本实用新型涉及一种电力网络中能够节约电能的绕组,该节电绕组是采用Z字形的绕线方式将三个线圈缠绕在带中线的口字形铁芯上的,即第一线圈的两端缠绕在铁芯的左柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯的中柱;第二线圈的两端缠绕在铁芯的中柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯的右柱;第三线圈的两端缠绕在铁芯的右柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯的左柱。用这种绕线方式制作的绕组修正了歪波,减少了中性线电流,达到消除高次谐波、调节三相平衡的效果,同时可以节约电能,提高用电设备的使用寿命。

背景技术
目前,电力网络中普遍存在着高次谐波,导致交流电在实际运行过程中很难保证相电压和相电流的理想平衡。高次谐波及不平衡不仅造成电能浪费,还会降低用电设备的效率和寿命。交流电的基本波形是正弦波,高次谐波和不平衡会导致歪波,从而增加阻抗而导致电流下降,而负载为了满足原来的功率,就会消耗更多的电流,造成不必要的功率消耗。但是,现有网络中的绕组不能消除高次谐波、不能调节三相平衡,在很大程度上造成了电能的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节电绕组,以解决现有电力网络中存在的高次谐波无法消除以及三相不平衡的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的,将第一线圈1、第二线圈2、第三线圈3采用Z字形的绕线方式缠绕在带中线的口字形铁芯4上。即第一线圈1的两端缠绕在铁芯4的左柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯4的中柱;第二线圈2的两端缠绕在铁芯4的中柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯4的右柱;第三线圈3的两端缠绕在铁芯4的右柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯4的左柱。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
用这种绕线方式制作的绕组修正了歪波,减少了中性线电流,达到消除高次谐波、调节三相平衡的效果,同时可以节约电能,提高用电设备的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
在图1中,第一线圈1、第二线圈2、第三线圈3采用Z字形的绕线方式缠绕在铁芯4上。即第一线圈1的两端缠绕在铁芯4的左柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯4的中柱;第二线圈2的两端缠绕在铁芯4的中柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯4的右柱;第三线圈3的两端缠绕在铁芯4的右柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯4的左柱。它们之间利用相互交叉平衡来控制线圈,产生与高次谐波相位完全相反的波形,使之相互抵消(R、r、S、s、T、t的谐波相位在相位图中是相互抵消的,本实用新型给出其相位图),从而修正了歪波,减少了中性线电流,达到消除高次谐波、调节三相平衡的效果,同时节约了电能,可以显著提高用电设备的使用寿命。

1.一种节电绕组,包括口字形铁芯(4)和三个线圈,其特征在于:三个线圈第一线圈(1)、第二线圈(2)和第三线圈(3)是采用Z字形的绕线方式缠绕在铁芯(4)上的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节电绕组,其特征在于:第一线圈(1)的两端缠绕在铁芯(4)的左柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯(4)的中柱;第二线圈(2)的两端缠绕在铁芯(4)的中柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯(4)的右柱;第三线圈(3)的两端缠绕在铁芯(4)的右柱,中间段缠绕在铁芯(4)的左柱。
