铰链结构
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种铰链结构,尤其是关于一种用于手机、PDA(PersonalDigital Assistant,个人数字助理)等便携式电子装置的铰链结构。
【背景技术】
目前,市场上所销售的便携式电子装置,如手机、PDA等,多为折叠式结构,即包括盖体和本体,采用铰链将盖体和本体可旋转的铰接在一起。
业界较常采用的一种铰链结构为扭簧式,即采用扭转弹簧为主要元件,达成盖体和本体的一定开合功能。美国专利第6,493,542号所揭示的铰链(请参照图1所示)即为此类型的铰链结构。该铰链包括壳体91、弹簧92及主轴93。壳体91为一端开口的中空圆柱体,其一端设端部912,用以与手机盖体配合,壳体91内在封闭端开设带内螺纹的孔914。弹簧92两端向外延伸出两卡持端922、924。主轴93一端设具外螺纹的固定端932,另一端设凸缘部934。弹簧92容置在壳体91内,卡持端922、924分别由壳体91两端伸出,卡持端922与壳体91配合,另一卡持端924与手机本体配合。主轴93***弹簧92内,固定端932旋入壳体91的孔914内,该铰链结构即装配完成。装入手机壳体后,端部912与手机盖体配合,卡持端924和手机本体配合。手机盖体闭合时,弹簧92具一定预扭力,盖体通过其他卡合结构,如磁铁,吸附或卡合于本体。需使用手机时,将上述卡合结构释放,盖体即在弹簧92的扭力作用下开启。上述铰链结构结构简单,操作方便。但其缺点在于,弹簧92的卡持端924与手机本体配合,需在本体上设置特殊结构,因而通用性较差。整个铰链结构所受扭力由端部912和卡持端924承受,而卡持端924体积很小,则要求该卡持端924具较大强度。采用此种铰链结构的手机,盖体和本体打开的角度通常由盖体和本体的结构限定,而盖体开启时的冲击力也由盖体和本体承担,易对其产生磨损,因而影响手机的寿命。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种通用性强、由其自身限定张开和闭合角度的铰链结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明铰链结构包括主轴、凸轮、弹簧和随动件,凸轮一端设置凸轮面,凸轮和弹簧套设在主轴上,弹簧一端抵顶主轴,一端抵顶凸轮,随动件固设于主轴,随动件和凸轮面配合,凸轮面包括两个凸峰和两个凹谷,凸峰和一个凹谷沿凸轮的轴线转过的角度大于便携式电子装置的盖体和本体开启状态打开的角度,凸轮和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方卡配,主轴和另一方卡固。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明铰链结构通用性强,不需对适用该铰链结构的便携式电子装置壳体作出特殊设计;该铰链结构通过其自身结构限定主轴转过的角度,从而限定便携式电子装置盖体张开和闭合角度,不需通过便携式电子装置壳体限定,因而在便携式电子装置开启时不会撞击和磨损其壳体。

【具体实施方式】
本发明铰链结构用于折叠式便携式电子装置,在本实施例中以手机为例。
请参照图2和图3所示,本发明铰链结构包括主轴1、凸轮2、弹簧3和C形环4。
主轴1为阶梯状柱体,一端设非圆柱状的卡固端12,用以与手机本体配合,另一端设卡槽14,用以卡持C形环4。主轴1上垂直于其轴线向外延伸出两个柱状的销16,销16和主轴1一体成型,也可单独制造销16,并在主轴1上开设销孔(图未示),将销16***销孔中,采用过盈配合或粘结的方法使销16和主轴1固定在一起。
凸轮2为空心圆柱体,套设在主轴1上,其一端面为平面,另一端面为凸轮面22,凸轮面22具有两个相互对称的凸峰222和两个相互对称的凹谷224,每一凸峰222和相邻的两个凹谷224之间分别用一陡斜面226和一缓斜面228连接,在本实施例中,该陡斜面226和凸轮2的轴线平行,即位于缓斜面228两端的凸峰222和凹谷224沿凸轮2的轴线转过的角度为180度。凸轮2的外表面凸设两个沿凸轮2轴向延伸的固定部28,用以和手机盖体配合。
弹簧3为柱状弹簧,其套设在主轴1上,一端抵顶凸轮2,另一端抵顶C形环4。
C形环4卡固在主轴1的卡槽14中。
装配时,将主轴1设卡槽14的一端依次穿过凸轮2和弹簧3,再将C形环4卡入主轴1的卡槽14内。这样,整个铰链结构就装配成一个整体,如图3所示。
将上述装配好的铰链结构置入手机本体和盖体的连接处,使主轴1的卡固端12与本体配合,凸轮2的固定部28与盖体配合。当手机处于非使用状态,其盖体相对本体闭合时,销16处于凸轮2的凸轮面22的缓斜面228上相对凹谷224转过约160度的位置。此时,铰链结构处于不稳定状态,盖体通过其他卡合结构,如磁铁,吸附或卡合于本体,凸轮2因而不能相对主轴1转动。当需使用手机时,将上述卡合结构释放,凸轮2在弹簧3的推顶作用下转动的同时做轴向滑动,主轴1的销16在凸轮2的凸轮面22上滑动。手机盖体随凸轮2一同转动,直到凸轮2旋转到其凹谷224被销16卡止,盖体即到达打开位置。
本发明的第二实施例(图未示)和第一实施例中的铰链结构大致相同,不同之处在于,凸轮2的凸轮面22的陡斜面226不与主轴1的轴线平行,而是略作倾斜,由凸峰222间隔一缓斜面228到凹谷224转过的角度大于手机盖体相对本体处于开启状态时张开的角度,如160度。不设C形环4,而在主轴1一端设凸缘止挡弹簧3。不设销16,由一随动件和凸轮2的凸轮面22配合,该随动件为空心圆柱体,其一端设置凸轮面,该凸轮面和凸轮2的凸轮面22形状一致,也包括两个凸峰和两个凹谷。装配时,将主轴1设卡固端12的一端依次穿过弹簧3、凸轮2和随动件,将随动件和轴1通过粘结或卡入一销的方式固定,即装配完毕。该铰链结构的作动原理和第一实施例大致相同,区别在于由随动件的凸轮面的凸峰取代销16在凸轮2的凸轮面22上滑动。

Claims (9)

1.一种铰链结构,用于连接折叠式便携式电子装置的盖体和本体,包括主轴、凸轮和弹簧,凸轮一端设置凸轮面,凸轮和弹簧套设在主轴上,弹簧一端抵顶主轴,一端抵顶凸轮,其特征在于:该铰链结构进一步包括随动件,其固设于主轴,随动件和凸轮面配合,凸轮面包括两个凸峰和两个凹谷,凸峰和一个凹谷沿凸轮的轴线转过的角度大于便携式电子装置的盖体和本体开启状态打开的角度,凸轮和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方卡配,主轴和另一方卡固。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述凸峰和一个凹谷沿凸轮的轴线转过的角度大于160度。
3.如权利要求2所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述凸峰和一个凹谷沿凸轮的轴线转过的角度为180度。
4.如权利要求3所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述随动件为销。
5.如权利要求4所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴和销为一体成型。
6.如权利要求4所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴开设销孔,销容置在该孔中。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴一端设卡固端,主轴通过卡固端和便携式电子装置配合。
8.如权利要求7所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述凸轮的外表面凸设固定部,凸轮通过固部和便携式电子装置配合。
9.如权利要求8所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述弹簧为柱状弹簧。
