一种太阳能集热地下储存交换装置,其特征是地上部分由太阳能集热器、取暖器组成,地下部分为储热沙坑,储热介质为细沙,输热导管由太阳能集热器进入储热沙坑,连接在储热沙坑中平摆设置的数层盘悬管,返回太阳能集热器,构成回路,在输热导管经过居室内部位设置集热循环泵;连接散热器的换热导管进入集热沙坑返回,构成单独回路,换热导管经过居室内部位设置换热循环泵。采用本实用新型的积极效果是实现了太阳能的储存和均衡利用;可在晴天或夏季储存热能,阴天或冬季利用热能,具有结构简单、制作成本低,热效率高、环保节能、方便安全、经济适用等优点。

背景技术
目前,太阳能利用主要是太阳能热水***、太阳能发电、太阳能暖房等形式。这些设备都是即时型利用太阳热能,一旦天气转阴,云雾遮挡阳光,太阳能吸收储能装置就不能正常工作,普通的固体、液体储热装置也因材质体积较小而热能效益亦小,从而影响人们的正常取暖生活。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种太阳能集热地下储存交换装置,以解决城乡居民冬季住宅取暖、热水洗澡问题,还可以用于种植养殖工农业加工生产、城市道路和机场跑道的融雪安全。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:太阳能集热地下储存交换装置地上部分由太阳能集热器、取暖器组成,其地下部分为储热沙坑,储热介质为细沙,输热导管由太阳能集热器进入储热沙坑,连接在储热沙坑中平摆设置的数层盘悬管,返回太阳能集热器,构成回路,在输热导管经过居室内部位设置集热循环泵;连接散热器的换热导管进入集热沙坑返回,构成单独回路,换热导管经过居室内部位设置换热循环泵。

采用本实用新型的积极效果是实现了太阳能的储存和均衡利用;可在晴天或夏季储存热能,阴天或冬季利用热能,具有结构简单、制作成本低,热效率高、环保节能、方便安全、经济适用等优点。解决了北方地区冬季住宅、学校和车间取暖难题,还能在工农业生产、交通安全中发挥作用。适用于农业、城市道路、机场等领域。
具体实施方式
如图所示;设置在建筑物顶端的太阳能集热器(1)采用太阳能真空玻璃管集热器,输热导管(3)采用无缝钢管制作,在输热导管(3)经过居室(8)内部位设置集热循环泵(2),连接储热沙坑(4)内的数层盘旋管(5),储热沙坑(4)是长6米、宽4米、深2米的地下坑池,坑池内铺设数层平摆放置的盘旋管(5)与连接太阳能集热器(1)的输热导管(3)构成回路,用精细沙土掩埋填实,坑池四壁装有隔热材料,沙池顶层用“珍珠岩”等绝热保温材料和防水灰土压平,最上面用板砖或水泥砂浆把院落铺平整,太阳能集热器(1)及输热导管(3)内加注导热液;连接换热器(8)的换热导管(6)进入集热沙坑(4)绕一圈返回,构成单独回路,换热导管(6)经过居室(9)内部位设置换热循环泵(7)。
