本实用新型涉及一种内置控温循环***的人工气候室,主要用于农作物种子发芽率测定、幼苗培养和菌类培养。
背景技术
目前的人工气候室主要采用以下几种控温循环***:一种是直接在气候室内安装商用或家用空调,此种方案因空调有其一定的出风方向且风量较小,无法使室内达到规定的温度均匀度;另一种设计是将冷库用室内机悬挂于箱体顶板下方,另外附加裸露的加热元件,采用开放式风机定向平吹,以大功率强制对流,致使迎风的培养基和幼苗被强风吹干,此类装置占用室内空间,影响操作,温度均匀度较差。还有一种设计是中国专利ZL2005200307016,一种外置控温循环***的人工气候室,其特征是在人工气候室箱体侧壁或顶部开设回风口,在相对远离的位置开设出风口并安装导风格栅,在室外壁建有循环风道使回风口和出风口连通,循环风道内部安装风机,风机和出风口之间并靠近出风口端安装制冷换热器件和加热元件。这种外置控温循环***解决了培养基和幼苗被强风吹干,提高室温均匀度,也使室内整齐美观并节约空间。但是,这种设计在室外设置有许多循环管道及部件,尤其是欲在室内设计多处出风口时,则室外的管道就要设置得更多而复杂。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有控温循环***的弊端,本实用新型提供了一种内置控温循环***。该***在室内顶棚、内壁等处设置风道,并合理设置多个出风口,以达到提高室内控温的精确度和均匀度,使循环送风更加柔和,避免培养基和幼苗被强风吹干的目的,并使人工气候室的内外几何形状整齐规整,节省室内外空间。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在人工气候室的顶棚内侧设置夹层,内壁面和内墙角处分别设置垂直风道,顶棚夹层与垂直风道分别连通,组成循环风道,顶棚夹层中央的回风口处设置回风口风机,在回风口风机四周的送风口处设有加热和制冷的热交换元件,在垂直风道的面上开多个出风口并安装送风风机。当该控温循环***运行时,顶棚夹层中央回风口处的回风口风机将室内空气吸入风道内,通过送风口处的热交换元件调温后送往四周的垂直风道,再由垂直风道的多个出风口风机,均匀地送到室内各个角落。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以提高室内控温的精确度和均匀度,使循环送风更加柔和,避免培养基和幼苗被强风吹干,并使人工气候室的内外几何形状整齐规整,节省室内外空间。

具体实施方式
如图所示,人工气候室箱体由顶棚、四壁及房门等构成,在顶棚处设顶棚夹层(1),在内壁面和内墙角处设垂直风道(4),顶棚夹层(1)与垂直风道(4)分别连通,顶棚夹层(1)中央的回风口处设置回风口风机(3),回风口风机(3)的四周送风口处设加热和制冷的热交换元件(2),在垂直风道(4)的面上开多个出风口(本实施例开3个口),并安装出风口风机(5)。当该控温循环***运行时,回风口风机(3)将室内空气吸入夹层内,通过热交换元件(2)调温后送往四周的垂直风道(4),再由出风口风机(5)送往室内各个角落。

1.一种内置控温循环***的人工气候室,由人工气候室箱体、循环风道、加热及制冷的热交换元件、风机、回风口、出风口构成,其特征是,人工气候室的顶棚内侧设置夹顶棚夹层(1),内壁面和内墙角处分别设置垂直风道(4),顶棚夹层(1)与垂直风道(4)分别连通,顶棚夹层(1)中央的回风口处设置回风口风机(3),回风口风机(3)四周的送风口处设有加热和制冷的热交换元件(2),垂直风道(4)的面上开多个出风口并安装出风口风机(5)。
