本实用新型涉及一种风冷式压缩空气站排热风装置。
背景技术:
在铝工业及电力行业的很多厂矿中,其空压机站的风冷式空气压缩机采用就地排热风方式,即将冷却空气压缩机后的热风就地排在空压机站站房内,这样不但恶化了站房内的环境,而且在南方由于夏季温度高,排出的热风会使室内温度更高,不利于压缩机的正常工作;也有一些厂矿的空压机站,其风冷式空气压缩机采用的是向室外排热风,这对于北方寒冷的冬季是不经济的,室外排热风是一种浪费。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供了一种改进的风冷式压缩机排热风装置,既能改善厂房内的环境,又能降低能耗及投资,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括风冷式空气压缩机(1)、排热风管道(2),在风冷式空气压缩机(1)上连接排热风管道(2),在排热风管道(2)上分别连接室内风门(3)和室外风门(4)。
室外风门(4)与管道(5)连接,管道(5)通向室外。
本实用新型是这样工作的:当室内温度过高时,室外风门(4)开度增大,相应的室内风门(3)开度减小或关闭,使室内温度降低;当室内温度过低时,室内风门(3)开度增大,室外风门(4)开度减小或暂时关闭,室内温度即升高。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过分别开启和关闭室内风门(3)、室外风门(4),可实现调节室内温度,改善室内环境,减少冬天采暖及夏天降温的投资,降低能耗。
本实用新型既可在北方应用,也可在南方应用。

本实用新型的实施例:在风冷式空气压缩机1上连接排热风管道2,在排热风管道2上分别安装一个室内风门3和室外风门4,室外风门4与管道5连接,管道5通向室外。

1.一种风冷式压缩机排热风装置,它包括风冷式空气压缩机(1)、排热风管道(2),在风冷式空气压缩机(1)上连接排热风管道(2),其特征在于:在排热风管道(2)上分别连接室内风门(3)和室外风门(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风冷式压缩机排热风装置,其特征在于:室外风门(4)与管道(5)连接。
