本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的阻尼件。
背景技术
由EP-A 0 516 567 NAVAS已知一种同类的用于动态稳定两根相邻椎骨体的阻尼件。这种已知的阻尼件包括一个各带有一个沿轴向位于外部的球状凸形的连接部分的同轴阻尼体,阻尼件可以借助于该连接部分固定在两个椎弓根螺钉上。通过这两个连接部分与椎弓根螺钉头部之间的这种球节式连接可以使阻尼件以在椎弓根螺钉纵轴线与阻尼件中心轴线之间可变的角度与椎弓根螺钉连接。这种已知的阻尼件的缺点在于,阻尼件的几何形状预定椎弓根螺钉之间的距离。
发明内容
在此本发明消除弊病。本发明的任务在于实现一种阻尼件,该阻尼件至少在其一个端部上可多轴线摆动地并且可轴向伸缩地与一根纵梁连接。
本发明通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的阻尼件来解决所提出的任务。
通过本发明实现的优点主要在于,由于该阻尼件借助于至少一个集成在该阻尼件的一个端部上的球节连接:
-在球节脱开的状态下,阻尼件可以可多轴线摆动地与一个椎骨体稳定装置的一根杆状纵梁连接。因此在脊柱稳定装置内植入纵梁时不必弯曲纵梁;并且
-该阻尼件可以可轴向伸缩地与一个椎骨体稳定装置的一根杆状纵梁连接。
本发明的其它优选的改进方案在从属权利要求中给出。
在一种优选的实施形式中,所述球节包括一个球状凸形的、可沿径向弹性压缩的夹紧体,该夹紧体具有一个在直径上的、具有孔轴线的中心孔,使得在夹紧体压缩时一根***到中心孔内的杆状纵梁相对于夹紧体锁定在中心孔内。
所述球节优选允许夹紧体以一个在夹紧体内的中心孔的孔轴线与弹簧元件的中心轴线之间测量的在0°至±25°范围内的角度α转动。由此可以实现的优点在于,一根***到夹紧体的中心孔内的杆状纵梁可以相对于弹簧元件摆动,并且因此该杆状纵梁不必弯曲。
球节优选包括两个轴向分开的、至少部分容纳夹紧体的轴瓦,使得在轴瓦相互压紧时均匀地压缩夹紧体并且从而可以刚性地锁定球节。
在另一种实施形式中,所述轴瓦可以借助于夹紧装置沿轴向压向夹紧体,其中所述弹簧元件优选在其第一端部上具有一个同轴的、具有螺纹的轴颈,并且所述第一轴瓦在轴向末端集成到轴颈内,使得该轴瓦向着弹簧元件的第二端部逐渐变细。所述夹紧装置优选构成为螺母,该螺母可以拧到轴颈的螺纹上。第二轴瓦优选同心地集成在螺母的孔内。

具体实施方式

如图2所示,夹紧体21设有一个与孔轴线27平行的切口28,所述切口从夹紧体21的外壁29穿透夹紧体21一直到中心孔22。由此在拧上螺母25时,设置在轴瓦23、24之间的夹紧体21夹紧固定在轴瓦23、24之间,并同时沿径向向中心孔22的孔轴线27压缩,这样就锁定了***到中心孔22内的纵梁3。
螺母25被一个与中心轴线11同轴的孔32穿透,该孔具有多个不同几何形状的轴向相邻的纵向段34、35、36。与阻尼件1的第一端部12相邻的纵向段34设有一个与在弹簧元件10第一端部12上的螺纹26互补的内螺纹33,而中间纵向段35包括同样穿孔的第二轴瓦24,并且位于外部的纵向段36构成为锥形的。在此第二轴瓦24设置成使其向着位于外部的纵向段36逐渐变细。在位于外部的纵向段36上的锥面38向着螺母25的位于外部的端面37扩宽,这样可以将一根杆状纵梁3可摆动地安装在球节20内。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于动态稳定两根骨特别是两个相邻椎骨体的阻尼件(1),该阻尼件具有一条中心轴线(11)以及具有
A)一个与中心轴线(11)相交的第一端部(12)、一个与中心轴线(11)相交的第二端部(13)以及一个设置在它们之间的、与中心轴线(11)同轴的弹簧元件(10),其特征在于:
B)至少在弹簧元件(10)的一个端部(12、13)上集成一个借助于夹紧装置(40)可以可拆式锁定的、与中心轴线(11)同心的球节(20)。
2.按权利要求1所述的阻尼件(1),其特征在于:所述球节(20)包括一个球状凸形的夹紧体(21),该夹紧体具有一个在直径上的、具有一条孔轴线(27)的中心孔(22)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的阻尼件(1),其特征在于:所述球节(20)允许夹紧体(21)以一个在孔轴线(27)与中心轴线(11)之间测量的在0°至±25°范围内的角度α转动。
4.按权利要求2或3所述的阻尼件(1),其特征在于:所述球节(20)包括两个轴向分开的、至少部分容纳夹紧体(21)的轴瓦(23、24)。
