本实用新型涉及一种太阳能集热模块,用于太阳能的利用,属于集热工程配件领域。
背景技术:
在现有的集热模块,主要采用在换热体设有两套铜管,内部铜管一端与进水管连接,另一端封闭,内部铜管上有大小等距的孔,外部铜管一端连接进水管,另一端连接出水管,管上同样设有大小相同等距的的孔,内外管孔同心。直流管直接***孔中,在实际使用过程中,安装不方便,而且容易发生渗漏。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是一种便于直流管安装,不易渗漏的集热模块。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种太阳能集热模块,包括上壳1、外壳体8、保温层2、外管3、内管4、进水管5、端盖6、密封圈7,所述内管4设有等距的孔,孔内设有内管套管10,外管3设有等距的孔,孔内设有外管套管9,内管套管10靠近外管套管9部分设有倒角11。
有益效果:本实用新型采用内管套管,靠近外管套管部分设有倒角,便于直流内管的安装***,直流管***后不易渗漏。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图具体阐述本实用新型的实施方式:
本实用新型主要由上壳1、保温层2、外管3、内管4、进(出)水管5、端盖6、密封圈7、外壳体8、外管套管9、内管套管10等组成。进水管5的内壁焊接内管4;内管4分布大小等距相同的孔,内管套管10焊接于孔中,内管4的另一端封闭,使冷水不至于从出水管流出;在进水管5外壁焊接外管3;外管3同样分布大小等距相同的孔,外管套管9焊接于孔中,外管3的另一端与出水管5,焊接内外管孔时保持同心;内管套管10靠近外管套管9部分设有倒角11。在换热体(包含3、4、5、9、10)周围包裹保温层2,保温层2外的壳体采用上壳1和外壳体8连接组成,在上壳1和外壳体8连接装配后的两端头装有带***边的端盖6封装,其内侧带有***边,可***至组合后的上壳1和外壳体8的端部,使端盖6与之配合,适当涂刷胶粘剂可达到完全封闭的目的.在端盖6的中心开有孔,孔中装有导出管密封圈7,以使进(出)水管5伸出于端盖6的外部。
