本发明是中国专利申请号00802959.8、发明名称为“用于对产品进行气体处理的装置”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用喷射到产品上的气体射流对产品、特别是食品和类似产品进行气体处理,例如对它们进行冷却、加热或烘干。
背景技术

根据本发明,这些目的是通过一种用于对产品进行气体处理的装置实现的,该装置包括一具有顶壁、底壁和侧壁的外壳;一用于沿外壳中的第一路径输送产品的输送带;一具有穿孔壁并沿第一路径包围输送带的通道;气体循环装置,该气体循环装置借助于孔眼壁与通道联通,用于以气体射流的形式将气体循环到通道中,喷射在由输送带运载的产品上,并在一返回管道中离开通道,回到气体循环装置,及定位在返回管道中的气体调节装置,用于通过气体循环装置对气体进行调节。另外,壁与通道的穿孔壁联接并具有朝向气体循环装置的孔,基本上在通道上方形成一高压腔,并与外壳的壁间隔开。最后,高压腔联接壁的至少一个基本垂直部分是可移动的,以便能够进入高压腔内部。
通过这种设置可获得紧密结构,还很容易接近装置的所有部分,这是满足食品工业高卫生要求的一个条件。
优选地,形成高压腔的垂直侧壁的至少一部分是可移动的或铰接的,用于提供进入高压腔内部的入口。
在一优选实施例中,在高压腔两侧并全部沿通道的联接壁的垂直部分都可移动。
另外,输送带最好有孔,通道的顶壁基本在其整个区域被穿孔,通道的底壁具有垂直于第一路径横向延伸的孔眼部分,这样气体射流可喷射在输送带上产品的上侧和下侧。
在一最优选实施例中,沿高压腔的外壳侧壁中的至少一个是可移动的,以便扩大上述至少一个壁与高压腔之间的空间。这产生了一个非常紧密的结构,仍满足对接近装置所有部分的高要求。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,用于食品,如肉饼的快速冷却的装置,包括一外壳1,该外壳1具有一顶壁2、一底壁3、两侧壁4和5、和两端壁(未显示)。顶壁支承在一支柱6上。侧壁4和5中的每一个都分别有两个部分4a、4b和5a、5b。这些侧壁4a、4b和5a、5b中的每一个通过支承在两个伸缩臂7上而可移动,伸缩壁7安装在顶壁的顶部。
图1中所示的侧壁4和5处于展开或打开位置,图2中所示的侧壁4和5处于收缩和关闭位置。很明显,通过从侧壁4和5的关闭位置推到它们的打开位置而移动其中的一个或两个能够很好地接近外壳1中的设备。另一方面,当如图2所示侧壁4和5被推回到它们的关闭位置时,装置非常紧密。
外壳1中的设备包括一输送带8,该输送带8在位于外壳1一端的第一端部滚筒9与位于外壳1另一端的第二端部滚筒(没有显示)之间延伸。输送带8跟随端部滚筒之间的第一上部路径10,用于将被冷却的食品输送穿过外壳1,从一端壁中的输入孔到达相对端壁中的输出孔。
一通道11沿第一路径包围输送带8。该通道11具有与此处作为参考引入的US-A-5408921中公开的通道基本上相同的构造,这里提出,以供参考。因此,通道包括一基本上在其整个区域穿孔的顶壁12,和具有垂直于第一路径延伸的穿孔部分的底壁(没有显示)。另外,通道的底壁具有大量与上述穿孔部分交替并与一返回管道13相通的孔。
一高压腔14由垂直侧壁15和16和一顶壁17提供,每个垂直侧壁15和16与通道11底壁的孔的侧边缘联接,顶壁17具有一个朝向构成一气体循环装置的风扇18。高压腔14基本上定位在通道11上部,并与外壳1的侧壁4、5间隔开。
返回管道13从通道11下面横向导引到高压腔14的侧壁15、16的外部,向上穿过一蒸发器19、20,然后在高压腔14的顶壁17上部横向向内导引指向外壳1的中心和风扇的吸气侧。
高压腔14的侧壁15、16的底部15a、16a通过如轴21铰接到相同侧壁15、16的上部15b、16b上。如图2中所示,在它们的关闭位置,侧壁15、16的底部15a、16a使高压腔14保持关闭,以便由风扇18引进的空气能够在高压腔14中产生一高压,从而穿过通道11的上部(12)和底部壁上的孔眼,产生喷射到通过输送带8在其中运载的产品上的空气射流。侧壁15和16的底部15a、16a在其打开位置基本是水平的,即从通道11向外旋转,可接近高压腔14内部。
在运行中,装置如图2所示,即外壳1的侧壁4、5处于它们的关闭位置,高压腔14的侧壁15、16的底部15a、16a处于它们关闭高压腔14的底部位置。然后风扇18吹动空气进入高压腔,因而从通道11的孔眼产生空气喷流喷射在其中输送带8上的物体上。从通道排出的空气穿过其底部孔,在底壁3上方横向向外流动,在外壳1的侧壁4与高压腔14的侧壁16之间在管道13中向上流动到达蒸发器20,同样在外壳1的侧壁5与高压腔14的侧壁15之间管道13中向上流动到达蒸发器19。从蒸发器19、20出来,冷空气穿过管道13的其余部分被吸入风扇18的吸气侧。
由于高压腔14位于外壳1的中心位置,外壳1的壁2-5内部的压力与外壳外面的大气压力没有太大的不同,因此在外壳1的内部与外部之间基本上没有气体泄露的趋势。
当关闭装置时,壁4和5被拉到它们的打开位置,高压腔14的侧壁15、16的底部15a、16a向上摆动到它们的打开位置,通道11的顶壁12也可向上摆动或翻转到一打开位置,如图1所示。因此,装置的所有元件很容易清洗。
参照图3,根据本发明装置的第二实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于,高压腔14的侧壁15和16是可在长度方向、即平行于输送带8的输送方向滑动的盖。另外,第二实施例中的蒸发器19和20基本上位于高压腔14的上方,因而扩展了侧壁15、16前面的可利用空间,这样外壳的可移动侧壁就不需要了。
可以理解的是,在不脱离如下面权利要求中要求的本发明范围的前提下,可以对上面描述的装置实施例进行修改、替换和变化。因此,气体通常是空气,但也可包含其它气体。当装置用于冷却食品时,空调装置可包括一冷却组件,如所示例的蒸发器。当装置用于加热食品时,空调装置可包含一热交换器或一电加热器。最后,当装置用于烘干食品时,空调元件可包含一水分调节器。也可以使用其它空调装置。

