满足后,旋紧外拉杆螺母。混凝土浇筑完成达到设计强度后,在钢模板拆除时,首先松开外拉杆螺母,拆除外拉杆,移走钢模板;用小铁锤轻轻振动锥形连接头,用锥形连接头扳手,拆除锥形连接头,同时做好锥形连接头的防腐处理,防止生锈;用水泥砂浆和专用混凝土填缝剂调整配比,使其颜色与结构混凝土颜色一致,填充锥形连接头拆除后小坑。
