Abstract
本实用新型涉及热压力液体循环供热装置,它是由至少一个有一对进出口的耐压容器、至少一个散热器、至少一个排气口、一个三通结构、一个补液罐和一个单向止回阀A构成;所述耐压容器的出口端通过管道与散热器的进口端连接,耐压容器的进口端通过管道与单向止回阀A的出口端连接,散热器的出口端通过管道与三通结构的进口端连接,三通结构的出口端通过管道与单向止回阀A的进口端连接,三通结构的第三端通过管道与补液罐连接,所述排气口设于管道回路上;本实用新型的耐压容器可以使用任意热源,燃烧材料多样化,制造成本和使用成本低,热源置于耐压容器正下方或内部供热,使得加热效率、热压力和***热循环能力提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及液体循环供热装置,尤其涉及热压力水循环供热装置。
背景技术
这里所述的液体循环供热装置俗称为“土暖气”,是由炉体和液体循环供热装置构成,所述液体循环供热装置由散热器、排气口和补水罐通过管道连接构成;现有的“土暖气”是通过对不封闭的盛水管道加热吸收热量,或兼有侧立面水套(盛水器)通过水套侧壁辐射吸收炉体热量,来达到水循环供暖的目的,这些设计均无完整的在火焰正上方的吸热装置,因而热功率较低、热压较低、***热循环能力也因此较低,要使水循环供暖装置内的水循环加快,只能增设加压泵对水加压才能实现。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以用任意热源,制造和使用成本低,热效率高的热压力液体循环供热装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:热压力液体循环供热装置,它是由至少一个有一对进出口的耐压容器、至少一个散热器、至少一个排气口、一个三通结构、一个补液罐和一个单向止回阀A构成;所述耐压容器的出口端通过管道与散热器的进口端连接,耐压容器的进口端通过管道与单向止回阀A的出口端连接,散热器的出口端通过管道与三通结构的进口端连接,三通结构的出口端通过管道与单向止回阀A的进口端连接,三通结构的第三端通过管道与补液罐连接,所述排气口设于管道回路上。
在所述三通结构进口端与散热器出口端之间的管道上可以设有一个单向止回阀B,以便于阻止液体由三通结构的进口端向散热器的出口端方向回流。
在所述耐压容器的出口端与散热器的进口端之间的管道上可以设有一个单向止回阀C,以便于阻止液体由散热器的进口端向耐压容器的出口端方向回流,以及增加耐压容器出口端的喷水压力。
所述散热器是暖气片、换热器、换散热器或水床。
所述排气口设于散热器上。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
打开与散热器连接的排气口,通过补液罐向热压力液体循环供热装置中注满水并且关闭该排气口,在耐压容器下方或内部放置热源,当耐压容器内的水受热膨胀后,只能通过管道单向地向散热器方向流动并供应热水,同时推动补液罐的水位升高以储备势能,当势能储备到一定程度,单向止回阀A被推开,并通过耐压容器的进口对其补水。在热压力液体循环供热装置运行期间,可通过补液罐向热压力液体循环供热装置中补充损失的水。
本实用新型的耐压容器可直接设置于热源正上方或将电热源置于耐压容器内部,可以使用任意热源,燃烧材料多样化,制造成本和使用成本低,热源置于耐压容器正下方或内部供热,使得加热效率、热压力和***热循环能力提高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1所示,热压力液体循环供热装置,它是由一个有一对进出口的耐压容器1、一个散热器2、一个排气口3、一个三通结构4、一个补液罐5和一个单向止回阀A6构成;所述耐压容器1的出口端通过管道与散热器2的进口端连接,耐压容器1的进口端通过管道与单向止回阀A6的出口端连接,散热器2的出口端通过管道与三通结构4的进口端连接,三通结构4的出口端通过管道与单向止回阀A6的进口端连接,三通结构4的第三端通过管道与补液罐5连接,所述排气口3设于管道回路上。
所述散热器2是暖气片。
实施例2
参见图2所示,热压力水循环供暖装置,其与实施例1不同之处在于,在所述三通结构4进口端与散热器2出口端之间的管道上设有一个单向止回阀B7。
在所述耐压容器1的出口端与散热器2的进口端之间的管道上设有一个单向止回阀C8。
所述排气口3设于散热器2上。
Claims (5)
1、热压力液体循环供热装置,其特征在于:它是由至少一个有一对进出口的耐压容器、至少一个散热器、至少一个排气口、一个三通结构、一个补液罐和一个单向止回阀A构成;所述耐压容器的出口端通过管道与散热器的进口端连接,耐压容器的进口端通过管道与单向止回阀A的出口端连接,散热器的出口端通过管道与三通结构的进口端连接,三通结构的出口端通过管道与单向止回阀A的进口端连接,三通结构的第三端通过管道与补液罐连接,所述排气口设于管道回路上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热压力液体循环供热装置,其特征在于:在所述三通结构进口端与散热器出口端之间的管道上可以设有一个单向止回阀B。
3、根据权利要求1所述的热压力液体循环供热装置,其特征在于:所述散热器是暖气片、换热器、换散热器或水床。
4、根据权利要求1所述的热压力液体循环供热装置,其特征在于:在所述耐压容器的出口端与散热器的进口端之间的管道上可以设有一个单向止回阀C。
5、根据权利要求1所述的热压力液体循环供热装置,其特征在于:所述排气口设于散热器上。
