Abstract

一种可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,至少包括:一壳体;设于该壳体上的与该壳体外部相通的一第一通气口和一第二通气口,在该第一通气口和该第二通气口之间该壳体围合形成一气流通道;以及装设在该气流通道中的马达和被马达驱动的叶片。本实用新型的电动充气装置将马达设置于气流通道中,在充放气过程中可以利用进出气流对马达进行自行风冷,保证电动充气装置可长时间连续使用;自动泄压装置的设计使得电动充放气装置对充气产品的充气状态达到指定压力值后,可自动进行泄压而防止对充气产品的充气过份动作,不需操作者关注充气过程,自动防止充气过份而充气产品过份膨胀进而损坏充气产品。

可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种充气装置,特别涉及一种本身设有电动气泵的为充气产品进行充放气操作的电动充放气装置。
背景技术
目前人们工作、生活中所使用的充气产品多种多样,如气球、充气床垫、游泳圈等等。各类充气产品在使用时需要充气,在收藏时需要放气。现有的充气产品,或者本身设有气泵,或者外接气泵,利用气泵来对充气产品进行充放气。
人们为了方便以及省力,多使用马达加叶片构成的电动气泵作为充放气装置,现有的电动充放气装置至少具有以下两项缺点:
其一,电动充放气装置中的马达工作时发热或充气极限后,充气体外之空气无法继续进入冷却马达致温度升高。故不宜较长时间使用,使用一段时间后一般须停止进行降温以防损坏;
其二,人们在充气过程中须密切注意充气状态,以防充气过份而充气产品过份膨胀进而损坏充气产品。
综上可知,现有的电动充放气装置,在实际使用上,显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不仅具有电动气泵,还在充放气过程中除可以利用进出气流对马达进行自行风冷以外,进而当充气极限后藉由指定压力值的泄压阀,以及充气产品的充气状态达到指定压力阀可自动进行泄压而避免停止充气动作过量的电动充放气装置。
为了达到上述的目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,至少包括:
一壳体;
设于该壳体上的与该壳体外部相通的一第一通气口和一第二通气口,在该第一通气口和该第二通气口之间该壳体围合形成一气流通道;以及
装设在该气流通道中的马达和被马达驱动的叶片。
所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其中,该壳体依序包括如下结构:
一第一气室,该第一通气口设置于该第一气室的壳壁上;
一马达安装室,该马达设置于该马达安装室中,该马达安装室与该第一气室相通;以及
一第二气室,该第二气室与该第一气室隔离不相通但与该马达安装室相通,该第二通气口设置于该第二气室的壳壁上,该叶片与该马达连接并设置于该第二气室中。
所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其中,该壳体中在该第一通气口和该第二通气口之间装设有一自动泄压阀。
所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其中,该第二气室的壳壁上设有一第三通气口与第一气室相通,在该第三通气口处装设有一自动泄压阀。
所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其中,该自动泄压阀包括:
一阀座,固设于壳体上;
一调整旋钮,与该阀座通过螺纹连接并伸出至该壳体外部;
一阀门,覆设于该第三通气口上;以及
一弹簧,顶装在该调整旋钮和该阀门之间。
所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其中,该电动充放气装置为一独立于各种充气产品的外接装置。
所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其中,该电动充放气装置固设于各种充气产品上。
由于采用上述的结构,本实用新型的电动充放气装置将马达设置于气流通道中,在充放气过程中可以利用进出气流对马达进行自行风冷,保证电动充放气装置可长时间连续使用;
自动泄压装置的设计使得电动充放气装置对充气产品的充气状态达到指定程度后,可自动进行泄压而停止对充气产品的充气动作,不需操作者关注充气过程,自动防止充气过份而充气产品过份膨胀进而损坏充气产品。

