一种能使骨折二端产生持续压力的交锁髓内钉,其特征是:在髓内钉的远端有1-2枚锁钉,用于防止远端骨块旋转,在髓内钉的近端有一贯穿髓内钉横截面的与髓内钉纵轴平行的滑槽,其二端为半圆形,该滑槽为近端锁钉孔位置,置锁钉后使近端骨块与远端骨块间旋转消失。在髓内钉的近端尾部有一尾帽,以阻止骨痂向髓内钉长入,在尾帽和尾部锁钉之间有一弹性物体持续将锁钉沿滑槽方向向髓内钉顶部加压。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种医疗骨科内固定材料,具体说是一种持续加压交锁髓内钉。
背景技术:随着交通和建筑业的发展,各类事故在不断的增加,骨科的内固定材料和技术也在不断地更新和发展,但现有的内固定材料大多是静态的固定,这不可避免地产生生物力学的应力遮挡,有很多病人因此产生骨不连,给病人造成很大的痛苦。
发明内容:为了克服现有的交锁髓内钉静态固定并不可避免地产生生物力学的应力遮挡的不足,本实用新型提供一种持续加压交锁髓内钉,该持续加压交锁髓内钉不仅能使骨折二端的力线稳定和旋转活动消失,还能在骨折二端产生持续的加压作用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在髓内钉的远端有1-2枚贯穿髓内钉的锁钉,在髓内钉的近端有一贯穿髓内钉横截面的与髓内钉纵轴平行的滑槽,其二端为半圆形,该滑槽也为近端锁钉孔位置,在髓内钉的近端尾部有一尾帽,在尾帽和尾部锁钉之间有一弹性物体。当持续加压交锁髓内钉***复位后的骨折二端后,远端***二枚锁钉,使远端骨折块与持续加压交锁髓内钉之间的纵轴方向滑动和旋转活动消失,在持续加压交锁髓内钉近端矩形交锁孔的近侧***锁钉一枚,使持续加压交锁髓内钉与近端骨块间的旋转活动消失,在封尾帽与近端锁钉间装入弹性物体,拧入尾帽压迫该弹性物体,由于弹性物体具有回弹作用,在弹性物体的作用下,通过持续加压交锁髓内钉可产生对骨折二端持续的加压作用,从而实现了骨折端有持续加压力的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可使骨折端产生持续的加压力,并可保持骨折二端的力线稳定和旋转稳定,保留了交锁髓内钉的优点,又克服了其应力遮挡的缺点,从而促进骨折的愈合,并可使愈合的骨折端骨痂提前受应力影响,增加了愈合处的骨痂质量。

具体实施方式:说明书附图中,持续加压交锁髓内钉1包含远端和近端二部份,远端有垂直于持续加压交锁髓内钉纵轴并贯穿持续加压交锁髓内钉的二个交锁孔2,可***二枚锁钉,使远端骨折块与持续加压交锁髓内钉之间的纵轴方向滑动消失,同时,使持续加压交锁髓内钉与骨块间的旋转活动消失。在持续加压交锁髓内钉的近端也有一个二端是半圆的矩形交锁孔3,该交锁孔纵轴与持续加压交锁髓内钉纵轴平行,并垂直贯穿持续加压交锁髓内钉,孔内可***锁钉一枚,使持续加压交锁髓内钉与近端骨块间的旋转活动消失,近端骨块与持续加压交锁髓内钉间可沿持续加压交锁髓内钉纵轴方向滑动。在持续加压交锁髓内钉的近端尾部有一尾帽4将持续加压交锁髓内钉的管腔封闭,以阻止骨痂向持续加压交锁髓内钉尾孔内长入,尾帽与近端锁钉间有一弹性物体5,尾帽向持续加压交锁髓内钉拧入时压迫该弹性物体,将压力传至近端锁钉,由于弹性物体具有回弹作用,操作完成后,在弹性物体的作用下,通过持续加压交锁髓内钉可产生对骨折二端持续的加压作用,从而实现了骨折端有持续压力的目的。
