Abstract
本发明公开了一种使用网络IR与RF统合射频遥控的家庭自动化***与方法。于家庭自动化区域所定的位置配置至少一个IR与RF统合遥控模块(module)100。内建有无线接口机能的IR与RF统合遥控模块100系,统合RF变频收发机能与IR变频收发机能。机顶盒(set-up box)配置于适宜处,以进行为控制IR与RF统合遥控模块100的接口机能与有/无线网络联机机能。机顶盒200利用TCP/IP经由网络以接收各种控制及控管指令,以控制IR与RF统合遥控模块100。利用内建各种习知的IR收发信方式的机器及RF模块的新颖电器产品乃使用变频RF方式追加至家庭自动化中,可适当地进行以IR传送方式及RF传送方式的家庭自动化运用及双向控制。因此,可经济且方便地实施家庭自动化***及其方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用基于网络的射频RF远程控制的家庭自动化的***与方法。特别涉及一种可以执行用于家庭自动化的各种操作和双向控制的家庭自动化***和方法,这是通过以下措施实现的,在能够确保视野的特定范围安装具有无线接口功能的RF远程控制模块,以便当远距离位置或家中远程控制器控制包括预先存在的家用电器的家庭网络时,能够解决确保视野的传统问题;配置具有控制RF远程控制模块所需的接口功能以及无线互联网接入功能的机顶盒;和允许机顶盒经由互联网接收各种控制命令并适当控制RF远程控制模块。
背景技术
一般而言,为双向远距控制各种电子产品,可使用含有特定数据数据的单向红外线发光的遥控控制器(以下简称为遥控器),各种电子产品所设置的受光部都可以接收遥控器所发出的红外线以进行远距控制。
但是与紫外线穿透性不同,因红外线具有反射的特性,以往遥控器操作者需在遥控器发光部与电子产品的受光部间无任何阻碍的位置处操作,因而有所不便。
且因此光的特性,家庭内被墙壁和阻碍物所遮蔽的电子产品无法适当地控制;且仅为单向操作的习知遥控器在前述的情况下,不能适当地控制电子产品。为此,操作者须将要遥控的机器移至无阻碍的空间再对电子产品下达指令,乃为习知问题点所在。为了解决上述问题点,近来,统合遥控器乃广被介绍,但是,此统合亦采用红外线收发方式,依旧存在有在有阻碍物的情况下,红外线会被反射的问题点;另外,若有超出预先设设定于统合遥控器中的新颖电子产品的红外线讯号时,不可进行追加控制机器或讯号变更等数据更新作业。
发明内容
本发明是考虑上述问题做出的,其目的是提供一种可以在家庭及远距离位置处构建电子产品的网络,并可以不受视线距离限制,远距离控制电子产品的家庭自动化***及其方法。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种可以确保***可扩充性的家庭自动化***及其方法,以便最新添加到家庭自动化***的电子产品的控制数据可以实时被更新。
本发明的上述和其它目的、特征和其它优点将下文中详细说明。
根据本发明的一个方面,上述和其它目的可以通过提供利用基于网络的射频(RF)远程控制模块的家庭自动化***来实现,该***包括:
至少一个有线/无线计算机终端,具有一个内建的有线/无线互联网模块,该互联网模块通过互联网执行有线/无线数据通信处理,并通过互联网对各种电子产品进行远程控制/监视处理;与
一个RF远程控制模块,具有增加综合远程控制功能的附加无线互联网功能,以综合对于各种家电产品的远程控制功能;与
一个机顶盒(set-up box),具有内建的有线/无线互联网模块,该有线/无线互联网模块执行控制RF远程控制模块的无线互联网功能和互联网接入功能,该机顶盒经由互联网从有线/无线计算机终端接收用于每个电子产品的远程控制/监视命令,并把所接收的远程控制/监视命令应用于RF远程控制模块,使RF远程控制模块可以远程控制电子产品。
家庭自动化***最好还包括:一个具有内建的有线/无线互联网模块的更新服务器,用于经由互联网将关联至少一个新电子产品的控制数据连续发送给有线/无线计算机终端,使有线/无线计算机终端可以执行更新操作。
RF远程控制模块最好包括:一个RF收发信机,用于从机顶盒接收RF数据,解调所接收的RF数据,把所解调的RF数据变换成数字数据,并发送数字数据;一个中央处理单元(CPU),用于接收来自RF收发信机的数字数据,和执行相应操作,以便根据预定的处理将数字数据发送给每个电子产品;一个红外(IR)收发信机,用于接收来自CPU的数字数据,对接收的数字数据执行调制操作,生成一个能够发送到每个电子产品的光信号。
RF远程控制模块最好包括:一个摄像机接口,用于检测待控的每个电子产品的状态,并把状态数据发送给机顶盒。所述已检测的状态数据被设置成可以以静止图像或实时活动图像的形式发送。
又,电子产品的状态可使用有/无线网络摄影机(web camera),特别是没有机顶盒的支持时,亦可实时的在有/无线的网络上监看。
【发明效果】
