Abstract

一种SIM卡锁紧结构,其包括一本体及形成于该本体内的一容纳室与一锁紧组件,该容纳室可容纳一SIM卡,且其内设置有一SIM卡连接器,该锁紧组件设置在本体上,且位于容纳室一端,其包括一支撑结构及与该支撑结构转动配合的一滚动棒。所述SIM卡锁紧结构可SIM卡稳定地锁紧于移动电话内,结构简单。

SIM卡锁紧结构
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种SIM卡锁紧结构,特别是关于一种用于移动电话的SIM卡锁紧结构。
【背景技术】
随着移动通信事业的迅速发展,移动电话已成为愈来愈多消费者日常工作及生活不可缺少的工具。移动电话的用户识别卡(subscriber identificationmodule card,以下通称SIM卡)是一种装有IC芯片的塑料卡片,其具有记录个人用户号码及通讯薄等功能,通过更换SIM卡,一支移动电话可以供多个用户使用。
请参阅图1,一种现有的SIM卡锁紧结构,其用于固定移动电话中的SIM卡,使SIM卡和SIM卡连接器30电连接,主要包括有一基座32及闭锁组件34。基座32上开设有安装口321,安装口321设置有一连接器30,安装口321与SIM卡尺寸相当,用于容纳SIM卡(图未示)。闭锁组件34设置在基座32上且邻近安装口321,其可以如图所示箭头方向往复移动。
安装时,拨动闭锁组件34,使闭锁组件34朝远离安装口321方向移动,即自安装口321上方退开,然后将SIM卡装于安装口321中,并反方向拨动闭锁组件34至安装口321上方,以将SIM卡扣抵于安装口321内。同样通过拨动闭锁组件34也可取出已装于安装口321内的SIM卡。
然而,上述SIM卡锁紧结构中,拨动闭锁组件34,即可轻易地使闭锁组件34于基座32上往复移动,故当移动电话不慎落地时,外力的冲击会使闭锁组件34极易从安装口321上方退开,这样将会使SIM卡无法有效地与SIM连接器30电连接,甚至使SIM卡自安装口321中脱出,进而严重影响移动电话的使用性。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可将SIM卡稳固地固定于移动电话中的SIM卡锁紧结构。
一种SIM卡锁紧结构,其包括一本体及形成于该本体内的一容纳室与一锁紧组件,该容纳室可容纳一SIM卡,且其内设置有一SIM卡连接器,该锁紧组件设置在本体上,且位于容纳室一端,其包括一支撑结构及设置在支撑结构上的一滚动棒,一支撑结构及与该支撑结构转动配合的一滚动棒。
相对现有技术,所述SIM卡锁紧结构通过一支撑结构及与支撑结构配合的一滚动棒将SIM卡稳定地锁紧于移动电话内,结构简单。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2、图3及图4,本发明较佳实施例的SIM卡锁紧结构,其包括一本体10、形成于本体10上的容纳室11及一锁紧组件12,
容纳室11可容纳一SIM卡20,其为本体10上形成的一形状尺寸与SIM卡20相当的容置空间,容纳室11内邻近中央位置设置有一SIM卡连接器(图未示),容纳室11上设置有一盖板101,该盖板101与本体10一体成型,而在容纳室11一端形成一SIM卡20的入口,该盖板101可固持与保护装在容纳室11内的SIM卡20。
该锁紧组件12设置在本体10上,且位于容纳室11具入口一端,其由一支撑结构13、一滚动棒300、二卡环400及滚动体500构成。该支撑结构13为平行间隔设置的二支撑座,该二支撑座的间距稍大于SIM卡20的宽度,该二支撑座各贯穿有一支撑孔132。滚动棒300为金属材料制成的圆柱状棒体,滚动棒300两端各设置有一配合部301,配合部301可与支撑结构13的支撑孔132配合。滚动棒300中间包覆有一弹性体302,其由弹性材料制成,例如纤维或者橡胶等,且弹性体302具有一定厚度和宽度,即能够提供足够摩擦力使SIM卡20滑动即可。邻近滚动棒300的配合部301外侧各开设有一卡槽303,且卡槽303为环形槽。二卡环400为“C”型弹性挡圈,其可与滚动棒300两端的卡槽303配合。滚动体500为球形滚动体,可以为多个,本实施例为3个,其与滚动棒300平行地排设于容纳室11具入口一端的本体10内,且可以相对本体10转动,以引导SIM卡20。
请同时参阅图4及图5,组装时,将滚动棒300一端的配合部301穿入支撑结构13的一支撑孔132内,然后按压滚动棒300使其另一端的配合部301穿入支撑结构13的另一支撑孔132内,之后,将二卡环400分别卡扣于滚动棒300的二卡槽303内,以防止滚动棒300横向运动。安装SIM卡20时,将SIM卡20一端置于滚动棒300下,由于SIM卡20具有一定厚度,可使滚动棒300的弹性体302发生弹性形变,使弹性体302紧贴SIM卡20表面,按图4所示箭头方向转动滚动棒300,由于弹性体302与SIM卡20表面的摩擦力的作用及滚动体500的导引作用,使SIM卡20逐渐滑入容纳室11,直至SIM卡20与SIM卡连接器电性连接,SIM卡20停止滑动,且此时SIM卡20仍有部分露出于容纳室11,滚动棒300的弹性体302保持紧压SIM卡20的露出部分,这样即可有效锁紧SIM卡20于移动电话内。若需取下SIM卡20时按与图4箭头所示的反方向转动滚动棒300,同样可通过弹性体302与SIM卡20表面的摩擦力及滚动体500的导引作用使SIM卡20滑出容纳室11。
可以理解,本发明的盖板101可以设计成挡片,只要可起固持与保护SIM卡20的作用即可,另外,该盖板101也可与本体10分别成型,通过螺钉等固持于本体10上,此外,滚动体500可省去。

Claims (10)

1.一种SIM卡锁紧结构,其包括一本体及一容纳室,该容纳室形成于该本体内,该容纳室可容纳一SIM卡,且其内设置有一SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:所述SIM卡锁紧结构还包括一锁紧组件,该锁紧组件设置在本体上,且位于容纳室一端,其包括一支撑结构及与该支撑结构转动配合的一滚动棒。
2.如权利要求1所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该容纳室上方设置有一盖板,而在容纳室一端形成一SIM卡入口。
3.如权利要求1所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该容纳室一侧设置有挡片,用以固持与保护装在容纳室内的SIM卡。
4.如权利要求2所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该锁紧组件进一步包括一滚动体,其与滚动棒平行地排设于容纳室具入口一端的本体内,且可以相对本体转动。
5.如权利要求1所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该支撑结构为平行间隔设置的二支撑座,该二支撑座的间距稍大于SIM卡的宽度。
6.如权利要求5所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该滚动棒为金属材料制成的圆柱状棒体。
7.如权利要求5所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该滚动棒包括一配合部、一弹性体及二卡槽,该配合部设置在邻近滚动棒的两端,该弹性体包覆在滚动棒中间段,该二卡槽设置在滚动棒两端且邻近配合部。
8.如权利要求7所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该卡槽为环形槽。
9.如权利要求7所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该锁紧组件进一步包括二卡环,该二卡环卡固在二卡槽内,该二卡环为C形弹性挡圈。
10.如权利要求7所述的SIM卡锁紧结构,其特征在于:该弹性体由纤维或橡胶等弹性材料制成。
