本实用新型涉及一种线切割装置用的导丝轮。
背景技术
导丝轮用于线切割收放丝机构,一般采用金属材料制成。通用的线切割收放丝机构均设有多组导丝轮,其阻尼作用比较大,电极丝运行长度长,容易造就导丝轮磨损,使用寿命短。由于采用金属材料制成,易导电,增加功率损耗。特别是导丝轮的V型槽半径距离大,电极丝经常会从导丝轮上脱落,影响加工精度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种线切割导丝轮,它不易磨损、导电,使用寿命长,减小功率损耗,可提高加工精度。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型由以下的技术方案来实现。
一种线切割导丝轮,其特征在于:该导丝轮由一对氧化锆陶瓷片组合而成,在导丝轮上设有V型槽。
所述的V型槽半径小于0.005mm.。
本实用新型有益效果在于,采用了由一对氧化锆陶瓷片组合而成的导丝轮,耐磨损,使用寿命长。氧化锆陶瓷片不导电,减小功率损耗。本实用新型导丝轮的V型槽半径小于0.005mm.,可提高加工精度。

如图1所示的一种线切割导丝轮,该导丝轮由一对氧化锆陶瓷片1、2组合而成,在导丝轮1、2上设有V型槽3,V型槽3半径小于0.005mm。氧化锆陶瓷片磨损率极小,不沾污物料,使用寿命长,绝缘效率高。