藉由本发明,其中,具有遥控功能的RF速端控制模組,因配置于不会阻碍电子产品的位置之故,所以不会引起红外线的反射作用与遮蔽作用,具有优异的控制性。且,本发明与习知仅可单向进行控制的方法亦有所不同,藉由追加具有相机控制机能的自动化***,可达成在确认电子产品的状态后,送出控制讯号的双向控制。因此,家庭自动化***可因应电子产品的现状作实时适当地控制。
又,因各种电子产品采用不同的红外线识别码,新颖的电子产品在追加至家庭自动化***中时,机顶盒经由数据更新服务器从网络进行数据更新下载。因此,家庭自动化***系可具有控制新颖、追加电子产品的更新扩充性,因此可适当地使用及控制电子产品直至电自产品丧失机能为止。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的实施型态。在以下说明中,省略了已知技术或构成的具体说明,以免混淆本发明。以下使用的术语是考虑其功能定义的,与本领域或惯用术语不同的,以本发明说明书的内容为准。
图1是说明本发明使用网络RF射频遥控的家庭自动化***的整体概念图,图1中的符号100表示具有遥控机能的RF无线电遥控模块,RF无线电遥控模块100以图2所示的方框图来说明。
RF远程控制模块100如图1下方所示,配置于不阻碍电视机600、冰箱700等各种电子产品间的所定位置,此配置亦考虑到从红外线收发部30所照射的红外线穿透及反射特性。
设置于RF远程控制模块100中的中央处理单元20可存储包含有电视机600、冰箱700等电子产品的红外线识别码代码表(codetable),RF远程控制模块100具有IR(红外)/RF混合遥控模块机能。
又,对应后述的机顶盒200所附加的指令数据、以生成传送至各电子产品的遥控数据,其中央处理单元20由机顶盒200所接收到的数据和下载至内部的数据作为代码表使用,以生成对电子产品遥控的数据,所生成的遥控数据传送至红外线收发部30。
于红外线收发部30中,将中央处理器所接收到的遥控数据转换为光学讯号后,照射至电视机600和冰箱700等电子产品。
且,如图2所示,相机接口部40可以向中央处理单元20发送数据或者从中央处理单元20接收数据。
又,相机接口部40检测由RF无线电遥控模块100所控制的目标电子产品的状态,以生成状态数据,然后将生成的状态数据发送至CPU20。中央处理器20可以经由RF收发信机10向机顶盒200发送状态数据。
在机顶盒200中,经由网络将状态数据传送至作为控制数据讯号源机能的有/无线网络联机计算机终端机400、500,并响应控制指令传送实时的监视状态数据。此情况下,其状态数据可以所定时间间隔的静止影像文件格式和实时动态影像文件格式进行传送。
此外,在如图1所示的机顶盒200中,为控制RF无线电遥控模块100,乃具备有:使用RF无线接口机能的RF模块(无标号),经网络接收控制指令及监视指令等、以及具备有为了经网络提供各种数据的网络联机调制解调器(modem)(无标号)。
机顶盒200将家庭中多个电子产品配置状态的分散区域作一统合及管理,亦可控制及监视家庭内部多区域所配置的多个RF无线电遥控模块100。
且,机顶盒200如上述所示,可通过网络与联机计算机终端机400或个人可携型终端机500连接,并收发输入至网络联机计算机终端机400或个人可携型终端机500等有线/无线计算机终端机的控制及监视数据的对应数据。
更新服务器300内建有线/无线网络模块,可持续地追加新颖电子产品相关的各种数据,例如:制造商数据、机器数据及各种指令数据等经由网络传送至前述有线/无线计算机终端机400、500,在此些有/无线计算机终端机400、500中进行数据更新。
图3是说明本发明的家庭自动化***作动的流程图。RF远程控制模块100的初始状态在软件本身经机器初始化后,经机顶盒200接收数据前的接收待机状态,图3表示经机顶盒200接收数据、并处理的程序。
如图3所示,本发明经由网络使用RF无线电遥控模块100的家庭自动化方法系,于数据收接步骤S1中,RF无线电遥控模块100中所设的RF收发部10经由机顶盒200接收RF数据、检波所接收的数据并输入中央处理器20中。
此时,藉由机顶盒200输入的RF无线电遥控模块100中的RF数据,是经由网络从有线/无线计算机终端机400、500所接收的控制及监视数据所转换来的数据。
于RF无线电遥控模块100中所设置的中央处理單元20执行数据确认步骤S2,判断在步骤S1中所接收的数据是否为遥控数据。
此时,步骤S2的判断结果为,所接收的数据是遥控数据时,则进行制造商判断步骤S3。若步骤S2的判断结果不是遥控数据时,则中央处理器响应所接收的数据进行操作,回到待机状态。
在步骤S3中,判断步骤S2的数据是否为可处理的制造商数据,在此一步骤中,例如,在步骤S2中所判断的数据包(data packet)一部分中被解码(decoding)的制造商身份认证(ID)使用改为编码(encoded)的方法,于步骤S3中的判断结果若为可处理的制造商数据时,则判断是否为可处理的机器数据的步骤S4。
