背景技术
抛丸机枪头喷嘴是金属丸粒或沙粒高速射出的通道。目前，枪头喷嘴一般是普通金属材料或合金材料经热处理后制成。由于其内壁较粗糙，而又要求其硬度相对不能太高。因而当丸粒通过时，不仅阻力大，而且枪头喷嘴通道内壁易磨损变形。由于通道变形，使喷丸的质量降低，须经常更换枪头喷嘴，因此造成生产成本较高，且因频繁更换枪头喷嘴影响生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种抛丸机枪头喷嘴结构。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种抛丸机枪头喷嘴结构，它包括金属护套，在金属护套内壁上固接一高强度陶瓷喷丸嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果是：高强度陶瓷喷丸嘴硬度高，耐磨，从而延长了设备的使用寿命，降低了生产成本。且高强度陶瓷喷丸嘴内壁光滑，降低了抛丸通过时的阻力，提高了丸粒的喷射速度。
