现有的移动通信***不管是GSM基站,还是在第三代WCDMA移动通信基站中,都会用同轴腔体滤波器与天线的搭配来同时实现通信信号的发送和接收。雷电是一种常见的自然灾害,经常击坏与通信线路相连的电器设备,同轴腔体滤波器作为收发信号的关键微波通信设备在使用时,必须考虑防雷设计,现行的同轴腔体滤波器都采用镀银铜线,一端连接在谐振器上,另一端连接在天线端口上来实现感性耦合和防雷击浪涌,这样的结构会造成同轴腔体滤波器的传输特性漂移和可靠度的降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术防雷设计的上述缺陷,本专利要解决同轴腔体滤波器天线端感性耦合防雷结构传输特性漂移的问题。
为解决现有技术中的问题,本专利提供一种同轴腔体滤波器天线端容性耦合防雷结构,用一根长度为1/4λ的镀银铜线,在腔体上安装一个镀银铜螺钉,将镀银铜线两端焊接在螺钉和天线连接器上,此结构具有防雷电冲击的特性。
本专利中,镀银铜线也可以采用其它金属线镀银材料。
本专利中,金属镀银铜线可以是镀银铜线,也可以是镀银铜片。
本专利中,镀银铜线安装在螺钉和天线连接器上,不接触谐振管。
本专利的有益效果是,镀银铜线不接触谐振管,避免了对谐振管谐振特性的影响,提高了同轴腔体滤波器的可靠度,实现了同轴腔体滤波器的防雷要求。

本专利的一个优选实施例中,天线连接器1选用7/16连接器,选取一根φ1mm的镀银铜线4,在腔体上适当位置打孔安装镀银铜螺钉2,将镀银铜线4两端分别焊接在天线连接器1和镀银铜螺钉2上,就做成了一个防雷结构,此结构具有防雷击浪涌能力。
下面将详细描述本实施例的一种同轴腔体滤波器防雷结构的特点。
1、所述镀银铜线的长度为1/4波长。
2、所述镀银铜线通过焊接固定。
3、所述镀银铜线处于绷紧状态,不会出现晃动和移位。
采用本专利的一种同轴腔体滤波器防雷结构,加工方便、安装快捷、可靠度高,符合IEC61000-4-5雷击浪涌抗扰度要求,适用于微波同轴腔体滤波器。

1.一种同轴腔体滤波器防雷结构,其特征在于,用一根长度为1/4λ的镀银铜线,在腔体上安装一个镀银铜螺钉,将镀银铜线两端焊接在螺钉和天线连接器上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴腔体滤波器防雷结构特征在于,其中所述镀银铜线也可以采用镀银铝合金线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴腔体滤波器防雷结构特征在于,其中所述镀银铜线也可以是镀银铜片。
