Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种镀膜瓶塞。属于医药包装的技术领域。其用于解决橡胶瓶塞经高压灭菌处理和存放一段时间后，橡胶瓶塞内部会释放出橡胶材料物质，橡胶瓶塞表面的微粒会脱落，从而造成药品污染，导致药品质量降低和药品保质期短的问题。镀膜瓶塞包括塞冠和塞颈，在塞颈表面和塞冠下表面镀有聚酯膜。采用这种镀膜瓶塞可广泛地应用于大输液、抗生素和冻干制剂的瓶装密封。

本实用新型涉及一种镀膜瓶塞
背景技术
目前市场上销售的药用橡胶瓶塞，主要用于大输液、抗生素和冻干制剂的瓶装密封，都存在着橡胶材料与瓶内药品相容的问题，橡胶中的硫化剂、促进剂、填充剂、增塑剂等成份，经高压灭菌处理和存放一段时间后，橡胶瓶塞内部会释放出上述成份物质，橡胶瓶塞表面的微粒会脱落，从而造成药品污染，导致药品质量降低和药品保质期短的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：克服现有技术中的缺点，提供一种使橡胶材料与瓶内药品隔离开的镀膜瓶塞。
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：镀膜瓶塞包括塞冠和塞颈，在塞颈表面和塞冠下表面镀有聚酯膜。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：提高了药品质量和延长了药品的保质期，保证了人民群众的用药安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：镀膜瓶塞包括塞冠1和塞颈3，在塞颈3表面和塞冠下表面2设有聚酯镀膜4。上述聚酯镀膜为INOCHM-01聚酯材料。
本实用新型的镀膜瓶塞在使用中，镀膜瓶塞与玻璃瓶或塑料瓶组合后，由于瓶塞的橡胶材料与瓶口和药品接触的表面全部用INOCHM-01聚酯材料隔离开，从而可以阻止瓶塞中的化学成分释放进入瓶内而影响药品的质量，延长了药品的保质期，保证了人民群众的用药安全。

1、一种镀膜瓶塞，包括塞冠(1)和塞颈(3)，其特征在于塞颈(3)表面和塞冠下表面(2)设有聚酯镀膜(4)。
