(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及锅炉的部件,具体为注汽锅炉取样分离器。
(二)背景技术
注汽锅炉正常运行时,其出口处的蒸汽干度为80%左右,为了保证此数值就需对蒸汽进行取样。由于此类锅炉的压力高,对蒸汽进行取样很不方便,某种程度上影响了蒸汽的品质。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种注汽锅炉取样分离器,通过他可以方便地提取水样,较方便地在线测出蒸汽的品质。
其通过以下技术方案实现的:其特征在于:其包括筒体,所述筒体的上端和下端分别为封头,所述的上端封头上插装连接有蒸汽导入管,所述的导入管内表面为螺纹面,所述下端封头连接蒸汽输出导管和取样导管,所述的取样导管设置有减压阀,所述的蒸汽输出导管入口端的高度高于所述取样导管的入口端的高度。
将本实用新型应用于注汽锅炉,蒸汽的导入管与锅炉的出口连接,蒸汽进入导入管后沿着螺纹面旋转,这样蒸汽中的水在离心力和重力的作用下沿着筒体的内壁流下,分离后的蒸汽通过出口导管排出,只要打开减压阀,就可以通过取样导管方便地取出筒体内的水进行检测,这样可以在线检测,确保锅炉输出的蒸汽品质。

见图1,本实用新型包括筒体3,筒体3的上端和下端分别为封头2、6,上端封头2上插装连接有蒸汽导入管1,导入管1内表面为螺纹面,下端封头6连接蒸汽输出导管4和取样导管5,取样导管5设置有减压阀7,蒸汽输出导管4入口端的高度高于取样导管5的入口端的高度。
下面描述一下分离器的工作原理,注汽锅炉内入注的冷水中盐的含量是定值,当水蒸发时,纯蒸汽中不含盐,这样水汽混合物中水的盐含量加大,检测时根据水样的含盐量可以测算水汽混合物中水的含量,从而可以方便测算出蒸汽的品质。
