需要使例如大门、门或者窗户的建筑物和院子关闭设备自动化,也就是自动地打开或者关闭它们。然而,在自动打开和关闭中存在这样的问题,即人或者物体可能会位于建筑物和院子关闭设备的运动区域中,或者人或者物体可能会穿过建筑物和院子关闭设备的打开和/或关闭区域。在人的情况下,存在对人造成伤害的危险,同时在物体正相应地穿过建筑物和院子关闭设备或者物体正位于该运动区域中时,存在损坏或者毁坏的危险。
为了防止上述问题,公知了例如滑升门或者卷帘门,端部边缘设置有一传感器***,该传感器***探测与位于门的运动区域内的物体的接触并且停止门关闭机构。然而,这类***不能例如以窗户枢转地打开或者门枢转地打开这样的形式来实现。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是进一步改进例如大门、门或者窗户的建筑物和院子关闭设备,使得其利用相应的自动设备可靠地防止与处于或者穿过运动区域的人或者物体的碰撞。
该目的根据本发明来实现,由于建筑物和院子关闭设备至少具有一个传感器,该传感器探测物体在运动区域的周围中的位置和速度。现在通过该传感器***来观察在建筑物和院子关闭设备周围的危险区域。该危险区域是这样的区域,即扫过建筑和院子关闭设备的自动运动的区域。对可能的障碍物的动态探测和估计应通过该监控来进行。为此,使用了有关间距或者距离的信息,即有关障碍物或者人的位置、有关建筑物和院子关闭设备的绝对速度和/或其相对于障碍物的相对速度的信息。
本发明的一些优选的方面由引用主权利要求的从属权利要求得到。因此,建筑物和院子关闭设备可以通过驱动电动机来驱动,该驱动电机可以根据由信号计算(evaluation)单元所记录的信号来控制。这意味着,关于物体或者人所处监控区域内的位置和速度的相应被记录的信号取决于计算,并且这些信号被传递给驱动电动机,从而必要时停止它或者减速,或者可选地加速传输到建筑物或院子关闭设备的关闭或打开速度,从而可靠地避免碰撞。
因此,根据本发明,通过传感器和相关信号计算单元来确定距障碍物的间距、绝对速度和/或相对于该障碍物的相对速度。
也可以通过传感器记录有关到达终点位置的信号。相应的当前记录的到达终点位置的信号可以与所存储的比较值相比较。
由此可以提供自学习和自优化***。
可选地,雷达技术、激光技术、红外技术、超声波技术和/或视频技术的传感器可以考虑作为这些传感器。如果使用激光技术,例如可以利用激光多普勒过程。通常,所有这些能探测物体的位置、例如地点和物体的速度的传感器都是适合的。
根据特别有利的方面,该传感器设置在移动的设备本身上。此外,如需要,至少一个传感器可以固定地设置在移动的设备之外。

在图1中,以示例的方式示出花园门10,该花园门在一侧绕两个铰链12可枢转地铰接到一个柱14。因而,该花园门10从例如在图2中用实线表示的关闭位置进行门扇摆动运动,进入例如在图2中用虚线表示的打开位置。在打开或者关闭期间,花园门10扫过图2中的阴影线区域16。
传感器20,例如雷达传感器20,设置在花园门的外边缘18。利用该雷达传感器20来探测位于阴影线区域16内的物体或者人的位置和速度。就此而言,该物体可以是静止在阴影线区域内的物体或静止在阴影线区域中的人,或者动态地穿过该区域的物体或走过该区域的人。该传感器20探测位置和位置变化的速度或者人的位置和速度,并将这些信号报告给未在图1或图2中详细示出的信号计算单元。相应的信号计算单元将相应的信号传送到同样未在图1或者图2中示出的驱动电动机,并且因此控制该驱动电动机以使花园门10的运动减速或者加速,使得可靠地防止与位于区域16内的物体碰撞。如必要,该花园门也可以完全停止以避免碰撞。
在图3和4中,示出了滑升门110形式的车库门100,在该车库门的下边缘设置有第一传感器112。例如,该传感器是超声波传感器,其监视正关闭的门下面的空间。这通过光束路径B来指示。另一超声波传感器114设置在门框的区域中,并且连续探测距正关闭的门的距离并且可以将门的关闭动态地与所存储的历史值相比较。在这方面可以实现自学习和自优化关闭***。如已经针对图1和2的实施例中的花园门10所示的那样,当相应的物体或者人处于所监视区域中或者经过该区域时,也减速或者停止该滑升门110。
在根据图5的实施例中,示出滑动门210,在该滑动门中传感器212同样监视位于滑动门210的被监视的关闭区域内的物体或者相应位于那里的人的位置和速度。就此而言,不仅监视门关闭时的区域,而且监视在门的直线运动区域内门打开时的区域(区域A或者B)。

Claims (8)

1.一种例如大门、门或者窗户的建筑物或者院子关闭设备,其特征在于,所述建筑物或者院子关闭设备具有至少一个传感器,该传感器探测在运动区域的周围环境中的物体的位置和速度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物和院子关闭设备,其中所述建筑物和院子关闭设备通过驱动电动机来驱动,该驱动电动机能根据所记录的信号通过信号计算单元来控制。
3.根据权利权利要求1或者2中的任一项所述的建筑物和院子关闭设备,其中距障碍物的间距、绝对速度和/或相对于障碍物的相对速度能够通过传感器和相关的信号计算单元来确定。
4.根据上述权利要求中的任一项所述的建筑物和院子关闭设备,其中到达终点位置的信号也能通过所述传感器来记录。
5.根据权利要求4所述的建筑物和院子关闭设备,其中当前所记录的到达终点位置的信号能与所存储的比较值相比较。
6.根据上述权利要求中的任一项所述的建筑物和院子关闭设备,其中这些传感器基于雷达技术、激光技术、红外技术、超声波技术和/或视频技术。
7.根据上述权利要求中的任一项所述的建筑物和院子关闭设备,其中所述传感器设置在移动的设备上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的建筑和院子关闭设备,其中至少一个传感器另外地固定设置在移动的设备之外。
