Abstract
一种三通触头盒，其结构包括本体，本体的外环面设置有裙边，支持边，本体内部设置有嵌件和防护边，本体的外环面上还设置有防护罩、出口，防护罩上设置有5条或5条以上的裙边，使其满足具有三个触头开关柜的使用要求，且具有良好的绝缘、电性能。

本实用新型属于一种绝缘件，尤其是涉及一种高压开关柜内用来隔离触头的绝缘件。
背景技术
铠装式开式交流金属密闭开关柜，适用于三相交流50Hz、40.5kV单母线及单母线分断电力***，主要应用于发电厂，变电所及工矿企业，高层建筑的变配电中作为接受和分配电能之用，并对电路实行控制、保护和监测，并具备完善的“五防”功能，触头盒用来隔离开关柜中的动、静触头，防止动、静触头与柜体等外部设备放电等一系列电反应，由于传统的铠装式开式交流金属密闭开关柜没有配套无计量柜，在增加计量柜时，需增加一组触头，而普通触头盒只有两个出口，无法满足其要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的触头盒无法满足具有三组触头的铠装式开式交流金属密闭开关柜使用要求的缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种具有新颖结构，有三个出口的三通触头盒。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提高触头盒的绝缘、电气性能。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案：其结构包括：本体，本体外环面设置有裙边，支持边，防护边，嵌件浇注在本体上，其要点是：本体的外环面还设置有防护罩、出口。
进一步的技术方案：防护罩设置有5条或5条以上的裙边。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过在本体的外环面设置防护罩，使其满足具有三个触头开关柜的使用要求，通过在防护罩设置有4条或4条以上的裙边，使三通触头盒具有良好的电性能。

具体实施方式
参见附图，三通触头盒的本体4，以及设置在本体4上的裙边3，支持边2，防护边7和防护罩5是整体结构，其本体上设置有出口6，由环氧树脂，固化剂，硅微粉按一定的比例混合，与嵌件1采用环氧树脂成型技术制成，使其满足具有三个触头的使用要求，防护罩可设5条或5条以上的裙边，增大其爬电距离，使其具有很高的绝缘、电气性能。

1、一种三通触头盒，其结构包括本体(4)，本体(4)的外环面设置有裙边(3)，支持边(2)，本体(4)内部设置有嵌件(1)和防护边(6)，其特征在于：本体(4)的外环面上还设置有防护罩(5)、出口(6)，所述出口(6)设置在防护罩(5)的内部。
2、如权利要求1所述的三通触头盒，其特征在于：所述防护罩(5)设置在防护边(7)的异侧。
3、如权利要求1所述的三通触头盒，其特征在于：所述的防护罩(5)设有5条或5条以上的裙边。
