Abstract

【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种线缆组合,尤其是指一种具有应力释放装置的线缆组合。
【背景技术】
传统线缆组合包括线缆和应力释放装置,应力释放装置为直接外模包覆成型于线缆外侧,对线缆具有导向与保护作用。线缆与连接器或其他设施的连接处通常是线缆被扭曲或拉拽最多的位置,因此通常会设置一应力释放装置用以保护线缆。随着电子设备的功能的日益增多,经常会使一条线缆分流出几条线缆以满足各设备之间的连接需求,而处于分流处的线缆最为脆弱,通常会于此包覆成型一应力释放装置以保证各线缆之间的连接稳定。随着电子行业的持续发展,对应力释放装置在电子行业中的要求越来越高。
因此,有必要对现有的应力释放装置做改进。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种组装方便的线缆组合,且其应力释放装置具有外壳。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种线缆组合,其包括线缆、应力释放装置及外壳,其中,上述应力释放装置上设有卡持块与凹槽,外壳设有收容槽与凸肋,外壳包覆在应力释放装置外,且应力释放装置的卡持块与外壳的收容槽配合,凹槽与凸肋配合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型线缆组合的外壳与应力释放装置的配合紧密,组装方便。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1到图3所示,线缆组合100包括线缆1、应力释放装置2以及外壳3。线缆1包括第一线缆11、第二线缆12、第三线缆13及主线缆10,其中,主线缆10向前延伸分成第一线缆11、第二线缆12及第三线缆13,在主线缆10与第一线缆11、第二线缆12、第三线缆连接处包覆成型一应力释放装置2,此应力释放装置2包括主体部21与尾部22,第一线缆11、第二线缆12及第三线缆13自主体部21的前端面23延伸出来,且第一线缆11、第二线缆12及第三线缆13分别部分收容于设于主体部21的第一线缆收容孔231、第二线缆收容孔232及第三线缆收容孔233,主线缆10自尾部22的后端面24延伸出去,且主线缆10部分收容于设于尾部22的线缆收容孔241,在应力释放装置2内部第一线缆收容孔231、第二线缆收容孔232、第三线缆收容孔233与线缆收容孔241相通。外壳3包覆于上述应力释放装置2外侧,外壳3为预先成型的壳体,外壳3由前收容空间32与后收容空间33组成。在应力释放装置2的主体部21的上表面(未标号)与下表面(未标号)上均设有卡持块25,尾部设有凹槽220,在外壳3的前收容空间32的上内表面(未标号)与下内表面(未标号)均设有收容槽320,后收容空间33的内表面(未标号)设有凸肋330,在外壳3组装到应力释放装置2后,应力释放装置2的卡持块25与外壳3的收容槽320配合,凹槽220与凸肋330配合,以此种配合结构使外壳3稳定的包覆在应力释放装置2外,其中,应力释放装置2的卡持块25具有一导引面250,此导引面250可使外壳3在与应力释放装置3干涉配合时容易组装。
此线缆组合100的应力释放装置2用于保护主线缆10与第一线缆11、第二线缆12、第三线缆13之间的连接处,以承受各线缆在被相互拉拽时相当的力量,保证在各线缆中的电性信号顺利传输。为便于成型及具有柔软性,应力释放装置2由软性材质制成,在其外包覆外壳3,可由外壳3的外表面31直接承受外界破坏,且外壳3与应力释放装置2之间的配合紧密,组装方便。
请参阅图4所示,主线缆10与一音频插头101电性连接,第一线缆11、第二线缆12及第三线缆13分别与第一莲花插头110、第二莲花插头120及第三莲花插头130连接。

Claims (8)

1.一种线缆组合,其包括线缆、应力释放装置及外壳,其特征在于:上述应力释放装置上设有卡持块与凹槽,外壳设有收容槽与凸肋,外壳包覆在应力释放装置外,且应力释放装置的卡持块与外壳的收容槽配合,凹槽与凸肋配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述应力释放装置包括主体部及尾部,所述卡持块设于主体部,凹槽设于尾部。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述外壳包括前收容空间和后收容空间,所述收容槽设于前收容空间,凸肋设于后收容空间。
4.如权利要求2所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述应力释放装置的主体部具有第一线缆收容孔、第二线缆收容孔及第三线缆收容孔,尾部具有线缆收容孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述线缆包括第一线缆、第二线缆、第三线缆及主线缆,所述应力释放装置位于主线缆与第一线缆、第二线缆及第三线缆的连接处。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述第一线缆、第二线缆及第三线缆分别收容于应力释放装置的第一线缆收容孔、第二线缆收容孔及第三线缆收容孔,而线缆收容于应力释放装置的线缆收容孔,第一线缆收容孔、第二线缆收容孔及第三线缆收容孔与线缆收容孔在应力释放装置的内部相通。
7.如权利要求1所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述应力释放装置为外模包覆成型,外壳为预先成型的壳体。
8.如权利要求5所述的线缆组合,其特征在于:所述主线缆与音频插头连接,第一线缆、第二线缆及第三线缆分别与第一莲花插头、第二莲花插头及第三莲花插头连接。