一方面,其步骤S3的判断结果,若不是可处理的制造商数据时,中央处理器20会将所接收的数据视为无效数据处理,回到初始的待机状态。
经由数据更新服务器300所传送的新颖家电产品的数据更新数据,在有线/无线计算机终端机400、500进行的数据更新情况时,所接收的数据是将步骤S3判断的数据视为可处理的制造商数据。
在上述机器判断的步骤S4中,步骤S3所判断的数据为可处理的机器数据、包含在可处理的机器数据代码表时,中央处理单元20进行指令语判断步骤S5。相反,若数据不是可处理的数据时,中央处理单元20则会将接收的数据视为无效数据处理回到待机状态。如步骤S3所述,于有线/无线计算机终端机400、500所进行的资料更新时,其数据判断为可处理的机器数据。
在步骤S5中,若判断为可处理的指令语时,则再判断是否为开、关、音量大/小、变换频道等预设的指令语。
步骤S5的判断结果,如步骤S3及步骤S4所述,数据若不是可处理的指令语时,中央处理单元20则将接收的数据视为无效数据处理回到待机状态。步骤S5亦同步骤S3及步骤S4所述,于有线/无线计算机终端机400、500所进行的资料更新时,其数据判断为可处理的指令语。在步骤S6中判断数据是否为RF数据,经由步骤S6的判断结果,将暂存的RF数据发送至步骤S7。
步骤S8是从指令语代码表中检索步骤S5中判断可处理的指令语数据;在步骤S9,中央处理器20将步骤S8中所检索的数据组合生成遥控数据,并将步骤S9所生成的数据输入至红外线收发部30。在红外线收发部30中,遥控数据以红外线数据型态送出、对遥控数据进行红外线数据变频。且,红外线收发部30将由遥控数据转换的红外线数据以红外线发光二极管(LED,Light Emitting Diode)传送至相对应机器的红外线接收部(未示出)(步骤S10)。
在步骤S10中,该机器响应输入至红外线接收部的红外线数据,执行操作者所指定的动作,RF无线电遥控模块100回到接收新颖遥控数据初始待机状态。
在上述本发明的实施型态中,对于使用红外线收发方式的各种家庭用电子产品而言,并非仅限于家电产品;在使用具有出入控制、瓦斯监控、***控制、照明控制、温度控制等中央控管机能的***中,加入红外线收发部和RF无线电遥控模块,同样可构成本发明的家庭自动化***。
上文已经详细说明了本发明的最佳实施型态,对于本领域熟练技术人员而言,可在不超出本发明的精神和范围的条件下,对本发明做出各种变化或变更型态。
Claims (5)
1、一种使用基于网络的射频(RF)远程控制模块的家庭自动化***,其特征在于括:
至少一个有线/无线计算机终端,具有一个内建的有线/无线互联网模块,该互联网模块通过互联网进行有线/无线数据通信处理,并通过互联网对各种电子产品进行远程控制及监视处理;与
一个RF远程控制模块,具有增加综合远程控制功能的附加无线互联网功能,以综合对于各种家电产品的远程控制功能;与
一个机顶盒(set-up box),具有内建的有线/无线互联网模块,该有线/无线互联网模块执行控制RF远程控制模块的无线互联网功能和互联网接入功能,该机顶盒经由互联网从有线/无线计算机终端接收用于每个电子产品的远程控制/监视命令,并把所接收的远程控制/监视命令应用于RF远程控制模块,使RF远程控制模块可以远程控制电子产品。
2、如权利要求1所述的家庭自动化***,还包括:
一个具有内建的有线/无线互联网模块的更新服务器,用于经由互联网将关联至少一个新电子产品的控制数据连续发送给有线/无线计算机终端,使有线/无线计算机终端可以执行更新操作。
3、如权利要求1所述的家庭自动化***,其特征在于RF远程控制模块包括::
一个RF收发信机,用于从机顶盒接收RF数据,解调所接收的RF数据,把所解调的RF数据变换成数字数据,并发送数字数据;;
一个中央处理单元(CPU),用于接收来自RF收发信机的数字数据,和执行相应操作,以便根据预定的处理将数字数据发送给每个电子产品;
一个红外(IR)收发信机,用于接收来自CPU的数字数据,对接收的数字数据执行调制操作,生成一个能够发送到每个电子产品的光信号。
4、如权利要求1所述的家庭自动化***,其特征在于RF远程控制模块还包括:一个摄像机接口,用于检测待控的每个电子产品的状态,并把状态数据发送给机顶盒。
5、一种使用基于网络的RF射频远程控制模块的家庭自动化方法,包括以下步骤:
允许RF远程控制模块从机顶盒接收数据;
确定所接收的数据是否为远程控制数据;与
确定已确定的数据是否为可处理的制造商数据;与
确定已确定的数据是否为可处理的设备数据;
确定已确定的数据是否为可处理的命令;
如果已确定的数据是可处理的命令时,从一个表中检索对应的命令数据;
根据已检索的命令数据组合远程控制数据;
对已组合的控制数据进行红外(IR)调制操作,把IR调制操作的结果发送到相应的设备,并执行控制操作。