为更进一步阐述本实用新型为实现预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,请参阅以下有关本实用新型的详细说明与附图,相信本实用新型的目的、特征与特点,应当可由此得到深入且具体的了解,然而附图仅提供参考与说明用,并非用来对本实用新型加以限制。
本实用新型的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置既可为一与充气产品分离的独立的外接装置,也可固设于各种充气产品上,以下的实施例中说明的均为固设于充气产品7上的电动充放气装置。
如图1A至图1C所示,壳体1依序由第一气室11、马达安装室12和第二气室13连接而成;
第一气室11的壳壁上设有第一通气口21与壳体1外部相通;
马达6设置于马达安装室12中,马达安装室12与第一气室11相通;
第二气室13与第一气室11隔离不相通但与马达安装室12相通,第二气室13的壳壁上设有第二通气口22与壳体1的外部相通,叶片4与马达6连接并设置于第二气室13中;第二气室13的壳壁上设有第三通气口23与第一气室11相通,在第三通气口23处装设有一自动泄压阀5;
自动泄压阀5包括阀座51、调整旋钮52、阀门53和弹簧54;阀座51固设于壳体1上;调整旋钮52与阀座51通过螺纹连接并伸出至壳体1外部;阀门53覆设于第三通气口23上;弹簧54顶装在调整旋钮52和阀门53之间。
本实用新型的工作原理在于,将马达6设于第一通气口21和第二通气口22之间的气流通道中;参见图1A中所示,当充气时,第一通气口21和第二通气口22分别作为进气口和出气口,当放气时,第一通气口21和第二通气口22分别作为出气口和进气口,充放气的气流通过马达6而对马达6进行风冷,有效地利用电动充气装置自身的动作确保所需之充气压力外又可兼来对马达进行冷却,设计巧妙,保证电动充气装置可长时间连续使用。
自动泄压阀5也可装设于壳体1中在第一通气口21和第二通气口22之间的其它位置或者充气产品7上,与上述的自动泄压阀5的效果相同,均是使得充气装置对充气产品的充气状态达到指定程度后,即达到或超过大气压加上弹簧54的压力时,可自动进行泄压而停止对充气产品的充气动作,不需操作者关注充气过程,自动防止充气过份而充气产品过份膨胀进而损坏充气产品。而旋转调整旋钮52,改变弹簧54的被压迫程度,则可调整充气产品的充气状态,充气产品充气后较硬或较软。
图2A至图2B所示的为本实用新型的第二种实施方式,其原理与第一种实施方式相同,不同之处仅在于自动泄压阀5的部件的形状不同。
由技术常识可知,本实用新型可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本实用新型范围内或在等同于本实用新型的范围内的改变均被本实用新型包含。

Claims (7)

1、一种可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于:至少包括一壳体;
设于该壳体上的与该壳体外部相通的一第一通气口和一第二通气口,在该第一通气口和该第二通气口之间该壳体围合形成一气流通道;以及
装设在该气流通道中的马达和被马达驱动的叶片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于,该壳体依序包括如下结构:
一第一气室,该第一通气口设置于该第一气室的壳壁上;
一马达安装室,该马达设置于该马达安装室中,该马达安装室与该第一气室相通;以及
一第二气室,该第二气室与该第一气室隔离不相通但与该马达安装室相通,该第二通气口设置于该第二气室的壳壁上,该叶片与该马达连接并设置于该第二气室中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于,该壳体中在该第一通气口和该第二通气口之间装设有一自动泄压阀。
4、根据权利要求2所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于,该第二气室的壳壁上设有一第三通气口与第一气室相通,在该第三通气口处装设有一自动泄压阀。
5、根据权利要求4所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于,该自动泄压阀包括:
一阀座,固设于壳体上;
一调整旋钮,与该阀座通过螺纹连接并伸出至该壳体外部;
一阀门,覆设于该第三通气口上;以及
一弹簧,顶装在该调整旋钮和该阀门之间。
6、根据权利要求1所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于,该电动充放气装置为一独立于各种充气产品的外接装置。
7、根据权利要求1所述的可自散热及泄压的电动充放气装置,其特征在于,该电动充放气装置固设于各种充气产品上。
