本实用新型涉及一种安装封闭母线的风力发电机组的塔筒结构,包括塔筒,其特征是:在塔筒中安装有封闭母线。其优点是:封闭母线价格便宜,寿命可达30年以上,超出了风电机组的寿命,封闭母线可在塔筒出厂前安装于各节塔筒中,各节塔筒运输到用户现场竖立起来后,在现场只需进行每节塔筒送电母线端部的相互接线,因而大大简化了风力发电机组的现场安装施工工艺。

本实用新型涉及一种安装封闭母线的风力发电机组的塔筒结构。
背景技术
现代风力发电机组,发电机一般安装在机舱中,机舱及桨叶由塔筒支撑,发电机发出的电能用电力电缆经过塔筒送入电网,电力电缆安装在塔筒中。现代风电机组塔筒高达40米~150米,风电机组正在向大型化发展,塔筒高度将进一步增高。
这种塔筒电力电缆送电模式造价较高,安装施工不方便,塔筒分为若干节运输到用户现场,塔筒在现场竖立起来后才能进行塔筒电力电缆的安装施工,在现场安装施工时间较长,难度也较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种安装封闭母线的风力发电机组的塔筒结构。

本实用新型包括塔筒,其特征是:在塔筒中安装有封闭母线。
所述在塔筒中安装有封闭母线是在每一节塔筒中沿塔筒的高度方向安装一段独立的封闭母线。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型包括塔筒2,在每节塔筒2中均安装有封闭母线1。封闭母线1可用母线桥架封闭,也可直接采用封闭母线产品。
实施例:一种910KW双发电机风力发电机组,其中一台是异步发电机3ф690V/750KW,另一台是永磁同步发电机3ф380V/160KW,封闭母线由3ф690V/750KW铜母排、3ф380V/160KW铜母排、接地铜排组成,全部送电铜母排用母线桥架封闭,塔筒由3节组成,每节塔筒中的封闭母线间端头用软联母线联接。

1. 一种安装封闭母线的风力发电机组的塔筒结构,包括塔筒,其特征是:在塔筒中安装有封闭母线。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装封闭母线的风力发电机组的塔筒结构,其特征是:在每一节塔筒中沿塔筒的高度方向安装一段独立的封闭母线。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的安装封闭母线的风力发电机组的塔筒结构,其特征是:封闭母线可采用母线桥架封闭,也可直接采用封闭母线产品。
