Abstract

一种分体挂壁式空调室内机,包括设置在壳体内的热交换器和风机,设置在壳体上部的进风口和下部的出风口,壳体正面设置有前面板,前面板下方设置有铰接在壳体上的活动面板,活动面板朝内设置有摆臂,摆臂与摇杆一端相接,摇杆另一端与设置在壳体内的步进电机输出轴相接。摆臂端部设置有滑槽,在摇杆一端设置有导柱,导柱插装在滑槽内。本实用新型工作时,步进电机通过摇杆拨动摆臂,使与摆臂为一体的活动面板来回摆动,阻止流出空调机的空气直接回流到进风口,提高使用效率,从而避免产生气流短路,降低能耗。当停止使用时,活动面板则收回,节省空间,并且整个室内机外形更美观。

本实用新型涉及一种空调机,特别是一种分体挂壁式空调室内机。
背景技术
常见的分体挂壁式空调室内机一般由空调机的上部进风、下部出风。但是,由于进风口和出风口的位置比较近,经蒸发器冷却或加热的空气流出空调机后,部分气流会直接回流到空调机进风口再次进入空调机内,在空调机内循环,形成短路,而未达到充分冷却或加热房间的目的,比较浪费能源。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理、操作灵活、能避免气流短路、节约能源的分体挂壁式空调室内机,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种分体挂壁式空调室内机,包括设置在壳体内的热交换器和风机,设置在壳体上部的进风口和下部的出风口,壳体正面设置有前面板,其结构特征是前面板下方设置有铰接在壳体上的活动面板,活动面板朝内设置有摆臂,摆臂与摇杆一端相接,摇杆另一端与设置在壳体内的步进电机输出轴相接。
上述的摆臂端部和/或中部设置有滑槽或导轨,在摇杆一端设置有导柱,导柱插装在滑槽或导轨内。
本实用新型工作时,步进电机通过摇杆拨动摆臂,使与摆臂为一体的活动面板向外伸出且来回摆动,阻止流出空调机的空气直接回流到进风口,提高使用效率,从而避免产生气流短路,降低能耗。当停止使用时,活动面板则收回,节省空间,并且整个室内机外形更美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1-图2,本分体挂壁式空调室内机,包括设置在壳体10内的热交换器8和风机7,设置在壳体10上部的进风口和下部的出风口,壳体10正面设置有前面板9,前面板9下方设置有铰接在壳体10上的活动面板1,活动面板1竖向设置。活动面板1朝内一端设置有摆臂5,摆臂5端部设置有滑槽5.1,摇杆2一端设置有导柱2.1,该导柱2.1插装在滑槽5.1内,摇杆2另一端与设置在壳体10内的步进电机3输出轴相接,壳体10底部前面设置有铰接的导风板4,导风板4横向设置在出风口处。
空调室内机运行时,步进电机3驱动摇杆2按图1中箭头a所示方向转动,活动面板1在摆臂5的带动下按图1中箭头b所示方向外伸且来回摆动,到达如图2所示位置,进入工作状态,同时导风板4也转动一定角度后进入工作状态。

1.一种分体挂壁式空调室内机,包括设置在壳体(10)内的热交换器(8)和风机(7),设置在壳体上部的进风口和下部的出风口,壳体正面设置有前面板(9),其特征是所述的前面板下方设置有铰接在壳体上的活动面板(1),活动面板朝内设置有摆臂(5),摆臂与摇杆(2)一端相接,摇杆另一端与设置在壳体内的步进电机(3)输出轴相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分体挂壁式空调室内机,其特征是所述的摆臂(5)端部和/或中部设置有滑槽(5.1)或导轨,在摇杆(2)一端设置有导柱(2.1),导柱插装在滑槽或导轨内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分体挂壁式空调室内机,其特征是所述的活动面板(1)竖向或斜向设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分体挂壁式空调室内机,其特征是所述的壳体(10)底部前面设置有铰接的导风板(4),导风板横向设置在出风口处。
