Abstract
本发明提供了一种在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***和方法,其中,该计费方法包括以下步骤:步骤S502,网元将包括用户的在线计费状况信息的离线计费请求发送至计费采集功能实体;步骤S504,所述计费采集功能实体根据所述离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将所述离线计费话单发送至计费域,所述离线计费话单中包括用户在线计费状况信息;以及步骤S506,所述计费域侧识别所述离线计费话单中的所述在线计费状况信息,并根据所述在线计费状况信息进行计费。本发明可以在在线计费用户出离线计费话单的情况下容易地识别出在线计费用户的离线计费话单,并且可以在在线计费***出现临时故障时,使用户继续享受业务,进行后扣费。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***和方法。
背景技术
IP多媒体自***(IP Multimedia Subsystem,简称IMS)是3GPPR5阶段增加的WCDMA网络中叠加在已有分组域之上的一个子***,采用分组域为其上层控制信令和媒体传输的承载通道,引入会话发起协议(Session Initial Protocol,简称SIP)作为业务控制协议,利用SIP简单、易扩展、媒体组合方便的特点,通过将业务控制与承载控制分离,提供丰富的多媒体业务;IMS中主要的功能实体包括控制用户注册、会话控制等功能的呼叫控制实体(Call SessionControl Function,简称CSCF)、集中管理用户签约数据的归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,简称HSS),提供各种业务逻辑控制功能的应用服务器(Application Server,简称AS)、以及用于离线计费的计费采集功能实体(Charging Collection Function,简称CCF)(CCF包括CDF和CGF)和在线计费的在线计费***(OnlineCharging System,简称OCS)。
相关技术中的与计费相关的***架构如图1所示,并且在此分别示出了离线计费和在线计费功能实体,并描述了其工作机制。其中,CGF的功能为:
1、通过Gq接口从CDF接收CDR。
2、CDR的预处理
(1)验证、合并和CDR的格式处理
(2)CDR错误处理
(3)CDR的保存
3、CDR过滤,根据过滤规则将CDR保存在分类的文件中,其中过滤规则可以包括:CDR类型、CDR参数、生成CDR的CDF等。
4、CDR文件管理,包括:文件创建、文件打开/关闭的触发、文件删除。
5、CDR文件传送到计费域BD。
其中,CDF的功能为:
1、根据单个计费事件构造CDR。
2、根据几个计费事件的集合构造CDR。
3、每一个计费事件用于一个确定的CDR。
4、在接收计费事件和创建CDR之间没有必然的同步关系。当时,CDF将以接近实时的方式接收和处理计费事件,并产生CDR。
5、在CDF和CTF之间可以是一对一或者一对多的关系。
6、用于构造一个CDR的所有计费事件必须是来源于同一个NE。
其中,OCS的计费功能为:1、在线计费功能2、费率功能3、帐户管理功能。
以上分别独立描述的IMS网元在处理业务过程中生成离线计费信息和执行在线计费的过程如图2所示。
在用户是在线计费用户的情况下,包括以下步骤:
S202~S204、SIPAS收到S-CSCF触发的INVITE会话请求,返回100 Trying响应。
S206.CCR~S208.CCA、如果要求执行在线计费,SIP AS向OCS发送在线计费授权请求。OCS返回授权的预留会话时长单元。
S210~S216、SIP AS根据业务需求,执行业务处理后,可以继续往被叫前传INVITE请求,继续会话建立过程,SIP AS收到100Trying响应后,收到180 Ringing响应,SIP AS根据业务处理需要,可以前传180 Ringing响应。
S218、SIP AS收到INVITE请求的200 OK请求后,执行业务处理成功,如果执行了在线计费请求,此时启动预留会话时长的监视定时器。如果要求执行离线计费,SIP AS向CDF/CGF发送离线计费信息。此时,离线计费话单中没有在线计费的相关信息。
S220~S222、SIP AS前传200 OK后,收到ACK证实请求后,继续往被叫前传ACK证实请求。
S224.CCR~S226.CCA:如果执行了在线计费功能,SIP AS在预留会话时长的监视定时器超时后,向OCS发送CCR请求上次预留时长的扣费和预留新的会话时长单元,OCS返回新的预留的通话时长。
如图3所示,S-CSCF将邀请(INVITE)消息发送至SIP AS(S302)之后,SIP AS进行响应(S304),并且将在线计费请求发送至在线计费***(S306),如果在线计费***临时出现故障或者SIP AS和在线计费***的连接中断,不能得到在线计费***的响应(S308),则SIP AS不能再继续原有会话(S310)。
CDF(CGF/CCF)和业务网元CSCF等之间的接口为Rf接口,其接口消息为:

如上所述,用户的离线计费话单中没有该用户是否为在线计费用户的信息标识,如果在计费域要分拣离线计费用户的话单和在线计费用户的话单,需要输入每一个在线计费用户的用户标识,分拣工作量特别大。同时,在线计费用户在OCS临时发生故障时,如果要继续享受业务,这种情况下的离线计费话单无法识别。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***和方法,能够容易地识别在线计费用户的离线计费话单,并且可以不中断用户的使用,进行后扣费。
