一种骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,由套筒、搅拌器、搅拌手柄、注射活塞、注射管路和注射手柄组成;其中,搅拌器由搅拌叶片、活塞、搅拌手柄组成,搅拌叶片和活塞安装在套筒内,活塞与搅拌手柄连接,搅拌叶片安装在注射活塞上,套筒上分别连接注射管路和注射手柄;注射管路与套筒之间安装有阀门。本实用新型的优点是:1.将搅拌、注射一次完成,缩短了骨水泥材料的准备时间,从而避免了不必要的浪费和医疗事故的发生。2.可保证在真空环境下搅拌。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种骨水泥真空搅拌注射器。
背景技术:
目前在人工关节置换手术过程中,骨水泥关节已经被广泛地应用于临床,其中骨水泥的搅拌和注射过程是手术的关键过程。而目前使用的搅拌和注射装置均为独立的机构,搅拌过后再和注射***进行安装,很浪费时间,一旦安装时间过长,骨水泥就会很快凝固、报废,造成浪费。另外,注射装置为重复使用的枪体,长期反复使用、消毒会缩短其使用寿命。。一旦在手术中发生机械故障便会造成手术中断,形成医疗事故。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,该产品将骨水泥的搅拌和注射一次完成,缩短了骨水泥材料的准备时间,从而避免医疗事故的发生。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,其特征在于:由套筒、搅拌器、搅拌手柄、注射活塞、注射管路和注射手柄组成;其中,搅拌器由搅拌叶片、活塞、搅拌手柄组成,搅拌叶片和活塞安装在套筒内,活塞与搅拌手柄连接,搅拌叶片安装在注射活塞上,套筒上分别连接注射管路和注射手柄;注射管路与套筒之间安装有阀门。
本实用新型还可以采用如下的技术措施:
上述套筒上有一接口在使用时和手术室负压吸引器连接后可抽真空。
上述套筒上可安装有底座。
本实用新型具有如下的优点和积极效果:
1、本设计将骨水泥的搅拌和注射功能合为一体,减少了骨水泥由准备到注射过程中的环节,缩短了骨水泥材料的准备时间,将搅拌、注射一次完成,从而避免了不必要的浪费和医疗事故的发生。
2、由于套筒上有一接口在使用时和手术室负压吸引器连接后可抽真空,因此,可将套筒内的空气和气泡排出,保证在真空环境下搅拌。

具体实施方式:
一种骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,由套筒1、搅拌叶片2、注射活塞3、搅拌手柄4、注射管路5和注射手柄6组成。搅拌叶片和活塞安装在套筒内,活塞与搅拌手柄连接,搅拌叶片安装在注射活塞上,套筒上分别连接注射管路和注射手柄;注射管路与套筒之间安装有阀门7。套筒上有一接口8在使用时和手术室负压吸引器连接后可抽真空。另外,为了使套筒在搅拌过程中搅拌稳定可将套筒安装在底座9上。
本实用新型的工作过程是:
1、如图1所示:将套筒安装在底座上,并倒入骨水泥粉剂及液体。
2、如图2所示:将注射手柄与套筒连接,并将搅拌器与搅拌手柄连接。
3、如图3、4所示:将负压管与负压引流器连接后抽真空,然后摇动搅拌手柄,使粉剂和液剂在真空状态下混合均匀,完成后,取下搅拌手柄,将注射管路与套筒连接,并将阀门旋转90,即可注射。
本设计在注射、搅拌过程中,搅拌叶片会与注射活塞形成位移,使活塞顺利完成注射过程。(如图2所示)

1、一种骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,其特征在于:由套筒、搅拌器、搅拌手柄、注射活塞、注射管路和注射手柄组成;其中,搅拌器由搅拌叶片、活塞、搅拌手柄组成,搅拌叶片和活塞安装在套筒内,活塞与搅拌手柄连接,搅拌叶片安装在注射活塞上,套筒上分别连接注射管路和注射手柄;注射管路与套筒之间安装有阀门。
2、根据权利要求1所述的骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,其特征在于:上述套筒上有一接口在使用时和手术室负压吸引器连接后可抽真空。
3、根据权利要求1所述的骨水泥真空搅拌注射器,其特征在于:上述套筒上可安装有底座。
