Abstract

本发明公开了一种常温钝化的镀锌层三价铬彩色钝化剂,它包含有1~7.5g/l的Cr3+ (由CrCl3提供)、1~25g/l的钼酸盐,5~15g/l的硫酸钴,1~8g/l的氟化氢铵,1~15g/l的NaNO3,1~12g/l的丙二酸,1~12g/l的磷酸盐,0.2~6g/l硅酸盐。上述混合钝化液的pH值为1.8~2.3,采用碳酸钠或硝酸来调节的pH值,其温度为20~35℃,钝化时间为30~60秒,烘干温度为70~80℃。本发明具有实用,效果好等优点。

Description

常温钝化的镀锌层三价铬彩色钝化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于钢铁镀锌后的彩色钝化处理剂。
背景技术
钢铁零件在电镀锌或热镀锌后通常都要进行钝化处理,以防止短时间内产生白锈。彩色钝化工艺可以在镀锌层上形成以红色和绿色为主的、较厚的彩虹色钝化膜,不但美观而且具有极佳的防腐蚀效果。传统的六价铬彩色钝化剂对环境造成严重的污染,现逐渐被环保的三价铬钝化剂所取代。采用三价铬钝化工艺在镀锌层上要形成彩色的钝化膜并不容易,因为三价铬离子通常只能产生蓝色或白色钝化膜,而彩色的钝化膜是因为六价铬离子的作用得到的。另外普遍认为彩色的钝化膜更厚,三价铬工艺不易得到那么厚的钝化膜。有美国专利USP4384902提出了在钝化液中添加稀土化合物氯化铈,可以在镀锌层上产生黄色的钝化膜,钝化液中含有Cr3+、硫酸亚铁铵、硝酸、氯化钠、琥珀酸、硅酸盐、氯化铈等。但后来发现六价的Ce6+有可能将Cr3+氧化成Cr6+,不能确保钝化液完全不含Cr6+。还有美国专利USP5393354提出了在50~70℃的较高温度下进行钝化处理,钝化液由氯化铬、氟化氢铵、氯化锌、硝酸钠、磷酸组成,可以得到颜色鲜艳的三价铬彩虹色钝化膜。但是钝化膜的耐蚀性较差,不能满足工业化生产的需要。美国专利USP6287704提出了高浓度的钝化剂配方:50g/l氯化铬、100g/l硝酸钠、3g/l硝酸钴、31.2g/l丙二酸,在50~70℃的条件下,可以得到厚度为100~1000nm的彩虹色钝化膜,耐腐蚀性能也极为优秀。但是这种高浓度的钝化液不但生产成本高,工件带出的损耗也极大,用户难以承受。同时因为在50~70℃的较高温度下操作,不但能源消耗大,而且工作环境恶劣,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述之不足而提供一种具有经济实用、生产成本低、耐腐蚀性能好的常温下镀锌层的三价铬彩色钝化剂。
本发明为了达到上述效果而采用的技术解决方案如下:
本常温钝化的镀锌层三价铬彩色钝化剂,其特征在于,它包含有1~7.5g/l的Cr3+(由CrCl3提供)、1~25g/l的钼酸盐,5~15g/l的硫酸钴,1~8g/l的氟化氢铵,1~15g/l的NaNO3,1~12g/l的丙二酸,1~12g/l的磷酸盐,0.2~6g/l硅酸盐。
本钝化剂的pH值为1.8~2.3,采用碳酸钠或硝酸来调节钝化液的pH值。其操作温度为20~35℃,钝化时间为30~60秒,烘干温度为70~80℃。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明的钝化剂浓度低,生产成本低,较为经济实用;此三价铬彩色钝化剂完全不含六价铬,是一种环保型的低浓度镀锌层钝化剂;通过添加钼酸盐,常温下可以在镀锌层上形成彩虹色的钝化膜。钝化过程中,溶液中的钴离子会沉积到钝化膜里,显著提高了钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能。丙二酸可以促进钝化膜的生长,有利于提高钝化膜的厚度;磷酸盐和硅酸盐可以吸附在钝化膜的孔隙处,对钝化膜的薄弱处起到保护作用。这种钝化剂在室温下可以在镀锌层表面产生耐蚀性良好的彩虹色钝化膜,有利于环境保护,同时节省了能源的消耗。
具体实施方式
在一升的烧杯中,加入500毫升去离子水,在连续搅拌的条件下,加入15.3g的氯化铬(含有3.0的Cr3+),完全溶解后,依次加入16.7g的钼酸盐,18g的NaNO3,8.4g的丙二酸,1.6g的磷酸盐,搅拌一小时;然后加入10.2g的硫酸钴,搅拌二小时后,加入3.2g的氟化氢铵和1.2g硅酸盐,继续搅拌30分钟;然后加去离子水至1升的体积,再用碳酸钠或硝酸调节钝化液的pH值至1.9,即可备用。
试验一:将经过除油、除锈后的10×15cm的铁片,放进装有2升的酸性镀锌溶液的方型槽中电镀10分钟后,经过0.5%的硝酸溶液活化,然后浸入上述钝化液中,保持温度在30℃左右,钝化40秒,经水洗后在80℃下烘干,铁片表面为美观的彩虹色钝化膜。在其它条件都相同的情况下,将钝化时间改为60秒,得到相似的彩虹色钝化膜。
试验二:将2升方型槽中的酸性镀锌溶液换成碱性无氰镀锌溶液,重复试验一的步骤,在钝化时间为40秒和60秒的两种情况下,铁片表面都同样得到美观的彩虹色钝化膜。
将试验一和试验二中钝化后的铁试片进行中性盐雾试验,经过96小时后没有出现明显的白锈,表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。

Claims (3)

1、一种常温钝化的镀锌层三价铬彩色钝化剂,其特征在于,它包含有1~7.5g/l的Cr3+(由CrCl3提供)、1~25g/l的钼酸盐,5~15g/l的硫酸钴,1~8g/l的氟化氢铵,1~15g/l的NaNO3,1~12g/l的丙二酸,1~12g/l的磷酸盐,0.2~6g/l硅酸盐。
2、根据权利要求1所述的常温钝化的镀锌层三价铬彩色钝化剂,其特征在于,Cr3+化合物为CrCl3
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的常温钝化的镀锌层三价铬彩色钝化剂,其特征在于,上述混合钝化液的pH值为1.8~2.3,采用碳酸钠或硝酸来调节的pH值,其温度为20~35℃,钝化时间为30~60秒,烘干温度为70~80℃。