本发明的在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***包括:离线计费请求发送装置,位于网元侧,用于将包括用户的在线计费状况信息的离线计费请求发送至离线计费话单生成装置;离线计费话单生成装置,位于计费采集功能实体侧,用于根据离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将离线计费话单发送至离线计费装置,离线计费话单中包括用户的在线计费状况信息;以及离线计费装置,位于计费域侧,用于识别离线计费话单中的在线计费状况信息,并根据在线计费状况信息进行计费。
上述的在线计费状态信息包括以下至少一种信息:指示用户为离线计费用户的信息,指示在线计费用户正常在线计费的信息,以及指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息。
上述的离线计费请求发送装置包括:在线计费状态信息获取模块,用于从在线计费***获取用户的在线计费状态信息;以及离线计费请求生成模块,用于生成包括在线计费状态信息的离线计费请求。
上述的离线计费话单生成装置包括:离线计费请求接收模块,用于接收来自离线计费请求发送装置的离线计费请求,并且识别离线计费请求中的在线计费状态信息;以及离线计费话单生成模块,用于根据离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将离线计费话单发送至离线计费装置,离线计费话单包括用户的在线计费状态信息。
上述的离线计费装置包括:离线计费话单识别模块,用于识别离线计费话单中的在线计费状态信息,并根据在线计费状态信息分拣话单;以及离线计费模块,根据分拣后的话单对用户进行计费。
在在线计费状态信息为指示用户为离线计费用户的信息的情况下,离线计费模块对用户执行离线计费;在在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费正常在线计费的信息的情况下,离线计费模块不对用户执行离线计费;以及在在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息的情况下,离线计费模块对用户执行离线追加计费,从用户的在线计费帐户中扣费。
本发明的在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***可以应用于IP多媒体子***。

上述的步骤S502包括:步骤S502-2,网元从在线计费方法获取用户的在线计费状态信息;以及步骤S502-4,网元生成包括在线计费状态信息的离线计费请求。
上述的步骤S504包括:步骤S504-2,计费采集功能实体接收来自网元的离线计费请求,并且识别离线计费请求中的在线计费状态信息;以及步骤S504-4,计费采集功能实体根据离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将离线计费话单发送至计费域,离线计费话单包括用户的在线计费状态信息。
上述的步骤S506包括:步骤S506-2,计费域识别离线计费话单中的在线计费状态信息,并根据在线计费状态信息分拣话单;以及步骤S506-4,计费域根据分拣后的话单进行计费。
在在线计费状态信息为指示用户为离线计费用户的信息的情况下,计费于对用户执行离线计费;在在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费正常在线计费的信息的情况下,计费域不对用户执行离线计费;以及在在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息的情况下,计费域对用户执行离线追加计费,从用户的在线计费帐户中扣费。
本发明的在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费方法可以应用于IP多媒体子***。
在本发明中,在线计费用户可以出离线计费话单,并且该类用户的话单和离线线计费用户的话单可以方便地分拣。并且,在线计费用户在在线计费***临时出现故障时,仍然可以根据运营商的策略享受业务,此时此类用户的话单可以被明确地标识出来,进行后扣费操作。

本发明的在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费方法可以应用于IP多媒体子***。
本发明中,在输出离线计费信息时的处理步骤如图6所示。网元首先将携带有在线计费状态信息的离线计费请求发送至计费采集功能实体(S602),然后计费采集功能实体将离线计费响应发送至网元(S604)。同时,将离线计费请求发送至计费采集功能实体的步骤中,也可以传输图2中从步骤S208、S212、S218获得的扩展信息。
其中,在线计费状态信息可以为以下内容:
1、对于离线计费用户,IMS网元(network element,简称NE)可以通过Rf接口提供离线计费请求,此时,可以在Rf接口中扩展一个用户的在线计费状态信息AVP:指示用户为离线计费用户的信息。
2、在线计费用户正常执行在线计费的情况,IMS网元在通过Ro接口提供在线计费的实时扣费时,仍然可以通过Rf接口提供用户的离线计费状态信息作为核对,此时,在Rf接口中扩展一个用户的在线计费状态信息AVP:指示在线计费用户正常执行在线计费。
3、在线计费用户异常执行在线计费的情况,IMS网元在通过Ro接口提供在线计费请求时,如果无法联系在线计费***,诸如与在线计费***的连接中断或者在线计费***临时出现故障,网元仍然允许用户继续业务,并通过Rf接口提供离线计费请求,此时,在Rf接口中扩展一个用户的在线计费状态信息AVP:指示在线计费用户异常执行在线计费的信息。之后,计费域可以根据该信息快速识别该类话单,对在线计费用户执行后扣费操作。
