According to general plotting of the present invention, at fixation unit and having in the image forming apparatus of this fixation unit, prevented the crooked and distortion of the backer roll of formation fusing nip, and in fusing nip, thereby the problem that can avoid bad printing quality and/or term of life to reduce along vertical formation homogeneous condition of backer roll.In addition, prevent that the backer roll deformed configurations from can use together with the backer roll with relative minor diameter, thereby obtained fixation unit size that effectively reduces and the fusing nip of guaranteeing with abundant length.
Though shown and described several embodiment of general plotting of the present invention, but those skilled in the art should understand, under principle that does not break away from the scope of the present invention that limits by claim and equivalent thereof and spirit, can change these embodiments.

Claims (23)

1, a kind of fixation unit by heat and pressure are applied to the printed medium with toner image, is incorporated into the toner image hot melt on the printed medium, and described fixation unit comprises:
Warm-up mill comprises thermal source;
One or more backer rolls contact with warm-up mill;
Elastic body flexibly is applied to pressure the both ends of described one or more backer rolls towards warm-up mill;
One or more reinforcement parts closely contact with the center section of corresponding backer roll, to press the center section of described backer roll partly towards warm-up mill;
One or more reinforcement elastic bodys are flexibly pressed in the described reinforcement parts corresponding one towards warm-up mill.
2, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described one or more backer rolls comprise sequentially a plurality of backer rolls that closely contact along the excircle of warm-up mill and warm-up mill.
3, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described one or more reinforcement parts have arch section, with at least a portion of the external peripheral surface that covers corresponding backer roll.
4, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the line that described one or more reinforcement elastic bodys are joined to one another along the axle center with the axle center of warm-up mill and corresponding backer roll is arranged, to provide elastic force along described line towards warm-up mill.
5, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described one or more reinforcement parts comprise:
Lug inserts on it regularly from first side-prominent and described one or more reinforcement elastic body of described one or more reinforcement parts, and described first side is opposite with second side of described one or more reinforcement parts of the corresponding backer roll of contact.
6, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described one or more reinforcement parts comprise: releasing layer contacts slidably with corresponding backer roll.
7, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein, at least one end that covers described one or more reinforcement parts of corresponding backer roll is round.
8, fixation unit as claimed in claim 1 also comprises:
The axle bush device rotatably supports the two ends of described one or more backer rolls, and towards the described one or more backer rolls of heating roll-in;
Lug, opposite with described one or more backer rolls one side-prominent from the axle bush device plugged elastic body regularly on lug.
9, fixation unit as claimed in claim 8, wherein, described axle bush device comprises:
A pair of axle bush, corresponding with the end separately of described one or more backer rolls, each axle bush has from opposite with described one or more backer rolls one of axle bush side-prominent lug, and plugs elastic body on lug regularly;
Connecting elements is separated from each other described a pair of axle bush, and extends abreast to support described a pair of axle bush with backer roll.

12, image forming apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein, described reinforcement parts have arch section, with at least a portion of the external peripheral surface that covers corresponding backer roll.
13, image forming apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein, the line that described reinforcement elastic body is joined to one another along the axle center with the axle center of warm-up mill and corresponding backer roll is arranged, to provide elastic force along described line towards warm-up mill.
14, image forming apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein, described reinforcement parts comprise:

The axle bush device rotatably supports the two ends of described one or more backer rolls, and towards the described one or more backer rolls of heating roll-in;
Lug, opposite with described one or more backer rolls one side-prominent from the axle bush device plugged elastic body regularly on lug.
18, image forming apparatus as claimed in claim 17 also comprises:
A pair of axle bush, corresponding with the end separately of described one or more backer rolls, each axle bush has from opposite with described one or more backer rolls one of axle bush side-prominent lug, and plugs elastic body on lug regularly;
