本实用新型涉及一种砂轮修整装置，尤其是一种用于双端面磨床的砂轮修整装置。
背景技术
一般具砂轮的磨床运用在精密研磨加工上，可将工件表面研磨至预定的最后形状。由于砂轮以微小颗粒对工件进行切削，砂轮颗粒会脱落，使磨削面不再具有精准表面，且砂轮颗粒会磨顿无法有效加工工件，因此，砂轮在使用一段时间后，通常必须对砂轮进行修整，使砂轮可以重获精准的表面及锐利度。目前，在双端面磨床上，对砂轮的修整一般使用手动，如附图1，通过手柄(3)的上下运动带动摆臂(1)和修正支架(8)一起运动，修正支架(8)上装有金刚笔，从而对砂轮(7)平面进行修整。此过程中，因手柄(3)的上下运动全靠感觉进行定位控制，运动不平稳，这就使砂轮(7)的平面凹凸不平，影响零件的磨削质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种由液压控制进行修整的双端面磨床的砂轮修整装置。本实用新型的技术方案是如此实现的：
一种用于双端面磨床的砂轮修整装置，包括摆臂(1)、修正支架(8)、箱体(9)、砂轮(7)，在箱体(9)的一侧设有油缸(10)，其一端通过支架(5)与箱体(9)相联，另一端通过销轴(2)与摆臂(1)相联，摆臂(1)和修正支架(8)的运动为液压自动控制。
本实用新型将原来的手动改成通过液压自动控制，运动平稳，使修整后的砂轮平面平整，在提高效率，节省人力的同时，也提高了零件的磨削质量。

下面结合附图，通过实施例，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例：参考附图2，一种用于双端面磨床的砂轮修整装置，包括摆臂(1)、修正支架(8)、箱体(9)、砂轮(7)，在箱体(9)的一侧设有油缸(10)，其一端通过支架(5)与箱体(9)相联，另一端通过销轴(2)与摆臂(1)相联，摆臂(1)和修正支架(8)的运动为液压自动控制。
工作时，由液压站供油，传递给油缸(10)，再由油缸(10)推动摆臂(1)和修正支架(8)一起上下运动，修正支架(8)上装有金刚笔，从而对砂轮(7)平面进行修整。

1.一种用于双端面磨床的砂轮修整装置，包括摆臂(1)、修正支架(8)、箱体(9)、砂轮(7)，其特征在于在箱体(9)的一侧设有油缸(10)，其一端通过支架(5)与箱体(9)相联，另一端通过销轴(2)与摆臂(1)相联，摆臂(1)和修正支架(8)的运动为液压自动控制。