Claims (5)

1.一种在用于对产品进行气体处理的装置中的高压腔,上述高压腔(14)位于上述装置中的通道(11)附近,上述通道(11)具有穿孔壁(12)并包围输送带(8)用于输送上述产品,上述高压腔(14)包括:
壁(15-17)与通道(11)的穿孔壁(12)联接以形成上述高压腔(14);
形成上述高压腔(14)的上述壁(15-17)包括朝向气体循环装置(18)的出口并与之联接的孔,从而高压腔(14)构成一从气体循环装置(18)的上述出口到通道(11)的穿孔壁(12)的气体循环通道;
其特征在于,上述高压腔(14)基本位于通道(11)的上方;
形成上述高压腔(14)的侧壁(15-17)包括基本垂直的侧壁(15-16),以及
上述侧壁(15-16)的至少一基本垂直的部分是可移动的,以便能够提供进入高压腔(14)内部的入口。
2.如权利要求1所述的高压腔,其中形成上述高压腔(14)的侧壁(15-17)的至少一基本垂直部分是可滑动的,以便能够提供进入高压腔(14)内部的入口。
3.如权利要求1所述的高压腔,其中形成上述高压腔(14)的侧壁(15-17)的至少一基本垂直部分被铰接,用于提供进入高压腔(14)的入口。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的高压腔,其中高压腔(14)具有一个位于通道(11)上方并支承气体循环装置(18)的顶壁(17)。
5.一种用于对产品进行气体处理的装置,包括:
一具有顶壁、底壁和侧壁(2;3;4,5)的外壳(1);
一用于沿外壳(1)中的第一路径(10)输送产品的输送带(8);
一具有穿孔壁(12)并沿第一路径(10)包围输送带(8)的通道(11);
气体循环装置(18),该气体循环装置(18)借助于穿孔壁(12)与通道(11)联通,用于以气体射流的形式将气体循环到通道(11)中,气体射流喷射在由输送带(8)运载的产品上,并在一返回管道(13)中离开通道(11),回到气体循环装置(18),及
气体调节装置(19,20),用于对由气体循环装置(18)循环的气体进行调节,
其特征在于,壁(15-17)与外壳(1)的侧壁(2-5)分开,上述分开的壁(15-17)与通道(11)的穿孔壁(12)联接,并具有朝向气体循环装置(18)的出口并与之联接的孔,从而基本在通道(11)的上方形成一高压腔(14),并构成一从气体循环装置(18)的上述出口到通道(11)的穿孔壁(12)的气体循环通道,
形成高压腔(14)的侧壁(15-17)的至少一基本垂直的部分是可移动的,以便能够提供进入高压腔(14)内部的入口。
