本实用新型属于缝纫机技术,是设计了一种能减少面线张力的结构。本实用新型包括缓线勾支柱1、过线轴承安装柱2、过线轴承3,防脱线勾4,其特征是将本实施例改进前的缓线勾5改进,将过线轴承安装柱2的一端设计成一个螺柱,另一端设计成轴承座,将过线轴承3安装在过线轴承安装柱2的轴承座一端上,同时在过线轴承安装柱2的顶部安装防脱线勾4。再通过螺纹连接将它们与缓线勾支柱1连接。用轴承与缝线的点接触滚动摩擦代替之前缓线勾5与缝线的面接触滑动摩擦,从而减少了面线的张力。

本实用新型属于缝纫机技术,特别是一种减少面线张力的结构。
背景技术:
平缝机的面线一般需要经过各个相关机构,而由于面线经过的机构过多,往往容易造成面线张力的增大。特别是当面线经过缓线勾时,由于面线跟线勾是面接触,是滑动摩擦,更容易造成张力的增大。当平缝机的张力过大时,容易使布料收缩、起皱,造成线迹的不美观,而且缝制时容易断线。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种能减少面线张力的结构。
本实用新型包括缓线勾支柱1、过线轴承安装柱2、过线轴承3,防脱线勾4,其特征是将本实施例改进前的缓线勾5改为由缓线勾支柱1、过线轴承安装柱2、过线轴承3,防脱线勾4组装而成的缓线装置,用轴承与缝线的点接触滚动摩擦代替之前缓线勾5与缝线的面接触滑动摩擦,从而减少面线的张力。
本实用新型设计了缓线勾支柱1、过线轴承安装柱2、过线轴承3,防脱线勾4,将本实施例改进之前的缓线勾5分成两个部分,一是缓线勾支柱1,二是将过线轴承3安装在过线轴承安装柱2上,同时在过线轴承安装柱2的顶部安装了防脱线勾4。再通过螺纹连接将这两个部分连接在一起。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,图2,将图1上本实施例改进之前的缓线勾5分成两个部分,按图2所示改进,改进后的零件包括缓线勾支柱1、过线轴承安装柱2、过线轴承3,防脱线勾4,将过线轴承安装柱2的一端设计成一个螺柱,另一端设计成轴承座,将过线轴承3安装在过线轴承安装柱2的轴承座一端上,同时在过线轴承安装柱2的顶部安装防脱线勾4。再通过螺纹连接将它们与缓线勾支柱1连接。连接完成后整个安装在平缝机上。

1.一种减少面线张力的结构包括缓线勾支柱(1)、过线轴承安装柱(2)、过线轴承(3),防脱线勾(4),其特征是把缓线勾(5)设计成两段;
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减少面线张力的结构,其特征是在缓线勾(5)一端安装了过线轴承(3),并加上防脱线勾(4)防止缝线的脱离。
