本实用新型涉及医用器械,尤其是涉及直径Φ2.6mm-3.0mm的医用硬性内窥镜,由镜体、镜鞘及其光学部分组成。其物镜成像***由两组分离的负、正两组透镜组成,第一组为强光焦度负光透镜组,后一组为正光透镜组,其组合焦距f′为,f′= (f1′·f2′)/( f1′+f2′-d)式中f1′为负光透镜组焦距,f2′为正光透镜组焦距,d为负、正光透镜组间隔。其转像透镜***用中转棒状透镜***,由负棒状透镜与正棒状透镜组成;其中转棒状镜***的横向放大率为±1;中转棒状透镜***的空间填满玻璃,只在透镜间有4mm~5mm的空气间隔,不必用波纹状间隔环间隔;目镜***由一块双凹透镜与一块双凸透镜和一块双凸面透镜组成;其物镜视场角为35°~ 55°;其工作距离为5mm~20mm。有益效果是满足了临床内窥、诊断、治疗鼻、耳、喉、宫腔、膀胱疾病的需要。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医用器械硬性内窥镜,尤其是涉及细直径医用硬性内窥镜,主要适用于鼻、耳、喉、宫腔、膀胱、腹腔内窥诊断与医疗。
背景技术
目前,国内生产的医用硬性鼻、耳内窥镜探头的直径为4mm,可以满足大部分医生和患者的需要,然而,在实际的临床医疗中,时而影响医疗质量和治疗时间。比如,对幼儿,鼻、耳内腔狭小的患者而言,用4mm的内窥镜诊断,医疗就显得不适用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有医用硬性内窥镜需要直径细化的问题,提供一种2.6mm-3.0mm×100mm~175mm的细直径医用硬性内窥镜,以提高医疗诊断水平。
本实用新型的技术方案主要由一内窥镜镜体、一根从其镜体伸出的镜鞘、和一系列装在该镜鞘中的透镜光学部分组成,其镜鞘为2.6mm-3.0mm×100mm~175mm的医用不锈钢镜鞘,它便于与其外接设备的顺利连接;
其光学部分中的物镜成像***由两组分离的负、正透镜组成,第一组为强光焦度负光透镜组,后一组为正光透镜组,其组合焦距f′为:
f ′ = f 1 ′ · f 2 ′ f 1 ′ + f 2 ′ - d
式中f1′为负光透镜组焦距,f2′为正光透镜组焦距,d为负、正光透镜组间隔;
为了适应内窥镜细长,其光学部分中的转像透镜***选用中转棒状透镜***,由负棒状透镜与正棒状透镜组成,以保像质高、工艺性好;
为了使用方便,所述中转棒状镜***的横向放大率为±1;
为了解决棒状透镜的通光孔径比普通透镜大和增加透光量的问题,所述中转棒状透镜***的空间填满玻璃,只在透镜间有4mm~5mm的空气间隔,不必用波纹状间隔环间隔;
其光学部分中的目镜***由一块双凹透镜与一块双凸透镜胶合为一体,和一块凸面相距1.20mm的双凸面透镜同心排列组成;
所述医用硬性内窥镜物镜的视场角为35°~55°,工作距离为5mm~20mm,物镜前观察范围为2~70mm;
上述构件用料的热膨胀系数和本品耐高温100℃-135℃、耐高压性能相匹配,符合国际通用标准。
所述内窥镜光学***及其窥镜的镜鞘结构为拆分式整元化结构:成像***为单独结构,单独装调后固定封闭,再与其它结构装配,便于光学***调试和外部装拆和修理,同时,光学成像***的通用性,可使同光学***与多种不同外形的医用硬性内窥镜相配使用。
镜片的加工流程:用机器粗磨→镜片加工→半成品自动检验→组装。从而相应降低了成本,提高了生产效率。
本实用新型的有益效果是满足了在实际临床医疗中的需要,能及时内窥、诊断、治疗鼻、耳、喉、宫腔、膀胱、腹腔疾病,并且适用于幼儿与鼻、耳内腔狭小的患者内窥、诊断,医疗。

具体实施方式
见上述附图可知本实用新型一种具体结构,即2.7mm×175mm细直径的医用不锈钢的医用硬性内窥镜的结构:主要由一内窥镜镜体、一根从其镜体伸出的镜鞘、和一系列装在该镜鞘中的透镜光学部分组成,其镜鞘为2.7mm×175mm。
其物镜成像***由两组分离的1.6±0.02的单凹面负物镜1、方形负物镜2、单凸负光物镜3同心胶合为一体,双凸面正物镜4和单凹面正物镜5同心胶合为一体,两组物镜的凸面相对相距0.48mm组成,装在2.7mm的医用不锈钢镜鞘中的镜成像***位置上。第一组为强光焦度负光透镜组,后一组为正光透镜组。
其中的中转棒状透镜***,由直径1.6±0.02的一端凸一端凹透镜、长条形凸透镜的负棒状透镜6、7、8,9、10、11及正棒状镜12、13、14组成:每三块透镜为一组,几何配合形状相同,分别同心胶合为一体,分别水平相距4.6mm和4.98mm装在镜鞘中转像透镜***位置上。
所述中转棒状透镜***的空间填充有玻璃,只在透镜间有4mm的空气间隔且不用波纹状间隔环间隔;
目镜***由一块双凹透镜15与双凸透镜16胶合为一体,和一块凸面相距1.20mm的双凸面透镜17同心排列装在所述镜鞘中目镜***位置。
该医用硬性内窥镜物镜视场角为45°,工作距离为18mm,物镜前的观察范围为60mm。

Claims (6)

1、细直径医用硬性内窥镜,主要由一内窥镜镜体、一根从其镜体伸出的镜鞘、和一系列装在该镜鞘中的透镜光学部分组成,其特征在于:
其镜鞘为2.6mm-3.0mm×100mm~175mm的医用不锈钢镜鞘;
其光学部分中的物镜成像***由两组分离的负、正透镜组成,第一组为强光焦度负光透镜组,后一组为正光透镜组,其组合焦距f′为:
f ′ = f 1 ′ · f 2 ′ f 1 ′ + f 2 ′ - d
式中f1′为负光透镜组焦距,f2′为正光透镜组焦距,d为负、正光透镜组间隔;
其光学部分中的转像透镜***选用中转棒状透镜***,由负棒状透镜与正棒状透镜组成;
所述中转棒状透镜***的空间填满玻璃,只在透镜间有4mm~5mm的空气间隔;
其光学部分中的目镜***由一块双凹透镜与一块双凸透镜胶合为一体,和一块凸面相距1.20mm的双凸面透镜同心排列组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的细直径医用硬性内窥镜,其特征在于:所述中转棒状镜***的横向放大率为±1。
3、根据权利要求1所述的细直径医用硬性内窥镜,其特征在于:所述医用硬性内窥镜物镜的视场角为35°~55°。
4、根据权利要求1所述的细直径医用硬性内窥镜,其特征在于:其工作距离为5mm~20mm。
5、根据权利要求1所述的细直径医用硬性内窥镜,其特征在于:其物镜前观察范围为2~70mm。
6、根据权利要求1所述的细直径医用硬性内窥镜,其特征在于:它可为2.7mm ×175mm细直径的医用不锈钢的医用硬性内窥镜。
