本实用新型公开了一种新型路灯,包括灯罩和设置于灯罩内的插设有LED的LED电路板,灯罩内设有基板和支架,基板固定于灯罩的内侧底部,支架支设于基板的外侧面,且支架的外边沿呈两端低、中间高的弧形状,LED电路板分别横向架设在支架的外边沿上,且LED电路板的两端分别向内拗折固定于基板上。本实用新型的有益效果是:插设于各LED电路板上的LED灯头朝下呈球形曲面状排布,这样,各LED发出的光便可进行全方位的照射。

本实用新型涉及一种路灯,尤其是一种以LED为光源的路灯。
背景技术
以LED为光源的路灯,其灯具结构一般包括灯罩和设置于灯罩内的插设有LED的LED电路板,传统的这种路灯,其LED电路板在灯罩中的排布方式一般为平面状,这种LED电路板平面排布的路灯,灯具中的各个LED头朝下呈同一平面排布,其灯光的照射范围只局限于路灯的下方,同一长度的路面需要的路灯个数较多,成本较高,一般已不采用。现已有LED电路板在灯罩中呈弧形排布的路灯,相对于平面排布方式,这种LED电路板弧形排布的路灯,其灯光的可照射到路灯的下方和路灯左右两侧的一定范围内,但对于路灯的前、后两侧却还是无法照射到,对于较宽的路面便不适用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种灯光可全方位照射的新型路灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种新型路灯,包括灯罩和设置于灯罩内的插设有LED的LED电路板,上述LED电路板在上述灯罩中呈球形曲面状排布。
上述灯罩内设有基板和支架,上述基板固定于上述灯罩的内侧底部,上述支架支设于上述基板的外侧面,且上述支架的外边沿呈两端低、中间高的弧形状,上述LED电路板分别横向架设在上述支架的外边沿上,且上述LED电路板的两端分别向内拗折固定于上述基板上。
上述基板的两侧分别设有固定板,此固定板呈与上述支架的外边沿相对应的弧形状,上述LED电路板两端分别对应固定于此固定板上。
上述支架的外边沿呈锯齿状。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:每个LED电板板于支架横向方向弯折成弧形,且各个LED电板板于支架的纵向方向随支架的弧度呈弧形状排布,各个LED电路板便在灯罩内组合成球形曲面状的LED阵列,这样,各LED发出的光便可进行全方位的照射。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种新型路灯,如图1、图2所示,包括灯罩1、LED电路板2、基板3和支架4,基板3固定于灯罩1的内底面,支架4垂直支设于基板3的中部,支架4的外边沿为锯齿状且整体呈中间高、两端低的弧形状,基板3位于支架4的两侧分别设有与支架4的外边沿相对应的弧形状的固定板31,LED电路板2横向架设于支架4的外边沿上,且LED电路板2的两端分别向内拗折固定于固定板31上,使各个LED电路板2弯折成弧形。这样,每个LED电板板2于支架4横向方向弯折成弧形,且各个LED电板板2于支架4的纵向方向随支架4的弧度呈弧形状排布,各个LED电路板2便在灯罩内组合成球形曲面状的LED阵列,从而实现灯光全方位的照射。

1、一种新型路灯,包括灯罩和设置于灯罩内的插设有LED的LED电路板,其特征在于:上述LED电路板在上述灯罩中呈球形曲面状排布。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型路灯,其特征在于:上述灯罩内设有基板和支架,上述基板固定于上述灯罩的内侧底部,上述支架支设于上述基板的外侧面,且上述支架的外边沿呈两端低、中间高的弧形状,上述LED电路板分别横向架设在上述支架的外边沿上,且上述LED电路板的两端分别向内拗折固定于上述基板上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种新型路灯,其特征在于:上述基板的两侧分别设有固定板,此固定板呈与上述支架的外边沿相对应的弧形状,上述LED电路板两端分别对应固定于此固定板上。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种新型路灯,其特征在于:上述支架的外边沿呈锯齿状。
