Abstract

一种鼓风扇,包括一个扇叶组,所述扇叶组包括若干扇叶,一个上缘及一个下缘,所述扇叶位于所述扇叶组的周缘,并通过所述上缘和下缘固定,其中每两个扇叶之间设有加强肋,以增强所述扇叶组的机械结构,从而减小扇叶的震动量。所述低噪音鼓风扇高速运转时,所述加强肋减小了扇叶的振动量,从而达到减小振动降低噪音的效果。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种鼓风扇。
【技术背景】
一般的电子设备如电脑在运行的过程中都会产生热量,若不将这些热量及时排出,热量就会越积越多,最终导致设备无法运行甚至损毁。电脑中的主要发热源为中央处理器及电脑机箱内的电源供应器,现有技术中,通常通过中央处理器上装设散热器并在散热器上装设风扇的方式将中央处理器产生的热量排出,另外,电源供应器内还装有风扇以将其产生的热量排出。
随着电脑产业不断发展,电脑的高频、大功率又给散热带来新的问题,为了达到更好的散热效果,业界使用鼓风扇取代普通的风扇。因为常常在要求空气流量大的应用中使用鼓风扇,鼓风扇要在很高的转速下工作,以便提供足够的空气流。但随着风扇转速的提高,伴随而来的噪音也会相对增加。
请参照图1,为目前业界使用较多的传统鼓风扇的分解图,所述鼓风扇的转动***设于一外壳内。所述外壳包括一个风箱30,所述风箱30包括一个底部20,一个定子40与所述风箱的底部20一体制成,一个转子10枢转套设于所述定子40上,一个扇叶组50套设于所述转子10上。所述转子10可带动所述扇叶组50同步转动。所述扇叶组50包括一个套入部60、一个上缘80、一个下缘90、及若干扇叶70,所述套入部60位于所述扇叶组50的中心,所述扇叶70位于所述扇叶组50的周缘,并通过所述上缘80和所述下缘90固定。通过对鼓风扇单体进行振动与噪音的测量,以及实验过程的现场观察,判断风扇风扇扇叶的振动产生了噪音。
因此如何有效控制鼓风扇高速转动时的噪音是目前风扇设计所需努力的目标。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种鼓风扇,以有效降低风扇高速转动时产生的噪音。
一种鼓风扇,包括一个扇叶组,所述扇叶组包括若干扇叶,一个上缘及一个下缘,所述扇叶位于所述扇叶组的周缘,并通过所述上缘和下缘固定,其中每两个扇叶之间设有加强肋,以增强所述扇叶组的机械结构,从而减小扇叶的震动量。
相较现有技术,所述低噪音鼓风扇高速运转时,所述加强肋减小了扇叶的振动量,从而达到减小振动降低噪音的效果。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2,本发明的鼓风扇较佳实施例的分解图,一个鼓风扇包括一个扇叶组100,一个转子200,一个定子300及一个外壳400。
所述外壳400包括一个风箱410,所述扇叶组100,所述转子200及所述定子300均装设于所述风箱410内。
所述风箱410包括一个底部411,所述定子300与所述底部411一体制成。所述转子200枢转套设于所述定子300上。所述扇叶组100套设于所述转子200上。
请一并参阅图3,所述扇叶组100包括一个套入部110、一个环状上缘120、一个环状下缘130、若干扇叶140及若干加强肋150,所述套入部110位于所述扇叶组100的中心,所述扇叶140位于所述扇叶组100的周缘,并通过所述上缘120和所述下缘130固定。每两扇叶140之间具有一条形弧状加强肋150,用以增强所述扇叶组100的机械强度,从而减小扇叶的震动量。所述各加强肋150通过扇叶140相互连接,形成一个圆环,该圆环与所述上缘120、下缘130为同心圆环。
所述低噪音鼓风扇高速运转时,所述加强肋减小了扇叶的振动量,从而达到减小振动降低噪音的效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种鼓风扇,包括一个扇叶组,所述扇叶组包括若干扇叶,一个上缘及一个下缘,所述扇叶位于所述扇叶组的周缘,并通过所述上缘和下缘固定,其特征在于:每两个扇叶之间设有加强肋,以增强所述扇叶组的机械结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼓风扇,其特征在于:所述加强肋呈条形弧状。
3.如权利要求1所述的鼓风扇,其特征在于:所述各加强肋通过扇叶相互连接形成一个圆环。
4.如权利要求1所述的鼓风扇,其特征在于:所述上缘、下缘分别为圆环,所述各加强肋通过扇叶相互连接形成一个与所述上缘、下缘成同心圆的圆环。