实施例一
网元SIP AS执行非在线计费用户的会话建立过程如图7所示,该过程包括以下步骤:
S202~S204、SIPAS收到S-CSCF的INVITE会话请求,返回100 Trying响应。
S210~S216、SIP AS根据业务需求,执行业务处理后,可以往被叫前传INVITE请求,继续会话建立过程,收到100 Trying响应后,收到180 Ringing响应,SIP AS根据业务处理需要,可以前传180 Ringing响应。
S218、SIP AS收到INVITE请求的200 OK请求后,执行业务处理成功。如果要求执行联离线计费,SIP AS向CDF/CGF发送离线计费信息。
S220.ACR~S222.ACA:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求的200 OK响应的请求时,给CDF/CGF发送ACR请求。CDF/CGF会生成一张离线计费话单。
S224~S228、SIP AS前传200 OK后,收到ACK证实请求后,继续往被叫前传ACK证实请求。
实施例二
网元SIP AS执行在线计费用户的正常在线计费会话建立过程如图8所示,包括以下步骤:
S202~S204、SIP AS收到S-CSCF触发的INVITE会话请求,返回100 Trying响应。
S206.CCR~S208.CCA:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求后,向OCS发送CCR请求授权,OCS返回预留的通话时长。
S210~S216、SIPAS根据业务需求,执行业务处理后,可以继续往被叫前传INVITE请求,继续会话建立过程,收到100 Trying响应后,收到180 Ringing响应,SIP AS根据业务处理需要,可以前传180 Ringing响应。
S218.200 OK:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求的200 OK响应的请求后,启动预留会话时长的检视定时器。
S220.ACR~S222.ACA:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求的200 OK响应的请求时,给CDF/CGF发送ACR请求。CDF/CGF会生成一张离线计费话单,并且此时用户已经扣费。此时话单中扩展信息表明该话单为正常在线计费用户的话单,可以方便地将该类话单分拣出来,计费***不用再执行扣费处理。
S224~S228、SIP AS前传200 OK后,收到ACK证实请求后,继续往被叫前传ACK证实请求。
S230.CCR~S232.CCA:SIP AS在预留会话时长的监视定时器超时后,向OCS发送CCR请求上次预留时长的扣费和预留新的会话时长单元,OCS返回新的预留的通话时长。
实施例三
网元SIP AS执行在线计费用户的异常在线计费会话建立过程如图9所示,包括以下步骤:
S202~S204、SIP AS收到S-CSCF触发的INVITE会话请求,返回100 Trying响应;
S206.CCR:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求后,向OCS发送CCR请求授权,此后OCS与SIP AS之间的连接中断。
S210~S216、SIPAS根据业务需求,执行业务处理后,可以继续往被叫前传INVITE请求,继续会话建立过程,收到100 Trying响应后,收到180 Ringing响应,SIP AS根据业务处理需要,可以前传180 Ringing响应。
S218.200 OK:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求的200 OK响应的请求。
S220.ACR~S224.ACA:SIP AS在收到INVITE请求的200 OK响应的请求时,给CDF/CGF发送ACR请求。CDF/CGF会生成一张离线计费话单并将其发送给计费域,此时用户还未扣费。话单中扩展信息表明该话单为异常在线计费用户的话单,计费域可以方便地将该类话单分拣出来,计费***再执行扣费处理。
S226~S228、SIP AS前传200 OK后,收到ACK证实请求后,继续往被叫前传ACK证实请求。
如上所述,在本发明的IMS网络中,用户的在线计费状态信息可以通过扩展Rf接口,使其携带一个扩展AVP来实现,该AVP指示离线计费话单信息的会话是否已经执行了在线计费扣费操作,计费域可以利用该信息快速识别是离线计费用户的话单还是在线计费用户的话单,而不需要输入所有离线计费用户的用户标识进行来识别是离线计费用户的话单还是在线计费用户的话单。
该AVP还可以指示在线计费户用的离线计费话单是指示在执行在线计费操作时与在线计费***的连接出现异常(如在线计费***临时故障)并且与在线计费***的连接中断但允许会话继续的话单,计费域可以利用该信息快速识别出这类话单,对在线计费用户进行后扣费操作。这样IMS***在在线计费***临时故障时,仍然可以根据运营商的策略为用户提供业务。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (14)
1.一种在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***,其特征在于,所述计费***包括:
离线计费请求发送装置,位于网元侧,用于将包括用户的在线计费状况信息的离线计费请求发送至离线计费话单生成装置;
