背景技术
[02]一般来说,机械化牙科器械由一工作部分和一柄构成,所述柄布置在与所述工作部分相对的端部。牙科器械的所述柄配有一转动驱动装置,其直接与位于一手持件头部上游的一转动驱动装置啮合在手持件头部上的安装位置,例如尤其是如本申请人提交的FR 2 759 574所述。

Claims (7)

1.机械化牙科器械,其由一工作部分(2)和一柄(3)组成,所述柄布置在与所述工作部分相对的端部,所述牙科器械的所述柄(3)配有一转动驱动装置(4),其可直接与位于一手持件头部上游的一转动驱动装置在安装位置啮合在所述手持件头部中,
其特征在于,所述驱动装置(4)由尤其是嵌装在所述工作部分(2)的轴(2a)导致相连的一扁平金属构件形成,所述金属构件具有至少一开口(5),所述开口(5)构造成:在所述轴(2a)上的复层模制阶段,允许形成所述柄(3)的塑料材料流通,且从而确保所述驱动装置转动地连接在所述轴(2a)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械化牙科器械,其特征在于,所述开口(5)由实施在所述工作部分(2)的轴(2a)上的扁平件(6)和所述驱动装置(4)的中央孔相结合形成。
3.根据权利要求所述1或2的机械化牙科器械,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(4)从一平片件形成,其齿通过切割、然后在需要时弯曲而成。