离线计费话单生成装置,位于计费采集功能实体侧,用于根据所述离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将所述离线计费话单发送至离线计费装置,所述离线计费话单中包括用户的在线计费状况信息;以及
离线计费装置,位于计费域侧,用于识别所述离线计费话单中的所述在线计费状况信息,并根据所述在线计费状况信息进行计费。
2.根据权利要求1所述的计费***,其特征在于,所述在线计费状态信息包括以下至少一种信息:指示所述用户为离线计费用户的信息,指示在线计费用户正常在线计费的信息,以及指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息。
3.根据权利要求2所述的计费***,其特征在于,所述离线计费请求发送装置包括:
在线计费状态信息获取模块,用于从在线计费***获取用户的在线计费状态信息;以及
离线计费请求生成模块,用于生成包括所述在线计费状态信息的离线计费请求。
4.根据权利要求2所述的计费***,其特征在于,所述离线计费话单生成装置包括:
离线计费请求接收模块,用于接收来自所述离线计费请求发送装置的离线计费请求,并且识别所述离线计费请求中的所述在线计费状态信息;以及
离线计费话单生成模块,用于根据所述离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将所述离线计费话单发送至所述离线计费装置,所述离线计费话单包括所述用户的在线计费状态信息。
5.根据权利要求2所述的计费***,其特征在于,所述离线计费装置包括:
离线计费话单识别模块,用于识别所述离线计费话单中的所述在线计费状态信息,并根据所述在线计费状态信息分拣话单;以及
离线计费模块,根据分拣后的话单对所述用户进行计费。
6.根据权利要求5所述的计费***,其特征在于:
在所述在线计费状态信息为指示所述用户为离线计费用户的信息的情况下,所述离线计费模块对所述用户执行离线计费;
在所述在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费用户正常在线计费的信息的情况下,所述离线计费模块不对所述用户执行离线计费;以及
在所述在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息的情况下,所述离线计费模块对所述用户执行离线追加计费。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的计费***,其特征在于,所述在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费***用于IP多媒体子***。
8.一种在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费方法,其特征在于,所述计费方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S502,网元将包括用户的在线计费状况信息的离线计费请求发送至计费采集功能实体;
步骤S504,所述计费采集功能实体根据所述离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将所述离线计费话单发送至计费域,所述离线计费话单包括用户的在线计费状况信息;以及
步骤S506,所述计费域识别所述离线计费话单中的所述在线计费状况信息,并根据所述在线计费状况信息进行计费。
9.根据权利要求8所述的计费方法,其特征在于,所述在线计费状态信息包括以下至少一种信息:指示所述用户为离线计费用户的信息,指示在线计费用户正常在线计费的信息,以及指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息。
10.根据权利要求9所述的计费方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S502包括:
步骤S502-2,所述网元从在线计费***获取用户的在线计费状态信息;以及
步骤S502-4,所述网元生成包括所述在线计费状态信息的离线计费请求。
11.根据权利要求9所述的计费方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S504包括:
步骤S504-2,所述计费采集功能实体接收来自所述网元的离线计费请求,并且识别所述离线计费请求中的所述在线计费状态信息;以及
步骤S504-4,所述计费采集功能实体根据所述离线计费请求生成离线计费话单并将所述离线计费话单发送至所述计费域,所述离线计费话单包括用户的在线计费状态信息。
12.根据权利要求9所述的计费方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S506包括:
步骤S506-2,所述计费域识别所述离线计费话单中的所述在线计费状态信息,并根据所述在线计费状态信息分拣话单;以及
步骤S506-4,所述计费域根据分拣后的话单进行计费。
13.根据权利要求12所述的计费方法,其特征在于:
在所述在线计费状态信息为指示所述用户为离线计费用户的信息的情况下,所述计费域对所述用户执行离线计费;
在所述在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费正常在线计费的信息的情况下,所述计费域不对所述用户执行离线计费;以及
在所述在线计费状态信息为指示在线计费用户异常在线计费的信息的情况下,所述计费域对所述用户执行离线追加计费。
14.根据权利要求8至13中任一项所述的计费方法,其特征在于,所述在线计费和离线计费结合使用的计费方法用于IP多媒体子***。
